Peter was resting on the medic bed in the mansion. After the fight with Faora, he was barely standing and covered in blood. Kaine and Xiomara were reluctant to bring here, but the Avengers wouldn't let them leave. Mostly, Reed and Tony wanted to run a test on him to find answers. Peter woke up to hear arguing. He saw the Avengers, just Reed and Tony, arguing with Kaine and Xiomara.

"We just want some answers." Tony said.

"By doing some experiments while he sleeps, how sick can you get Stark!." Kaine argued.

"It is the perfect time. We're afraid he might hurt us." Reed said.

"Can't you people see my dad hurt!" Xiomara said. 

"Well, actually, I like to do some tests on you. I have never seen a creature like you before." Reed leaned close on Xiomara, looking at her like a test subject.

"Reed...tony...come close." Peter said. Both geniuses lean close to hear what Peter has to say. "Texas...SMASH!!!" Peter punches them both through multiple walls, knocking them both unconscious. 

"Really dad, you are such a nerd dad." Xiomara said. Both her and Kaine sat next to them. 

"proud of it. New body, but I'm still me." Peter said, while chuckling. 

"OK All Might." Xiomara said sarcastically.

"I take that as a compliment." Peter said.

"All jokes aside, what happened with that crazy chick?" Kaine.

"She flew off." Peter replied. They both looked confused.

"Flew off?" Xiomara asked. 

"Yep, she basically kicked my ass then flew off." Peter answered.

"Strange." Kaine said. 

"What happened with the phantom zone?" Peter asked.

"Fury came and took it away then locked it in the storage." Kaine answered.

"Good, we don't know what's behind it or if they're more like her." Peter said.

"So what now?" Xiomara asked.

"We trained and prepared for when she comes back or in case Tony or Reed does something stupid." Peter said as he went back to resting. His last thought 'is this what the one meant for challenges?'
