MJ texted you instantly as You sat next to Peter on May's couch.
You never know, Y/N. But, in my opinion I know he likes you, he's just afraid to put himself out there. All you two need is a push, this is that push.
You thought of my tiktok draft that You created for the challenge, it was composed of thousands of Snapchat memories and pictures of you two. You grew up together, you two were there for each other's heartbreak, you were there for each death and loss that happened to each other.
You thought that Peter would never think of you as anything other than a friend. Maybe, even a sister. You shuddered at that intrusive thought and hoped that it wouldn't be true.
You couldn't pin point where the exact moment that you fell for peter happened. You just couldn't see a future with out Peter. You wanted him to always be by your side but you couldn't control your feelings for him. You wanted to be more, this was your opportunity.
"Hey, Pete?" He turned on his side, pulling his eyes from the Star Wars movie with his eyebrows creased.
"Yeah, Y/N?" He raised his leg untwining your legs. You sitting at one end of the couch and him on the other.
"Could you get me some more popcorn?" You eyed the fruit bowl where you would put your phone to record.
"Yeah, just a sec. Its just Jar-Jar speaking so I'm not really missing anything." He jokes and sat up off the couch, taking your bowl with him to fill it up.
You wiped your sweaty palms on your jeans and set the phone in the fruit bowl so that it would get a clear shot of both of you. Peter came dorkily dancing back to his spot finding you sitting in it and set the bowls down on the table. You wrapped your arms around his waist and he returned it by wrapping his around you. It was like second nature to you two because of the countless times, you've cuddled. Peter laid his head on the couch's armrest and your head was on his chest.
             You felt the adrenaline pumping in your veins as you brought up the screaming ounce of courage to kiss him. You tilted his head slightly to face you, he looked at you with confusion. You leaned in quickly, pressing your lips to his.
              After a few seconds, you pulled back with a small nervous smile. Peter's lips were parted with shock which soon turned into a huge smile. His hand reached behind your head pulling you down to kiss you again which made butterflies jumble in your belly. 
              He pulled back with that melting smile and his eyes looked so intently at you like he was waiting for this moment.
              "I love you." He spoke with a strong emotion and cleared his throat. "Even, if it's for some tiktok challenge. I'm glad this happened, I've been wanting to kiss you for forever. I'm in love with you."
               "I love you too." You replied with a small happy smile and kissed his lips again before laying your head on his chest to snuggle. He grabbed your phone handing it back to you. You stopped the recording and looked at him. "How did you know it was for a tiktok."
              "Elementary." He said with a cheesy terrible British accent. "I saw your phone badly hidden in the fruit bowl."
            "Way to go, Sherlock." You teased and snuggled close to him before posting the tiktok. "I love you, Pete."
           "I love you more, Y/N."
