When I first saw it and when I was reading the first few chapters I had no idea what it was, but on closer inspection I do see that it relates to the story by being things relevant in the story. I think the cover is pretty eye catching, with the gold on blue and the title popping. One thing I don't like is the at I can't read any of the letters between the title.

Title 4/10
This rating may change, as I haven't read the entire book yet (I plan to, I'll add it to my tbr), but I have no idea how the title connects to the story. I do like that it's short and not overly descriptive, but I feel it isn't clear in the first 10 chapters what the title means. You do not have to change the title, this is just my opinion.

Characters 10/10
I loved the character of Daniel and the characters he made up for Lady Mondragon and... (the lens dude I'm so sorry I forgot his name). I can tell you put a lot of thought into them, and they're well developed.

Plot/storyline 10/10
I love the idea of this version of the world ending, I feel like it's a different take than the usual exploding or toxic living environment. I also feel it's well paced and takes time to explain things, but not in a boring way that makes readers click off.

Enjoyment 10/10
I loved the descriptions and the way you made me feel the feelings Daniel was, his hurt and fear and frustration and guilt. I loved this book so much and will keep reading it. Eventually. (My tbr list is very long-)

Description 8/10
It wasn't too long or too short, in the sweet spot of description length. I don't however feel like it described enough of what Daniel is doing and feeling in the story, just that he's writing letters to his sister. In this range, I also feel like perhaps too much was said about his dad, who isn't mentioned a whole lot in the story. You don't necessarily have to remove the dad part or add more to Daniel, this is just a suggestion.

All in all I really enjoyed the book, and I really recommend it to anyone who likes to feel stuff with the characters as they read. None of the stuff commented on above has to be changed, it's merely a suggestion.
