"Quiet!" Wakiya whisper-yelled to Kit and Toko as all of the maids made their way to the basement. The duo stayed silent, and their eyes twinkled when they saw the hole in the basement.

"Quick!" Gumita muttered as everyone started getting out in pairs. Once everyone was out, Raika stood forward to lead the way.

"After me!"

9 days. 9 days of near starvation and torture to their legs. They fed on fruits and nuts on trees and river water. But good luck shone upon them on the 9th day.

"ISN'T THAT THE CITY!?" Cuza shouted. The others looked where Cuza was pointing and he was right!

"YAAY!" Everyone celebrated as they marched towards the direction.

It took them a few hours to reach the city border, but they did.

"We did it! We're all free!" Basara shouted happily with tears in his eyes. Everyone joined him, but still, Toko felt that nagging feeling of leaving Shu alone.

Toko and Kit together made way towards the Aoi Pan. They saw that in the few months they weren't in the city, it had changed a bit. New houses, few new shops, newly tarred roads...everything felt bizarre for Toko. They found the Aoi Pan soon enough, and went to the building and opened the door.

"Welcome to the Aoi-" Nika started, but she halted when she saw Toko's smiling face and Kit's puzzled one, "TOKO!"

Hearing her scream, the other Aoi family members also rushed down to see what was the reason of their scream. Chiharu clutched her hand to her face, Kento looked overjoyed, and Valt rushed to Toko and engulfed him into a bear hug.

"Toko- Wait, why are you wearing a maid dress?"

Toko and Kit blushed. They forgot that they came all the way here in these clothes.

"Um-"

"I'll bring you new clothes!" Nika said and ran to their room. Toko then realised something he heard in the fight of the Kaneguro family and Glass family.

Free is dating the pink haired girl of some bakery in Japan. Hoi Pan, I think.

He surely have a lot to talk to her later. What if that is the reason he was taken?

"C'mon! Let's go to the living room. You have a lot to tell us." Valt exclaimed and ran to the said room. Chiharu grabbed Toko's shoulder gently and guided him to the room.

The all sat on the couch after Toko and Kit got comfortable clothes. The rest of the Aoi family looked at the two former maids. Toko turned to Nika.

"Nika...Are you perhaps, dating a guy called Free?"

Nika blushed and bowed her head, "Y-Yes..."

Toko sighed, "Ok. I'll tell whatever happened. Please don't interrupt me in between. I went to a mafia hideout, and my work was a maid there. I had a lot of maid friends who escaped with me. One of them is Kit here." Kit bowed, "There was the evil cunning mafia Theodore Glass, his quiet and unbothered wife Touka Takanashi, and his two sons, Shu Kurenai and your friend, Fubuki Sumie" Toko said looking at Nika, who's eyes widened to the size of saucers.

"But you didn't knew what he was actually, and not to mention he was extremely kind and friendly. Both the sons were. Shu is the mafia heir." Toko blushed at that, "And then one day, Shu's ex's family, who were also the mafia's side-workers, visited. Shu's ex was none other than your boyfriend, Free, who cheated on him for you."

Nika shook, "H-Huh?"

"Then they had a fight about it. Free kept saying he loved Shu, but both me and him knew that he was only doing it to strengthen the bond of the mafias. But eventually, Free gave up and proposed that he actually likes you." Toko said making Nika blush.

"Then Sasha got an opening in the basement through which we could escape. And we did that 9 days ago. We travelled to the city for 9 days and parted ways, taking each others' phone number. Now here we are!"

Valt's face showed many emotions, but all he managed was, "Woah!"

Chiharu and Kento hugged their son. Nika smiled at Toko.

"I hope Free didn't give you a hard time. I'll talk to him about the mafia thing later."

Toko smiled and nodded, happy that he was united with his family again.
