I hit the showers, peacefully this time. I've got one hour to get to the cafe.
So I curled my hair in bangs and wore faded denim with a black and white blouse and a green knitted sweater to go with it. I locked the door and started driving towards the cafe.

Cole and Aiden are already seated at a corner table. They're staring at their phone. These boys are still fighting. I noticed.

I walked towards them and announced jokingly " hi boys, so the awesome person is here! What are we going to do now?" Cole gave me a bright smile while Aiden only displayed an amused smirk.

They uttered their own hi's and went back to staring at the phone.
Tonight is going to be a blast!! With these two not talking to each other.

I wondered if this is what Cole's definition of fun. I sat next to Cole and silently whispered sarcastically: " staring at the phone is fun, but I consider to do it alone!"

Cole immediately kept the phone aside in the table and started " what do you want to order Ele?"

I smiled at him and looked at Aiden and asked bluntly "Aiden, why the hell do you guys keep fighting?" and stared him.

Aiden gave me an amused smirk at my bluntness and replied calmly " Cole has a habit of overreacting to things" and went back to staring at his phone like it was a common conversation starter.

Oh- oh, Cole now glared angrily at Aiden. He looked like he wanted to start an argument, so I tramped his foot and gestured him to stay calm and fortunately, he listened.

Silence followed for what felt like a lifetime. I slowly started " I'm hungry.
Cole, why don't you get us something to eat, please." He had a relieved expression when he walked towards the counter.

I now focused on Aiden and made a throaty sound to claim his reaction. He looked at me staring at him and dropped his phone on the table.
So I started " why do you keep picking up on Cole" I quoted the same lines he uttered to Alex.

"Why do you think I'm picking up on my brother?" He glared challengingly.

"Okay then, let's put it this way. Why do you terrorize Cole?"

Now I successfully made Aiden angry.
"He is my brother Ele, why do you think like that? Don't you see, I'm putting my best effort to get close to him, but he just doesn't want me to. What do you think I'm supposed to do huh? Go give him a tight hug and say that I love him?" Wow!! Okay.

"You know? You could just do that, hug and confess. Or you could start being more concerned with his regular activities, like his daily eating schedule". I said mockingly.

"I try, but it just doesn't work sometimes with my own studies" he replied.

So he makes an effort to bond with his brother. It's a misunderstanding from both the brothers. Both of them are self-centred towards greater love.
Are they two blind?.

" Aiden, I understand. I do. Why don't you guys talk things out? You know that toughest of love are the one's worthy of saving. You can start with simple conversations rather than provoking each other". I stated.

He thought about it a moment and replied: "I'll try".

Okay, that's something for a start, I guess, I wanted to ask about our little moment. Aiden stayed oblivious to that situation, I started " Aid..." But stopped due to Cole.

Cole brought a huge tray full of starters, and fries with a dip in cheese sauce.

"I like cheese, Thanks Cole," Aiden said to Cole and smiled at him. Okay, he's making efforts.

Cole had surprised look on him now, but he smiled and started eating.

All went fine until the moment a group of boys and a girl decided to stop by and talk with Aiden.

Apparently, they're Aiden's college mate.

" Hey buddy, what are you doing here?" The boy with the tattoo asked Aiden.

Oddly, Aiden remained silent.

"Oohhh, he's on a date boys. Let's disturb him" said the other one.

"A threesome, I guess" blonde uttered sheepishly.

Okkaayy, maybe they aren't too good like I thought.

Aiden got up from his seat and glared at the tattooed boy and muttered angrily "fuck off, this ain't any of your business".

Well, that got the boys what they wanted. It's really obvious that they wanted a commotion over here, why can't Aiden understand that.

"Look at her, whose that Aiden? your whore for the week?" the blonde cooed and pointed her fingers at me.

What!!! I mean seriously? That bitch is picking on me?

"Listen, blonde slut, don't you open your dirty mouth on me, the next thing that comes out of your mouth will be your teeth, damaged. and that wouldn't look good on you now, would it? " I glared at her sarcastically.

She sneered but went to silent mode, good for her.

Cole and Aiden gave me an approving look and started glaring at the jerks,

Soon the glaring contest turned heated and they started arguing and the whole cafe stared at us, some in entertainment and some in disgust. The argument exceeded the level and they started throwing punches.

Now I felt the overwhelming urge to throw the boys out of the cafe window.

I took the water glass from the table and poured the content at the boys. Now they stared madly at me. Oh-oh, maybe that wasn't a smart move.

I masked my fright and glared challengingly at the group.

"I'll call the police if you guys don't clear this place" I informed them and took out my phone in emphasis.

They looked at me in suspicion, so I dialled my mom's number and started speaking "Hello, we have an emergency complaint over here sir, a group of boys are creating fights in the cafe" I said while my mom panicked in a confused state and said
" Ele, are you alright? Where are you?"

I saw the jerks dissolve and Aiden staring at me dangerously thinking it's a real cop.

My mom kept screaming in the phone and it sounded like she running.
So I spoke quickly "mom, it's nothing. I'm just acting like I'm reporting to the cop. Please don't panic. Go back to work mom"

I heard her sigh in relief and said in a concerned voice " take care Ele if there's any problem. Please start with 'mom, emergency' and go on. So that I know it's real"

Mom, mom, mom. She's soo sweet!

" Okay mom, I get it. Please relax and I'm really sorry for frightening you" I apologised and hanged the call.

Aiden and Cole kept grinning at me like idiots.

"I panicked, you almost gave me a heart attack" Cole said and started acting like he's in pain and started laughing. These boys too are stupid.

We paid the bill and came out of the cafe. I sarcastically said to Cole
" Thank you for the fun night, Cole, it was really nice with all the fights" and smiled at him sweetly.

Cole gave me a sheepish look, while Aiden only smirked, that bastard. He doesn't talk much, but he's trying to blend. I wondered how he's at his college.

"Can we crash at a party?" Aiden asked suddenly.

I and Cole kept glancing at each other. I've never attended a party. With the confused look Cole is displaying, I understood that he too, like me is new to this.

I decided against it and said "no". While Cole answered with a "yes" at the same time. I wondered why he's saying yes for a death trap.

"Okay then, brother bonding time! Bye guys" I said sweetly and started towards my car.

A pair of strong hands shut my mouth and another pair of identical hands pushed me towards Liz's car passenger seat, Its the stupid brother duo.

Aiden seated in the ignition and started the whole Cole sat behind. I screamed on top of lungs
"This is bloody kidnap! I'll file a police case!"

Aiden gave me an amused look and mocked "don't make a fuzz kiddo, we're going to a party"

I kept quiet, it's obdurate with these two boys in the same team. And the plus is that this two make a good, strong team when they actually agree at something, like kidnapping to be exact.

The car stopped in front of massive house, no it looks like a mansion with a water fountain in the middle.

I slumped on my seat and decided to not get out.

"Ele, it'll be fun. Come on!" Said Cole.

"You traitor!" I pointed at him accusingly and continued
"I'm in this death trap becouse you helped him to kidnap me, you're the reason I'm here!"

"Come on, it'll be fun!" Cole begged.

"Your definition of fun ain't nice, and I don't trust your brother in the fun department too" I glared at Aiden.

Aiden remained silent throughout the banter.

Finally, we came to the conclusion of leaving when I find it too much.

The house is packed with teenager's bustling with booze and steamy make-out session. The party was heated. The smell of alcohol and sweat is heady. Everyone had a red cup in the hands and they all kept dancing to the rock music. Someonee handed me a red cup, I searched for the person to give him back, but he's out of sight. It seems like the population of the whole town is at the party.

I decided to place the cup at the nearby stand but Aiden stopped me " no, keep it with you. Don't drink it if you don't want to, but carry it with you. That way no one would force liquor down your throat"

I saw the blonde from the cafe making out with the tattooed guy in the kitchen counter, people kept whistling and making horny remarks. Their makeout session turned steamy and the blonde took off her top, putting her red bra on display. I turned and looked at Aiden staring at them.

Boys, I tell you.

Cole took my hands and dragged me to the food table.

An unknown boy came to us and gave us a letter and disappeared.

I checked the recipient and it says, to Helen from Anonymous.
