Dream,an illusion,

Depicting thoughts or a confusion.

Dream, a wish,

Sometimes mature otherwise childish.

Dream,a hope,

For fulfillment of aspirations gives a scope.

Dream,a nightmare,

Showing fake realities that scare.

I and you also dream,

Waking up smiling or with a scream.

When you are younger you dream,

You dream to be a prince or astronaut.

When you mature your dreams change,

You dream about love and happiness.

You realise your childhood dreams won't come true,

But now fantasy dreams are very few.

You hope your recent dreams and aspirations come true,

Or at least that's what I do!
