Personality: Ray is a cold, cruel bitch, literally. She gives no mercy to civilians and has killed many heroes; she thrives off being feared by all who dare face her. She's incredibly sadistic in battle and enjoys torturing those who piss her off, else she cares little about facing a foe unless they are powerful enough to give her a decent fight. However without her King at her side she soon loses confidence and focus, afterall he brought her into this line of work. She'll often taunt lesser villains and heroes and fights a mental battle with them whilst pummelling them to their knees begging for death. Her attitude towards her king is a little different though, like how anyone is with a lover she cares deeply for him and would do anything for him, he saved her in his own way.

Powers: She can create indestructible ice out of the water molecules in the air, so can make ice anywhere; She can also create beings of ice and bring them to life, they are all impenetrable except for one point exactly, the same way a prince Rupert's drop works. When using her ice powers her hair turns white from it's natural blue.

She can also control lighting, where it will strike at will and empower her attacks with it whether it be through her sword which conducts electricity or through her own body to boost the power of her punches and attacks. When hit with a direct punch, the victim will feel the physical punch first then a few seconds later will feel a second blow with double the power. Her hair with glow blue and become static like when a person is about to get hit with lighting when using this power.

Special ability: She has two

Velocity allows her to absorb all the energy and electricity from every machine, being or power source in a 100 mile radius and fire it off at her target in one massive blast that never misses. Not only is it electricity but all forms of energy, kinetic, heat, light etc.

Glacial Era allows her to freeze time for as long as she has energy to sustain it. Only those with more power than her are able to move within the time storm

Other abilities: She can embue her ice with lighting too so whoever touches it is hit with the double hits like her punches but with every hit this weakens the ice.

Background: Ray was enlisted in a government programme when she was five years old; she was trained in a variety of martial arts in order to become a government spy, but her abilities were never shown until she was kidnapped by King, a supervillain trying to steal the files she was tasked with keeping safe at all costs. Once she was away from the watchful eye of her handler she found out the truth about her powers and the plans laid out for her to become a weapon for the Heroes after the government killed her parents to take her away. This pushed her over the edge and drove her to the edge of her sanity with need for revenge which King was only too glad to help her reach her full potential. So with her lover at her side, they began a criminal empire to be proud of and she still fights to bring down the hero society who wronged her so.
