"My sister is going to be so bummed when she finds out I lied to her."

"Wait, what did you lie to her about?"

"I told her that you said no when I asked you out on a date so when she left to meet you and convince you like I said she would, I slipped out to meet you here."

"And you think McDonald's will not be the first place she'll look?"

"She doesn't know it's our fourth date. I don't need my sister asking me for details about my romantic life," he cringed.

"You're an evil brother and I love it," she said, leaning over to kiss him lightly so that the few workers around didn't stare at them for too long.

Carter Lane and Freida Jane were at McDonald's during Freida's break because she did not call anyone her boyfriend before four dates. Eager to call her his girlfriend, he had planned four dates with appropriate intervals. Starting off with a classy date, followed by two fun dates, they'd finally ended up in here because she no longer felt like dressing up to meet him. The obvious choice? The McDonald's near her workplace. 

It was now officially his workplace as well since he worked in the female essentials aisle as well to help out all the husbands, brothers and boyfriends, brave enough to go out and buy pads and tampons for their loved ones and carry them in plastic bags. 

Freida would kill him if she ever heard this, but he also loved the clueless looks on their faces and it reminded him of when he met her which was cheesy, but real. Freida simply liked hanging out with her boyfriend, but she would kill anyone who ever found out about it. 

Yeah, things were going bloody great.

That's the last chapter, folks. There is still an epilogue left but officially, it's over. I'm going to miss this story for sure and I would've posted the epilogue today but I don't think I'm ready to let go so it will be uploaded tomorrow and that would be the official end for P3.
