Note – I don't think I may update next week this book ,and am sorry that I posted this book late but I have eye infection guys and doctor has strictly advised to avoid phones , pc for few days , but don't worry I would update may be the parts will be short , but I will try my level best to give you all update , tomorrow no update guys am going out and tomorrow is the last day of my holidays the once again monday onwards college .

Precap – manik reaches madhyam's house .

Madhyam – so manik what say about the deal

Manik angrily – you bastard leave her

Manik slowly takes the gun from his pocket and shoots at madhyam's hand

Manik runs to him and bangs his head to the floor , making him loose his consciousness , aliya was tensed now .

Manik calmly – I will give you what you want , but hand me pari she needs to be taken to hospital .

Manik charges towards her and slaps and takes pari from her and holds her hair – you bitch , I will show you what happens if you mess with manik malhotra's family.

Aliya –manik please leave me its paining

Manik – even nandini and pari cried like this , did you have mercy on them no , then how can you beg of mercy from me and pushes her angrily on the floor , hitting the floor hard.

Manik then sobs hard seeing pari , he kisses her forehead but was shocked when her whole body was cold like ice .

Manik cryingly – pari , princess and pats her cheek

Manik then gazes at nandini , he was in dilemma both her wife and daughter were verge on loosing their lives.

Manik pov – no I cant let myself weak , I need to save both I fucking cant even call ambulance over here .

Manik then takes pari and puts her in his car's back seat , then returns back and picks nandini and takes her and puts beside driver seat .

Manik calls his guards – listen I want madhyam and aliya to be knocked down , till I say don't let them free , if you I will let your lives free from this earth .

The guards obey him in fear as they know the warth of manik's anger.

Manik then picks pari and lays her on his lap , and drives the car hurriedly .

Manik soon reaches hospital , as soon as he reaches hospital he shouts for doctor , on hearing his shouts doctors come out with nurses , even they were shocked seeing nandini's condition .

Doctor – mr.malhotra we need to immedieatly operate , and baby , nurse take her to i.c.u she is freezing

Manik cryingly – they will

Doctor – I wont give you high hopes mr.malhotra , we can say about your baby , but your wife the survival chances are very low .

Manik goes on his kness and joins his hand – please save them

Doctor – we will try our level best

Manik was now standing out of the i.c.u his princess was once again connected with no.of wires , and his wife there she was fighting for her every breathe .

FIVE HOURS LATER

Doctor comes out of i.c.u

Manik – doctor my daughter .

Doctor - she is stable now , we have given her sedatives just pray for your wife now

Manik was now lost

Manik pov – I will do anything what ever you want from me take away god , but please keep both of them safe and sobs hard

Manik goes and stands near the operation theatre he peeps through the window , the scene was dreadful for him , nandini's chest was rising up and down ,lots of blood was lost her lower portion were covered with a thin layer of cloth .

AFTER 3 hours

Manik then sees the doctor comimg out

Manik – doctor my wife

Doctor – she is safe , but

Manik – but what doctor ?

Doctor – she has lost lots of blood ,and the cuts on her body caused infection in her internal organs but we cured that , the cut at her throat was not deep , by seeing the cut we thought it would have caused no injury , we were wrong I think your wife had undergone through her vocal cord operation recently and due to the blood loss her vocals are once again damaged .

Manik – means

Doctor – there was a chance that she could speak , but after this only miracle can work then only your wife can speak and her legs they have second degree burns but don't get tensed only her muscles would be aching for few days later she can walk , she will gain her sense in next 1 hour .

Manik was rooten to his pace, her shout was ringing in his head – she could speak ,she could have , she has burns all because of me . I could not save her .

Manik saw nandini was shifted from operation theatre to general ward , manik holds her hands and walks with her .he observes her every wound and more tears prick in his eyes .

Manik- doctor can you shift my daughter also in my wife's ward

Doctor – yes sure , mr.malhotra

Manik was sitting on stool , holding nandini's hand , there his other life walks in his daughter on stretcher .

Manik picks pari in his arms , as if she was a delicate petal .

Manik – my princess and softly kisses her forehead. and sits beside nandini

Manik – both my angels are upset with me , that I didn't come on time , hmm please get up , I will do what ever you want even if you will beat your dad with your sandals also I wont say anything to you , I will not even allow your mom to brush you up , but please get up both of you , nandini we didn't go to our date , you remember you promised me after pari's treatment we would go out , but then these chaos please get up both of you and cries .

Nandini slowly opens her eyes , pain shot through her every part of body – ahhh

Manik lifts his head , to see nandini wincing in pain

Manik – nandini and caresses her hair

Nandini slowly – manik

Manik – ssshhhh don't speak and stress yourself I will call the doctor

Nandini holds his hand

Nandini – manik pari

Manik – all safe with me and shows her pari's face

Nandini smiles but soon winces in pain

Manik – nandini please bear the pain for 2 seconds i will go and call doctor

Nandini – no manik I want to tell you something

Manik – is it important than your health

Nandini nods at him , and then shuts her eyes due to pain manik slowly kisses her forehead .

Manik – but for me your health is important .

Nandini - manik I want to confess you something

Manik – not now

Nandini looks at him with pleading eyes – please

Manik – what happened ?

Nandini – manik I hided the truth from you

Manik – that you can speak

Nandini nods at him

Manik – nandini remember I would always be with you , I understand if you have not shared it with me then its my fault because it was very rash to you in beginning so there is no where your fault , its all my fault but please don't hide anything from me next time onwards , I know am not trustworthy after what I did , I could not save you both

Nandini – manik am sorry

Manik – am sorry too and joins his forehead with her .

Manik – nandini can I ask you something ?

Nandini – hmm

Manik – I know am causing you pain , your throat is paining but you are not telling me , but this is my last question to you , I want to know everything about you , even your fisrt marriage ,and most important first tell me how did madhyam and aliya kidnap you , please nandini I need to punish them for what they did to our princess

Nandini was in tears as those pains , tortures came infront of her eyes – manik I would tell everything to you about me and pari after we reach our home , but don't leave madhyam he caused our daughter lot of pain

Manik darkens his eyes – what do you mean ?

Nandini – remember when we went to hospital for our pari's treatment ..................

HEALTH TIP -– today's health tip is about bones

Many of us know that our height growth stops at 18 , but what about our bones yes growth and strengthening of your bones for girls stop at 20 and this is stated by doctors also , that is why the age between our 16- 20 is precious our bones would be developing at that time , I mean strong .

When we enter pregnancy phase , its difficult for us we may take high amounts of food , but ¾ th would be for baby's development , and when you carry baby its weight fall on your bones at that time at that period your bones needed to be strong .because after pregnancy we may have hair loss problems and 12- 13 years we would have joint pains , knee problem , back problem this is due to lack of strength in your bones and intake of calcium in high quantities will also not help us , so to avoid this in future , strengthen your bodies now only girls .

Weekly have egg twice , milk daily and eat drumstick leaves its rich in source of calcium I know it sounds weird , but yes there are people who eat that and am one among them we can fry it with moong dal and have it with rooti , its delicious try it out once . drumsticks are also rich source of calcium .and there are many ore guys even I know that you know it. so do it and strength up your bones right now .
