POLICESTATION –

Manik shouts – what the heck are you people you doing you couldn't even track my wife and daughter , it has been 12 hours since they are missing.

All the other officers are trying to free him , but no vain manik was kicking the police officer on his ribs, making him groan in pain , his nose was bleeding , manik was still not satisfied , manik then saw gun lying on the floor , but he was pulled down by other officers shouting for him to stop , they would punish him

Manik shouts – leave me , or else you all will loose your jobs and I will make sure that you do begging on streets tomorrow morning , hearing this all leave him in fear no one wanted to be target of his warth

Manik then looks at the officer who was lying numb on the floor , he picks the gun and points at him , all were now scared they all Knew manik malhotra was the monster and ruthless but never did anyone think he would even kill someone

Manik – what did you say my wife ran ? and kicks him you fucking question about manik malhotra's wife and what made you think like that speak you bastard ? I said speak , I need words .

The numb officer was not responding , manik in anger pulls down his trigger shooting at him at his leg , he was breathing heavily , red eyes he was a monster in human flesh

Manik shouts – treat this fucking piece of shit , and ask him to resign from his job and tell I said , if he doesn not budge then I will make sure that he is totally unemployed and useless .

Other officer scared –sir, please forgive him he told it because we heard you wife is a widow and please sir , think about his family ?

Manik laughs evily and then suddenly shouts – what did you say she is a widow , she is not a widow she is my wife manik malhotra's wife and who the fuck are you to comment on our relationship , you are fucking paid for you are job bastards , not for interfering in someone's life .and family even I am bothered about my family , but didnt he have any sense ,fear commenting on malhotra's , then why should I forgive him , now I want all of you to track my wife and Daughter in next 30 minutes , or else I would shoot each and everyone and by seeing this you can tell I wont back.

Manik then angrily walks away from there , the officers take a breathe of relief , after manik leaves they soon join call ambulance and take the wounded officer to hospital ,and other started work on trackng nandini and pari .

Manik pov – where are you nandini , am dying for you , please come back to me am missing my daughter please bring her back to me , I wont leave who ever tried to harm you and our daughter this is my promise , please god keep my daughter and my wife safe , if you want take my life , but please keep my nandini and pari safe and sobs hard .

Madhaym then goes and check on pari who was wailing her hand and legs due to pain , due to the treatment , the baby who was the princess of malhotra's mansion , heart beat of manik ,and sole purpose for her mother for survival , was now lying on the bed and crying her guts out ,she was in pain ,hunger ,she wanted her parents warmth , her father's kisses, her mother's warm hugs .

Madhyam picks her and gives to aliya – when I take your name then enter the room with the baby

HEALTH TIP- how many of you suffer from migraine like me ,so we all take medications like doing yoga, avoiding stress but do we ever happen to check our diet , yes what we eat can also sometimes cause MIGRAINE ,and am the experienced one .

So basically migraine is at times caused due to your imbalance in our digestive tract , and fermented food products like dosa, idly , vada which is common breakfast to us , should be taken in limits because we know that these foods wont taste good until they are fermented , but they release probiotics which will trigger your brain , and release a chemical which would strain your nerves and causes major headache and at times we puke our guts and get dehydrated .

So solution to this is , avoid fermented products no , I suggest we can have them but in limit , when you want to have dosa let if fermentate for 2-3 hours and then you make dosa, it would be very helpful and other reciepes also same ,but make sure you drink lots of water to maintain your digestive system in good condition and this would help you in avoiding migraine .

BECAUSE AM SUFFERING FROM MIGRAINE FROM PAST 7 YEARS SO I KNOW IT BETTER, TRY THESE STEPS GUYS IT WOULD HELP YOU LOT , AND AM ON MEDICATION , PILLS WHICH MAKES ME ANGRY .SO TRY TO CURE YOUR MIGRAINE BY NATURAL METHODS RATHER WITH MEDICINES LIKE ME .
