He gave my hand a small squeeze and I could feel his eyes on me.

I slowly turned my head to face him and looked in to his breath taking eyes. This is another one of those moments where you wish you could just freeze time. I bit my lip trying to hold back a smile, because I could feel the heat building up in my cheeks.

Harry's eyes kept glancing from my lips to my eyes. I saw him slightly move in, that was until his phone started ringing.

"Really?" He mumbled.

I just laughed as he reluctantly dropped my hand to answer his phone. We both sat up and I look at him while he walked behind the tree to talked to the other person. Soon after, my phone rang. I looked at it and smiled.

"Hello?"

"Who is this?!' a deep husky voice asked from the other end.

"Brittney Spears." I said in a high pitched voice.

"No way! OMG I am like a HUGE fan!!" He mocked my voice.

"Austin? What the hell are you doing?" I hear Jillian in the back.

"Jill?! I was undercover! Now my cover has been blown." My brother said as his girlfriend.

"Austin, she isn't the reason that your cover was blown," i said laughing, "It was because of caller I.D." I said.

"Well, crap a monkey!" He said.

I honestly don't know how old he is. 25 or 5? I also don't see how he got a girl friend, but as long as he is happy, I'm happy (and confused).

"So what are you up to?" Austin asks.

"Oh nothing, just out on a date." I said smiling, knowing the thought of me on an actual date with an actual boy would get his blood boiling, and I was right.

"Wait, like with a boy?" He said. All humor gone and his protective side kicking in.

"Noooo. With a dog." I said sarcastically.

"What's his name? Where does he live? How old is he? Does he have a job? Does he have a car? What is his num-"

"Harry, London, just turned twenty, he will, yes, and I'm not giving you his number." I said trying to hold my laughter in.

"Well, if he ever hurts you, he better watch his sorry little-" He couldn't finish his sentence.

"Hey girl. I'm guessing by Austin's babbling you have a boyfriend?" Jillian said, I could tell she was smiling.

"Not officially."

"Oh well, I'm happy for you."

"Thanks." I smiled.

"Well, I think someone is a little grumpy from his lack of sleep last night," She laughed, "I better go get him to bed. Goodnight. Love you"

"Love you too Jill." And I hung up.

Just as I turned my phone off Harry made his way over and took a seat right next to me.

I swept my legs to the other side when he sat down. He was leaning back, putting all of his weight on his hands which one was behind me.

"Who called?" He asked.

"My brother." I laughed as I reached for a strand of hair that had gotten in my face, but Harry beat me to it.

His hand glided over my cheek and pushed the hair be hind my ear with a smirk.

I felt a blush creeping up, but i hope he didn't notice.

"Who called you?" I asked back.

"Just a friend. The one who is opening the restaurant ." He smiled.

"oh." I smiled back.

"Yeah." He flashed a quick smile.

A few awkward minutes went by, until he broke the silence.

"Bella?" He asked and turned his face towards me.

"Yes." I said.

"This is probably a very awkward time for this, but I couldn't find a better time when we were alone. I know its probably really early for this and I'll understand if you think so too. But I really like you, and I would love it if you were my girlfriend."

I slowly let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

Time stopped.

Everything stopped.

He finally asked me the words any girl dreams of her crush asking her.

"Bella?"

I snapped back in to reality and looked at his face. It was full of worry, embarrassment, with a little hope.

"Of course." I smiled.

Relief rushed through his body as a dimpled smile appeared on his face and he brought me in to a tight hug. When he pulled back a little he placed a kiss on my temple. We then Went back to gazing at the stars.

I felt my eyes getting heavy and I rolled my head back to lay on Harry's soulder, while letting out a small yawn.

"Are you tierd?"

I looked up to see his flawless face right infront of mine.

"A little." I lied. I was sacked!

"Then we might need to head out." He said and stood up, offering me a hand.

Once I was on my feet, he gathered everything in the picknick basket and blew aout all the candles and tossed them in there too. Hr grabbed the asket in one hand and mine in his other as he headed towards the car.

Once we were both in and buckled, Harry started the car and decided to strike up a conversation.

"Not to sound too nosey, but what did your brother want?"He asked.

"Not much, just wanted to check up on me. Then I told him I was out with you and...lets just say that his girlfriend had to intervene." I laughed.

"Oh, well isn't that pleasent." He smiled, but his eyes didnt really show any humor.

"Harry, there is no need to worrie about him. He is all talk, he wouldn't even kill a misquetio. Unless, it hurt me or Jill, only then would he hunt it down to the ends of the earth to kill it." (I'm not even exaggerating, that's how protective Austin is). I looked over at Harry and his knuckles were almost white from gripping on to the wheel so hard.

I placed my hand on top of his, "Harry, you are not a mosquito, do not worrie." I smiled, and his hands slowly relaxed.

In the blink of an eye we were at my house. The ride seemed shorter coming than it did going.

Harry hopped out and walked over to my side to open the door and help me out.

We took our time walking to the door, because I dont think either of us wanted this night to end.

"Thank you so much for this Harry." I turned to face him.

He cupped my cheek in his hand and smiled "Thanks for saying yes."

I just smiled and looked at the ground.

Harry rubed his fingers over my cheek and then leaned in the kiss my forehead. He let his lips linger for a moment and then pulled back.

"I'll see you later." He smiled.

"Yeah, thanks again." I smiled back.

"Anytime."

"Goodnight." I reached up on my tip toes and planted a kiss on his cheek.

"Night beautiful." Was his last words before he made his way back to his car and drove off.

I opened the door and closed it quietly. I turned around and put my back against the cold wood and took a few deep breaths.

this night was one of the bet nights of my life!!
