Hang Up
"Ugh..."
"You're so weak, Katsuki."
"All you had to do was get the job done."
"But your incompetent ass couldn't even get that done."
"My only orders were so so simple Katsuki. It didn't take a rocket scientist to follow them."
"You're only job was this..."
"Don't. Get. Caught."

"U-uh," the man cleared his throat, "M-Mr. uh Bakugo?" The nervous doctor called out to the restrained man who was sat secured to his seat, only a few feet from him.
The man watched with wavering green eyes as two men restrained Katsuki to the chair and unlocked the muzzle that was around his face. Katsuki growled and spat at their shoes before flexing his jaw and gritting his teeth.
The men simply locked Katsuki onto the chair and left without a word. He didn't give the dirty blonde man much attention before shifting his attention towards his lap.
The male before the doctor looked terrifying. His broad shoulders slacking as his arms were chained behind him. A bright orange jumpsuit accompanying the chains and cuffs around his wrists and ankles.
"U-um l-let's see here." The man thought aloud as he began to rummage through his neatly organized folders with clammy hands. He brought a shaky hand up towards his face to push his glasses up on his nose.
"Uh, hi. I-I'm Dr. Iitzu a-and I'll be your personal therapist who w-will help you on your road towards rec-covery." He annouced.
Katsuki didn't move, nor give any signals towards the idea of being a welcomed citizen.
"I...umm..." The nervous man nervously peeked towards the duel- sided glass, as he was not sure of he could take on such a huge task for it was only his first time interviewing anyone, let alone a murderer.
The man received no help from the people as they decided to watch the scene unfold rather than stepping in. The doctor didn't seem to be in danger and that's all that mattered.
The doctor released a shaky sigh before slowly turning his attention towards his patient, only to involuntarily yelp when he found Katsuki's eyes boaring into his every move.
The smaller male just shuffled his papers a gulped down as much courage as he could before speaking.
"Uh...hello. I-I'm doctor- oh wait I already said that." He said as he mentally slapped himself.
"Ok...well...I'm just here to help you and understand why you did what you did." He paused. "So, I'm going to ask you a few questions, and I hope you answer them honestly, or else we're going to be here longer than we're supposed to."
Katsuki just leered at the man in silence.
"S-so uh...first question," the doctor began, "h-how many people did you kill?"
No response.
"Did you go after specific people, or did you just choose at random?"
Silence.
"Mr. Bakugo, I'm going to need a response." The blonde man said. Katsuki just sat there, bored gaze piercing Iitzu's uncertain forrest orbs.
"Uh... Mr. Ba-"
"You've never done this before have you?" The opposite man mumbled. Iitzu's eyes went wide at the sound of Katsuki's voice. It was rough, husky, and deep. It wasn't anything like he expected and it sent a chill down the doctor's spine.
Katsuki chuckled dryly, the deep bases in his voice echoed of the porcelian walls, sending Iitzu's heart beating heavily in his chest.
"They really downgraded," Katsuki rasped, "the last few shitty doctor's at least knew how to get through a fucking sentence without choking on their words." He snickered. "You're such a pussy."
The smaller male felt a pang shoot of intimidation shoot through his being. His was being back-talked by a psychiatric patient.
"I can speak to y-you without f-fumbling!" He announced.
Katsuki merely laughed at the man's failed attempts.
"I'm not here to talk about me! I'm here to talk to you Katsuki. Maybe if you talk to me and give sane responses then the people behind that glass will think about deducting your sentence and setting you free." Iitzu annouced.
Katsuki stop laughing and went silent once again. The flick of his expressions made the doctor feel uneasy again.
He cleared his throat and neatly shuffled his papers before he heard a buzz go over the intercom.
"That's enough from you today, Iitzu. You may take your leave." A voice announced.
Shock ran through the snall man's system and his heart sped up. "W-what do you mean!? Am I-I going o-on break or something!?" He asked frantically.
"It's not that. It's just that our back-up just came in and we'd like if he handled this case instead." The voice informed.
Iitzu gulped and fought the earge to plead for a callback. But as he stare into the unnerving ruby eyes before him, he knew that deep down, a softy like him shouldn't be on the case.
He silently stood up and bowed towards the dual-sided glass, muttering a small 'Arigato' before takimg his files and turning towards the door.
"It was shitty meeting you, Bitch." Katsuki said with a smirk.
Iitzu simply whimpered with a small nod before hastily walking out of the door.
Iitzu only managed to get a few good steps out of the door before slamming into a firm chest. He looked up to meet a pair of piercing chocolate eyes.
The taller man took Iitzu by the shoulders, pushed him away, and straightened out his suit. Without any other words, he took Iitzu's files and muttered a small 'Thanks' before walking into the interrogation room.
Katsuki's eyes bore into the new comer and immediately felt the need to choke on his suffocating cologne.
The man walked in with a sleek black briefcase and pushed his glasses up before taking the seat that was once occupied by Iitzu. He scoot the chair up before placing the briefcase of the table and adjusting the cuffs of his suit and began sifting through Katsuki's file.
Katsuki simply took the time to examine his new threat. He knew this man was going to be a pain in his ass. His silver locks had fallen effortlessly against his forehead and the undercut seemed to be a shade or two darker. His smooth tanned skin perfectly contrasted his bronze eyes and silver hair. Katsuki hated him already.
"Katsuki Bakugo." The male began. "The Katsuki Bakugo?" He said again, almost in a mocking tone. "You were Ground Zero. The #2 ranked Hero."
Katsuki's eyes narrowed as the man emphasized on the term '#2'.
The silver-haired man fought the earge to grin at Bakugo's threatening aura, as he realized that he seemed to be hitting a few nerves. The man cleared his throat and intertwined his fingers into one another and placed them on the table.
"Oh, forgive me. I'm Dr. Hoshi." He said formally. Katsuki rolled his eyes and growled. "And I'm trying to find a fuck to give." He snarled.
The man gave Katsuki a bored look, in which Katsuki gave a confident smirk in return. 'He's gonna be like the other doctor's.' Bakugo thought. 'He'll quit by the end of this shitty session. 20 minutes tops.'
The doctor gave Katsuki a blank expression before digging into the file and pulling out a few pictures. He displayed all the pictures out before the ash blonde male and spoke.
"You killed these women, correct?" Katsuki just rolled his eyes growled. "Fuck no. I just found their blood on my clothes when I woke up." He answered sacasticly.
Hoshi pulled another paper out of the folder and read it to himself. "Did you know them?" He asked.
Katsuki just shrugged his shoulders. "I don't fucking know."
Hoshi examined the pictures of the girl's before looking towards his briefcase. "So you're telling me, that you don't know these women Mr. Bakugo?" He asked in an all-knowing tone. As if he knew the answer.
Katsuki growled a soft 'No', not even bothering to glance at the pictures.
The doctor simply hummed in response before opening the briefcase and pulling out a zip-lock bag.
A zip-lock bag with a phone in it.
Katsuki made sure to hold his cold and unbothered demeanor as the man placed the bag on the table, along with another file beside it.
"Oh really, Mr. Bakugo?" Hoshi taunted. "It seems you knew these victims. Or rather, you slept with them. Is that correct?"
Katsuki grit his teeth and bawled his cuffed fists. "Hell no. That's false information you ass." He snarled.
"Oh? Well that's not what these files say." He said gesturing to the file. "There seems to be 8 women. Yet...you killed 9. Correct?"
Katsuki's eyes shot open for a brief second before bawling his fists and chuckling. "Tch. Yknow for a prissy know-it-all, you sure are fucking stupid. I only killed 8. You must've pulled the 9th one outta your ass you fucking idiot." He snickered.
The opposite makes demeanor seemed to shift as his aura grew thicker; the smallest smirk playing out on his stern features.
"So you admit to killing the women?"
"Fuck no. I didn't do it." Katsuki growled before sitting back in his chair.
Hoshi sat there with a blank expression before reaching towards his briefcase again. He pulled out a navy blue folder and placed it on the table.
"I'm not here to play games with you Mr. Bakugo. I'm not like the man who was in here before. I won't hesitate to force the truth out of you." He spat.
Katsuki glared at the man as he reached into the briefcase once more and pulled out another zip-lock bag. This particular object had Katsuki's heart constricting and his body freezing in place.
Dr. Hoshi witnessed Katsuki's rigged state and tried his best to suppress the wicked grin that was battling to be seen.
"You recognize this, Mr. Bakugo?" Hoshi taunted. He watched as Katsuki's eyes flashed with rage and didn't flinch when the blonde male lunged forward, smirking when he noticed him being stopped by his restraints.
"WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE THAT!?!" Katsuki hollard.
Hoshi didn't answer the question before taking the object out of the bag and placing it in front of Katsuki's raging form.
"I want an answer, Mr. Bakugo." The silver-haired male stated monotonously.
Katsuki gulped thickly before inhaling a shaky breathe and sitting back in his chair. "You ain't getting jack shit from me." He spat.
The response seemed to satisfy the silver-headed male as he smirked at Katsuki. "I was hoping you'd say that."
Hoshi extended his hand out and let his finged hover above the button for a few seconds, enjoying Bakugo's wavering expression, before pressing the button.
Katsuki's heart dropped at the static, and cracked at the following noises.
"A-am I gonna die!? AM I GONNA DIE!?" The voice cried.
Katsuki immediately shot out of his chair and tried to reach over the table. "CUT IT OFF YOU SHITTY BASTARD!!!" He boomed.
Hoshi didn't try to hide his smirk as he slowly reached over the table and cut the tape off. He then gestured for Katsuki to sit in his chair again before opening the navy folder.
"Hmm...(Y/n) (L/n)," he hummed, "a beautiful woman she is." He purred. As he noticed Katsuki's glare harden and jaw clench he decided to push his limits. "Oh, I'm sorry. Was."
He opened the file and began reading aloud. "This (Y/n) (L/n)...you two were engaged, were you not?" He questions. Katsuki pauses for a while. He intakes a few deep breathes before muttering a small 'yes.
In all honesty, Katsuki misses his (h/c) haired angel, more than words could comprehend. Not a day goes by when she isn't on his mind. He even talks aloud sometimes, in hopes that (Y/n) is there to hear him. She promised that she'd always be there for him, so he holds her words close to his heart.
While Katsuki was reminiscing, it only took Hoshi a matter of seconds to peice a few pieces together. "Oh. So you're a cheater." He announced, a slight hint of disgust laced in his words.
Katsuki opened his mouth to protest before sealing his lips and looking towards the table.
"(L/n)'s quirk was Hollow, as they called it. She suffered critical injuries from a crash." He informed.
"Why the fuck are you telling me shit I already know?" Katsuki growled through grit teeth. This asshole had no right to even speak his wife's name.
The doctor merely hummed as he sifted through the folder before closing it. He placed it down before folding his hands over top of it. He adjusted his glasses and straightened the cuffs of his suit before speaking.
"So, after much thinking Mr. Bakugo," he began, "I think I finally understand." He spoke. "I think...that after Ms. (L/n) died, you went out on a killing spree." The doctor enjoyed Katsuki's now stiff composure.
"I think that you killed these women because you think that that's what (L/n) would want. You went out and butchered each woman until your list was complete. Am I on the right track, Mr. Bakugo?" He asked in a taunting tone. Katsuki's gaze was casted on his twiddling fingers as he sat there in silence.
"Now I understand that. But what I don't understand is her." Hoshi said as he gestured to a picture of a woman with chestnut hair and blonde highlights.
"Jessi Hashimata. The last victim." He started. "You completely mutilated her body, yet you left all evidence that could point it back to you." The silver-haired man spoke with furrowed brows.
"You left everything. Your phone, your wallet, handprints, DNA samples, hair follicles. This is what stumps me, Mr. Bakugo. Why would you leave some much evidence? Were you really that reckless?" He questioned with furrowed brows.
The two men sat in silence for what felt like forever. The doctor staring impatiently at his client. Katsuki sat motionless in his seat, eyes shadowed by his sandy tresses.
After what felt like forever, Katsuki replied. "I did those things because..." He paused before trailing off. He complated for a few more seconds before continuing.
"It's 'cause I wanted to get caught." He rasped in a low, husky voice.
The answer had caught Hoshi of guard. He stiffled a cough before nodding and shuffling his papers neatly into his briefcase.
"So Mr. Bakugo," he said, "do you confess to the murders?" He asked.
Katsuki looked the man in his cold brown eyes and nodded. Dr. Hoshi stood up with his briefcase, and gave a solid nod towards the glass.
The same 2 men from earlier walked in. One holding a straitjacket, while the other held a pair of cuffs and a muzzle.
Hoshi nodded at the men before leaving the room, not sparing the arguing men a glance.
Iitzu still happened to be there, as he had seen the entire scene unfold with wide eyes and an unhinged jaw.
He silently gawked at Hoshi as he walked by a shoved the briefcase into his hands. "Give that stuff back to the Evidence Department." He mumbled as he fixed his cuffs and pushed his glassesd up in his nose, before walking away.
