The morning was hectic, to say the least.

The corridors were buzzing with life, even more than they were yesterday. It seemed as if everyone had very important business to attend to. For Yoongi, it was an extra special day now that he had been placed in one of the castes.

Hoseok led Yoongi to the room where his meeting with the other leaders was supposed to be. Yoongi looked at the unfamiliar room and frowned, displeasure washing onto his face.

Hoseok turned to Yoongi, smiling at him softly. Hesitantly Yoongi smiled back, running his fingers through his already disheveled hair.

"Stop that," he said, motioning at Yoongi's hair, "you'll do fine. I promise you."

"I don't even know who's going to be there," Yoongi replied, running his fingers through his hair once more. Hoseok's hands encircled both Yoongi's wrists as he gently put his arms down.

"It's the Alphas meeting. Jimin will be there. Ruby will be there," Hoseok reassured Yoongi."You'll meet your future friends there as well. The test is never wrong. You'll fit right in."

Yoongi nodded, lips pursing slightly. Hoseok smiled once more, his eyes never leaving Yoongi's. He was trying his best to calm a nervous Yoongi down, leaning closer to him. Yoongi became suddenly aware of how close in proximity their bodies were. Blush crept into his cheeks, his gaze falling to the ground. Hoseok's piercing gaze remained on Yoongi as if he was studying Yoongi's response.

"Why do you look down?" Hoseok murmured, letting go of Yoongi's wrists."I'm not doing anything wrong to you."

Hoseok lifted up Yoongi's chin, coaxing Yoongi to look up into his eyes.

"Am I doing something wrong?" he questioned, head cocked to the side, his eyebrow raising at the expression on Yoongi's face.

Or rather, his cheeks.

"Are you blushing?" Hoseok mused, inching closer to Yoongi's face. Yoongi shrunk back, attempting to take a step backward.

"N-no I'm not," he replied, feeling his cheeks burn a little bit more. Before Hoseok could say anything else however, someone cleared their throat.

"Hoseok, you can let Mister Min Yoongi go now. You have other matters to attend to."

Hoseok nodded at Ruby, offering Yoongi one last smile.

"I'll see you later okay?" He said, placing his hand on Yoongi's shoulder. He tensed at Hoseok's touch, looking up at him only slightly. "You'll be in good hands. Ruby will make sure of it. Right, Ruby?"

Ruby nodded, tapping her heel impatiently.

"I promise your Perfect Match will not die in my custody."

"Good. I'll see you."

With that, Hoseok turned and left, leaving Yoongi with Ruby. Ruby smiled at Yoongi, the smile making him feel a tad bit more relaxed. He smiled back at her, waiting for her to speak.

"Congratulations Mister Min, on being placed in Government, Division A," She offered Yoongi another warm smile. "I'll more than likely be your mentor, as I'm in the same division as you."

"Ruby, I told you to just call me Yoongi."

"Ah sorry," she responded sheepishly, "I forget. Now come on. The rest of the Alphas are waiting for you."

Without waiting for Yoongi's response, she turned on her heels and walked towards the room. Yoongi quickly followed after her, stumbling in his heels as she opened the door. As soon as she opened the door, over sixteen pairs of eyes looked up to see Yoongi. His first instinct was to shrink back, attempting to get behind Ruby. The action did not go unnoticed by Jimin, who scoffed loudly.

"Yoongi. Thank you for finally showing up to the meeting," Jimin's eyes narrowed as they zeroed in on his target, an annoyed expression on his face. "Everyone's been aching to meet you."

"Oh shush Jimin. It's only his second official day in our lovely society," Ruby chided. "Remember, he was unconscious for about a week."

"Well now that he is here, please have him introduce himself!" a voice said. "I think we'd all like to know him."

Ruby motioned for Yoongi to walk more into the room. Yoongi obliged, taking a few small steps forward. She closed the door and gestured for Yoongi to introduce himself.

"State your name, birthplace, rank, division, and Perfect Match if you have one."

Jimin's eyes flamed up at the mention of Perfect Match, his expression turning into a sneer. Ruby smiled at Yoongi encouragingly. With a nod, Yoongi's eyes drifted to the room, forcing himself to smile.

"Hi, my name is Min Yoongi. I'm originally from Daegu. I am in Government Division A. I do have a Perfect Match. His name's Jung Hoseok."

"Hey Jimin, isn't that your boyfriend?" someone asked. Jimin nodded slowly, turning to the person.

"Yes, he is," Jimin drawled, narrowing his eyes, "Do you have anything else to add, Jeongyeong?"

The girl, Jeongyeong, smirked, letting out a low whistle in response. "This should be interesting."

Jimin glared at her, standing up to meet her gaze. Ruby rolled her eyes and turned to Yoongi.

"The Alphas sit with their division. Since you're with me, you sit there," Ruby pointed to a circular table in the center which was completely lonesome. She caught the expression on Yoongi's face and laughed. "Yoongi, to be in Government Division A is rare. Us two are the only ones, other than one other."

As we sat down at the table Yoongi turned to stare at her, asking, "Who is the other person?"

"Well his descendants from the ones who actually built this place," She smiled."You'll meet him soon enough. You'll love him."

"I sure hope so," Yoongi mumbled."When is he coming?"

"He should be here in a few moments," Ruby responded, checking her watch, "he doesn't actually live here with us."

Yoongi looked at her surprised. "He doesn't?"

Ruby shook her head. "He—"

A silence fell over the room as the door began to open. Ruby's mouth immediately closed and she stood up. The other Alphas began to follow suit, their feuds and arguments coming to a halt as the presence that was behind the door received their attention.

Yoongi stood up as well, insides filling with anticipation and curiosity. Who was this person? This person, who doesn't actually live here, but more than likely led the entire society.

After what seemed like ages, the door opened. Yoongi's mouth opened, disbelief washing through his face. A million thoughts began racing through his head as the person walked towards Ruby and him, greeting every other Alpha in the room with a smile.

"Yoongi," he smiled brightly, offering Yoongi his hand, "it's so great to see you alive and well."

Yoongi looked down at the hand he was offering, taking it hesitantly.

"It's been a while. How are things progressing so far with Hoseok?" he asked enthusiastically."Have you thought about kids yet?"

Yoongi's cheeks flamed at the statement. He quickly shook his head, still at a loss of words at the person in front of him. Someone cleared their throat loudly, and with a start he released Yoongi's hand, turning his attention to the one that cleared his throat.

Jimin looked at him furiously, jaw and fist clenched at his statement. Nevertheless, he smiled tightly at him saying, "As much as we'd all love to talk about Yoongi's personal affairs, Namjoon, we must talk about the important stuff."

Kim Namjoon.

"You're right Jimin," he nodded gravely, walking towards the center of the room. "Let's move on to the main focus of this meeting, sparking the revolution."

Another smile made its way onto Namjoon's face, although this time it wasn't a friendly one. The same smile began to transcend itself into all the Alphas' faces, a spark igniting in every single one of them.

His descendants were the ones who built this place.

But how could his descendants have built this place when those same descendants were also at fault for creating Perfect Match?
