Alex POV

Surprisingly I got some sleep during the night, but I still woke up kinda early, 5am. The time was currently 7am, and I was reading fanfiction on my computer, still in my pajamas. I had an 8.30 class (pls don't come at me if I got the wrong times for classes, I'm still in highschool) so I still had quite a lot of time before I had to get ready. Laf didn't have any classes until about midday, so I doubt he will get up any time before 11, seeing as he isn't a sleep deprived gremlin like me and actually needs sleep.

I reached the end of the story, wiping a few tears away as yet another author had killed off Anthony. Just let them be happy, I really wasn't in the mood to be emotional at this hour.

I tried to get the book out of my mind by thinking of something else, but that just got me thinking about John. How his brown, curly hair looked effortlessly amazing. How when he smiled, his dimples showed. How beautiful his eyes-

My thoughts were cut off by my phone buzzing loudly and giving me a heart attack. I quickly muted it so the buzzing didn't wake Laf up and checked to see why it buzzed.

AndPeggay: Good morning everyone!

TurtleBoi: Peggy why tf are you so excited its 7am

AndPeggay: bc I spent all night trying to find everyones numbers and I finally succeeded

HammyHam: 👏👏👏

CaptBoomerang: but what about Toph? who has her number?

KitKatara: ...

KitKatara: Sokka she's literally blind you dumbass

AndPeggay: So one of the reasons I created this is bc I'm inviting you all to my dorm to have a night of playing xbox games and forming friendships

TheBiBlueOne: Peggy it isn't just your dorm, me and Angie exist too you know. You haven't even asked us if we want people invading our dorm for the second night in a row

TurtleBoi: CAN WE PLAY KNIGHT SQUAD PLS PEGGY

HammyHam: What's that?

AndPeggay: It's a game, I'll explain how to play it when you come over. So who can come?

TurtleBoi: ME

TheBiBlueOne: Ok then, just ignore my message

HammyHam: I guess I can come, Laf will want to come but he's still sleeping at the moment

KitKatara: I can come, Toph's my roommate so I can tell her but she might not play whatever this game is

MagentaMacaroni: Jemmy is feeling a bit sick at the moment, but we'll see how he feels later

smol&sick: Thomas i'm literally always sick and it's not that bad. Peggy we would be happy to come

Burr-ito: I'm getting lots of work today, so I might be a bit late. What time will it start?

AndPeggay: Probs 5-5:30 ish, I can order pizza for everyone

HammyHam: One question. Why is this group called 'Onion Ringlets'? Do you guys just have a thing for weird group chat names?

AndPeggay: It's because we are all like Shrek, we all have layers and therefore are onion ringlets

HammyHam: What's a Shrek?

TurtleBoi: oh no. youve angered the Peggy

AndPeggay: HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT SHREK IS???? SHREK IS LIFE!!!! OMG YOU NEED TO BE PROPERLY EDUCATED IVE GOT ALL 4 MOVIES COME OVER TO MY DORM AND GET THEM YOU CANT BE A PROPER MEMBER OF THIS GROUP UNTIL YOU HAVE WATCHED THEM ALL AND KNOW EVERY WORD TO ALL STAR!!!

HammyHam: Uhh...ok

Peggy POV

I was doing what little bit of homework I had to do when I heard a knock on the door. That would be Maria.

"Hey Peg-"

"SSsSsssShHhhHHhHh!" I shushed her, not wanting Angie and Eliza to know she was here. "This is a top secret operation, be quiet!"

"Ok," she whispered back. I crept to my room, Maria at my heels, and once we were in, I locked my door and we sat down at my desk.

"Maria, are you sure you want to swear yourself to secrecy?" I asked, just making sure.

"Yes," she replied confidently.

"Ok," I said. "Let the oath begin. Do you, Maria Lewis, swear that you will tell no one about this, and swear to help me complete it, no matter what?"

"Of course," she said.

"Sign here," I said, pulling out a sheet of paper and a pen. Maria took the sheet and signed it. I smiled widely. "Yes! Now I can truly explain everything! Quiet drum roll please..."

Maria made a drum roll sound with her fingers, while I walked over to my surprised pikachu painting, and slid it to the side.

"Tada!" I said, making jazz hands.

"Wait, so you made me swear to secrecy and sign a document... to be a shipper?" she asked, laughing.

"Gasp!" I said, actually saying 'gasp'. "This job is more important than just shipping people! It is getting them together so they realize they are solemates and then get married and they will never know it but I was the one that got them together!"

Maria was still laughing, but she took into account what I said. "Ok, so my guess is part of the reason that you are having that hang out thing here is to make these potential couples bond?"

"Yes! You're learning really fast, Mars!" I said, feeling proud of her. "So we now need plans for different scenarios and how we can get the people being shipped together to hang out together and get closer."

Maria pulled out a red notebook with a matching pen from her pocket. "I'm always prepared for anything. Shoot me with some ideas."

We spent the next few hours coming up with ideas for things the people being shipped together could do to make them realize they are perfect for each other. We only stopped when there was a knock on the dorm's door at 5pm. That would be someone arriving for the xbox night. I quickly slid the painting over my pinboard and Maria pocketed her notebook full of ideas, then we went to welcome whoever was at the door.

Tonight was going to be awesome.
