Prologue
Time was previous for evryone and is for Ella. Kissing on the cheeks she waved her hands bidding goodbyes to Mom and Da who have been watching her from their doorstep. Taxi car drove to airport passing her hometown of Bristol town in London. Checking her flight time each seconds she got excited to reach Camberville town of England. It's her dream to get into the famous and prestigious Blackwood Academy where she can explore the Arts and Research.
Driver halted the car to the parking area there were number of people going in and out of airport. The welcoming moments captured her heart which caused her to smile at those people who are hugging each other and couples kissing.
"How much?"
Ella asked as she dragged her suitcases from the back of the car. Driver replied.
"That will be $90."
"Thanks."
Driver replied with a smile as she payed the taxi fare.
Deeply exhaling Ella dragged her suitcase and went in. After lot of process she got herself at the waiting section. Quickly taking her phone she texted mom.
'Reached airport waiting for plane.'
Taking her earphone out she plugged it in her ears and leaned to her seat waiting for her time. Feeling heavy listening to the smooth music Ella felt her eyes dozing off. Rubbing her eyes she squirmed in her sleep waking up. Ella looked her surrounding and checked the time.
'Fuck'
There is only 5mnt left to join the waiting que. She run with her suitcase to catch the line. Panting heavily she stumbled on the back of the que causing her foot to twitch and loose her balance.
'No not now!'
She felt her hands flying in the air ready to drop to the ground she tried catching her suitcase but gravity claimed her, pulling her downward like a stone falling to a pond waiting for the chaos of the fall. But it never happened , a warmth of strong hands, with strong firm interpreted her descent. She blinked her eyes twice only to see she has collided to someone's strong arms with strong grip, protective as if God send him to save her in right time.
For a second the chaos of the airport faded, leaving her heart beat and his breathing. A small fainted smile tugged at his lips.
"Falling me for already?"
The unknown man teased her with a low murmur voice when he secure her in his arms.
The heat of embarrassment rose to her cheeks but her lips betrayed her with the strange boldness she got from nowhere.
"Lucky catch!"
She mumbled in faint voice and pulled herself up from his arms. She steadied herself adjusting her dress. She darted froward dragging her suitcase, with stare of the man piercing her back. With trembling legs she entered into the plane. Checking each seats she found her seat near the window. Tucking a smile she plopped into the seat after knowing the man had already seated opposite of her. He gives a faint smile when she faced him. Smiling back nervously she pulled the white naked of the window to see the world.
'Oh my god is he a student or a man?'
She stole glances at him through the narrow aisle of her seat. His head was tilted back against the seat, eyes closed, his features softened in his sleeping mode. The dim light of the plane casted a shadow obee his jawline, his chest rose and fell in rhythm of his breathes. It all seemed out of place in a cramped cabin of the plane with air stiff and passenger's busy seatings. She wondered if he was simply in his thoughts. There caused something her heart to flutter. She unknowingly traced his eyes bowed and facial features especially the plump lips which caught her eyes. A gentle smile grew along with her stares. Just as her thought began to swirl around , an aishrostess came near him and leaned toward him.
"Would you like to drink soemthing sir?"
Her voice was immersed in her professional tone.
His eyes opened slowly, and for a moment, they flickered directly to her. Caught red-handed, she snapped her gaze to the window, feigning interest in the endless expanse of clouds. Heat bloomed in her cheeks as she silently berated herself.
From the corner of her eyes she saw him sitting straight and ordering something.
Airhostess took a wine glass and poured some wine to it. Taking the wine glass in his hands he cautiously wrapped his fingers around it steady and stronger grip like earlier moment.
Just after the airhostess left the area he leaned back to his seat and plugged his earphones. Ella sighed and leaned back to her seat watching the sky moving slowly as the plane took off.
