Melodie impatiently taps her foot. Her half-brother and cabin mate, Vinny, and her best friend, Natalia, stand with her. All three waiting for someone. "She should be here soon." Natalia reassures her. "I hope so." Melodie murmurs. Bones start to stick out of the ground. "...she's near." Vinny says.

     Melodie turns her head and there she sees her. Black hair tightly tied into pigtails, dark silky shorts and an orange Camp Half-Blood shirt. Kiryomi smirked. "Did you guys miss me?" She asks. "OF COURSE I DID MY LIGHT MY JOY MY BABY OH MY GODS YOU ARE BACK-"Melodie squealed. Kiryomi kisses her on the cheek, then waved to Vinny and Natalia. "Hey." She says.

     "How was your visit to the underworld?" Vinny asked. "Uneventful." Kiryomi says, then eats a pomegranate seed. "Well, are you here to stay?" Natalia questioned hopefully. "Hmm.. Maybe." Kiryomi says. Melodie looked at her, pleading eyes. "Okay okay I'll stay." She smiled. "Well, you should come back now! There's some new campers this year!" Natalia says. 

     The four go back to camp and reintroduced Kiryomi to everyone. She had a warm welcome. "I'm so glad you are back." Melodie says. "Same. I honestly missed you." Kiryomi confessed. "Awww, you big softie." She smiled. "Oh I'm the big softie? 'MY LIGHT MY JOY MY BABY-' really?" Kiryomi teased. 

     Melodie tilted her head onto Kiryomi's shoulder. "Maybe we both are then, Emo." She smiled.
