She pulled Percy away to talk to him before talking to all of us. However, before she starts I catch Percy's eye and ask a silent question:

He shakes his head as if to say:

Hermione takes a deep breath and begins, "Are you guys demigods?"

The room burst into chaos, and no, not the primordial.
