Chapter Eight: Operation Cinderella!

Percy's POV

At The Throne Room Of Olympus.

We finally arrived at Olympus so we can convince the Council to not kill me. I highly doubt that they will, but now nobody can say I didn't try.

We opened the doors leading inside the Throne Room to find the Gods in silence. At first I thought we had the wrong Throne Room.

'Oh sorry, I must be in the wrong Throne Room' I said backing away.

Nico and the Campers that came with me started laughing as well as Hermes, Aphrodite, Artemis and Apollo. Even Hades was chuckling a bit with my dad next to him!

Zeus just glared at us. 'How dare you show up in MY Throne Room uninvited!' Zeus boomed, his knuckles turning white from the death grip he is giving his arm rests of the Throne.

'Um, well I'm sure you already know that there was another Prophecy issued and we were wondering if you could, by any chance, not kill Percy if we find him and get him to help us' I asked in fake nervousness.

Zeus' glare became even more intense when I mentioned myself. 'NEVER! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!' He yelled, raising from his throne, his Over-sized firecracker in hand(Thanks for the nickname Drew1997!)

All the campers and I shuddered and ran out the Throne Room. Nico and I did too just because we almost went all Badass Gods on Drama Queen. I mean seriously, he gets an over-sized firecracker and a crown and he thinks he can boss anyone around! The only thing he is missing right now is a long blue dress with sparkles, then he would look like a true Queen of Drama!

Suddenly I grew an idea! 'Hey guys! I know what we're going to do today!' I exclaimed once we got to the elevator.

I got a mischievous look in my eye and the Stolls were already grinning. 'I don't know about you guys, but I can so picture Drama Queen wearing a tight long blue dress with sparkles all over it' I said grinning evilly.

Everyone in the elevator burst out laughing. The Stolls were on the ground pounding on the floor. Clarisse tried to keep a straight face but was laughing in seconds. Malcolm looked like he was putting a plan together to make my suggestion happen. Drew was laughing, before she spoke up.

'I got the PERFECT dress for him! Can we put high heels on him too?' She asked shaking in excitement.

I grinned. 'Of course we can, and we will!' I said rubbing my hands together.

'When are we doing it?' Leo asked.

'We can do it tonight. I got nothing better to do' I said shrugging.

'Dude, can we put godly glue on the high heels so Drama Queen can't take them off?' Nico asked.

I laughed. 'Heck yeah!' I said giving Nico a fist bump.

~~~~TIME SKIP!!!~~~~

It was 11:00 at night. It is almost time to begin Operation Cinderella! All I have to do now is go and get my awesome team of Pranksters.

I went to the meeting place where we were going to meet so we can leave to Olympus. Once I got there I sensed a Godly aura.

I instantly ran in thinking we got caught by Drama Queen only to find a certain male hater talking to Nico and the gang.

'Hey guys sorry I'm late' I said walking to the clearing.

'What's going on?' I asked looking at Artemis.

'Dude, Artemis agreed to help us pull off the prank!' Nico said excitedly.

'Seriously?' I asked, my eyes widening in shock.

Artemis laughed. 'Yes I'm serious. Father has been getting on my nerves lately' She said crossing her arms across her chest.

I shrugged. 'The more the merrier!' I said just before Hermes flashed in.

I groaned. 'Ok geesh, this was supposed to be a secret operation! Soon the entire Olympian council is going to show up!' I said annoyed.

'Relax Jared. I was just here to give you guys some suggestions' He said in mock offense.

'What are you going to suggest?' I asked.

'Oh well I was going to give you guys this camera so you can record it all, and I was going to give you all these awesome invisibility cloaks that can hide you from even gods!' He said holding the items in his hands.

'Wow I want a cloak! Give me one!' I said and was literally jumping up and down in glee as he handed me one.

I put it on and found myself invisible. 'Sweet!' I said.

'Now come on guys, we have to get to Olympus!' I take when everyone had the cloaks on.

Artemis stepped up. 'I will flash all of you to Olympus. It will save you guys some time instead if catching a cab there' She said snapping her fingers and flashing us to Olympus.

I looked around and saw that we were inside Zeus' Palace. I grinned.

'Let's do this!' I whispered excitedly as I quickly snuck around.

Twenty minutes later we finally found Zeus' Room. I was already tired. I mean who needs so many damn rooms? We passed like a hundred rooms trying to find Zeus. But finally we found him sleeping.

We snuck inside his room and got to work. I went to go get Hera out. She was laying next to Zeus. I placed my hand over her mouth so she wouldn't make a sound. She instantly woke up thrashing about in fear. I put a finger on my lips signaling her to be quiet. She nodded quickly, fear still in her eyes.

'Don't say anything, we aren't here to assassinate you or anything. We are here to pull a prank on Drama Queen here' I whispered to her.

She was shocked but shook it off and nodded before getting off the bed. She then went and stood silently in a corner. Everyone then got to work.

Clarisse took out the dress from a bag we brought as well as the high heels. Drew took out a ton of makeup stuff from her bag. I took out a crown while Nico took out a gel he bought in a weird market. It's supposed to make hair grow super fast.

In thirty minutes we were done dressing Zeus. It took a while to put on the dress since he was pretty big. I'm surprised he didn't wake up. Once we were done, we placed a camera on the ceiling to film everything and stood up to leave.

'This is going to be good!' Artemis whispered giggling softly.

I smiled. 'Heck yea it is!' I replied just as softly.

I turned to Hera and gave her two thumbs up before turning around and racing out of the Palace. Artemis flashed us back to camp. We rushed back to the Hades Cabin and hooked up the computer so we can see Zeus through the camera.

We waited a few minutes before Zeus woke up. He yawned and walked to the bathroom. A few minutes later we heard some high pitched screaming. Hera was trying hard not to laugh, and so far she was doing a pretty good job.

Zeus rushed out of the bathroom squealing like a girl. He flashed out of the room to the throne room. We then connected to the camera Hermes placed in the throne room and found Zeus shooting lightning into the sky, calling a meeting.

In seconds, the entire council flashed in looking around thinking Zeus was being attacked. When they caught sight of Zeus, they all started laughing. Even Hades was on the ground holding his stomach at the sight of his brother.

Zeus was wearing a dark blue skin tight dress, that had sparkles all around the bottom half. It was also strapless. Zeus' hair was now longer, reaching his mid back, wrapped together in a ponytail. On his head was a crown, though I'm pretty sure it was a tiara. It had the words 'Drama Queen' imprinted on the front.

In his feet were high heels that looked pretty uncomfortable. His feet looked like they were getting swollen. I tried not to laugh but key word there is TRIED. In seconds I was on the ground rolling around laughing. Tears were rolling down my eyes when the others joined in the laughter.

'HERMES! YOU DID THIS DIDNT YOU?' Zeus screamed in a fit of rage.

Hermes stopped laughing just long enough to respond. 'I wish I was responsible but it wasn't me' He replied before bursting out in another round of hysterical laughter.

Zeus gave him a death glare. 'THEN WHO DID THIS?!' Zeus questioned.

Nobody answered. I saw Artemis laughing on one corner. My heart melted at the sight. She was so beautiful. More beautiful than even Aphrodite herself! I wonder why Artemis didn't become Goddess of Beauty. I sighed. It probably would have made my life easier. Here I was falling in love with a Maiden Goddess. My life sucks!

I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard a very high pitched scream.

'It doesn't come off!' Zeus screeched in horror.

I looked at the screen and saw him trying to take off the high heels. Some of the gods were starting to calm down until they heard what Zeus said and started laughing again even harder than before. I myself was on the ground again laughing.

'Please tell me we are recording this!' I said wiping away tears from my eyes.

'Damn right we're recording this!' Malcolm said.

~~~~TIME SKIP. THE NEXT MORNING!~~~~

I woke up in pain for some reason. I tried to get up, only to realize something didn't allow me to. I opened my eyes and nearly screamed in shock and fear when I saw Drew on top of me.

I checked myself and her to make sure we are both wearing clothes and sighed in relief when I saw that we were. Good, I almost had a heart attack.

I gently pulled Drew off me, careful not to wake her up and went to the laptop. I unlocked it and found that the Olympians were gone. I inserted a disk so I can transfer the video into it. A few minutes later the video was recorded in the cd. I labeled it Operation Cinderella and put it on top of my drawer before going to the bathroom.

I quickly showered and got dressed after brushing my teeth. I walked out of the room with nothing but shorts on, my towel hanging from my shoulder. The others were still sleeping thankfully.

I went to my drawer and pulled out a black t-shirt. I turned around and was about to put it on before I noticed something. There was a figure on MY bed! Then I realized who it was.

'Lady Artemis! What a surprise to find you here' I said nervously.

She blushed as she stood up. 'Hey per- I mean Jared. Can I talk to you somewhere private please?' She asked sounding nervous.

I gulped. Somewhere private? The only thing running through my head was a picture of me following Artemis to the woods then she turns around and stabs me. And I can't scream for help because nobody can hear me.

Snap out of it! If she was going to kill me, she would have done it already! I argued with myself inside my head.

I heard Artemis clear her throat and realized I didn't answer her yet.

'Oh right sorry. Yea, let's go to the beach. I know of a place where nobody knows about' I said hurriedly.

I rushed silently to my closet and fished out my sandals. I put them on and went outside with Artemis right behind me. I lead the way to the beach, once there I turned left and walked until we were in a small wooded clearing, the waves slashing against the trees.

I gestured for her to sit on one of the boulders as I sat on the one beside it. Once seated, she began speaking.

'Percy, there's something I have to tell you. You don't have to reply or do anything if you don't feel the same way, I just have to tell you before the chance of me doing so is gone' She started.

I felt a small hope rise in my heart. Maybe she likes me! Maybe I have a chance with Artemis! Were my only thoughts running through my head. Of course then the negatives started arguing in my head. She's a Maiden goddess, why would she like me? She frickin kills males just for looking at her!

I mentally sighed. Stupid negative voices! I sighed, nothing ventured, nothing gained I told myself, mustering my courage.

'There's something I need to tell you as well Lady Artemis' I said softly.

Her beautiful eyes widened. 'You go first then' She said smiling at me.

I almost forgot what I was going to say as I stared at her.

I quickly spoke before my failing courage completely failed me. Worst she will do is say no, right? I mentally asked myself.

'Um, I kinda have fe-elings for you' I stuttered out quietly hoping she didn't hear my weak attempt at telling her my feelings. But of course she heard me.

'Yo-you do?!' She asked bewildered.

I started playing with my hands. 'Yes, I really do like you. More than like you actually. Please don't kill me!' I said quickly as I closed my eyes waiting for an arrow to fly at me.

The only thing I felt was someone crashing against me, making me fall of the rock with the person landing on top of me. To my shock, I felt lips connect to mine.

I opened my eyes to find Artemis kissing me. After getting over the shock, I started to kiss back. A moment later she pulled away.

'I love you too Percy' She whispered with a smile on her face. I was dazzled by her smile.

That said she leaned in and kissed me again. I placed my hands on her hips and flipped us around so I was on top now. My hands traveled from her hips, down to her thighs and back up again.
I felt her lick my lower lip, asking for permission to enter my mouth. I smiled into the kiss as I allowed her entry.

For a few minutes we fought for dominance until she finally gave up as I took over the kiss. I pulled away gasping for air. I saw Artemis was also breathing hard. My mouth shifted into a huge smile as Artemis giggled. Her voice sounded like a thousand angels singing in unison. I couldn't believe someone so beautiful loved me.

I was about to bend down to kiss her again when I heard a twig snapping behind me. Quick as lightning I turned around expecting a monster, only to find my prankster buddies staring wide eyed at me and Artemis.

I was instantly blushing as I glared at them. 'What the Hades are you guys doing here?' I asked annoyed.

I looked at Nico and saw his eyes wide in fear. I raise my eyebrow at him. He just got out a mirror and held it up to me. I gasped in shock.

I wasn't in disguise. They knew I was Percy now! I gulped as I started to back away. Just my luck! I screamed in my mind.

Hope that make out session was okay cuz I had my girlfriend write it since I'm a guy and would probably fail epically trying to write that.
