Rachel's POV

It's been a week since Athena gave me that book. I've tried the opening and closing spells on doors in Apollo's palace. I accidentally locked Apollo in the bathroom once. Oops... He was more than a bit mad. So now one of the bathrooms are sealed shut with markings all over the door. Because of the oath, he can't do anything to me though. I think.

Anyway, I found Percy. I haven't made the portal yet though. I need to find a space big enough and quiet enough to not be disturbed. I'll probably have to ask Athena about that.

I walked into one of the spare rooms in Athena's library intending to practice drawing the Wyrdmarks. I found Athena standing by the wall which is covered in Wyrdmarks looking very nervous.

"Hey, Rachel you managed to read the book?"

"Yes, it was quite interesting"

"If you want to follow Percy you'll have to go soon. Zeus found out what you're trying to do."

"Right... Imma go now. Thanks for the help"

I speed-walked out of the building, and I really mean speed-walked. I went down in the elevator, out to camp half-blood and I found a secluded spot at the back of Zeus's fist.

I finished almost all the markings before some nymphs started to gather. They watched me curiously. I knew. they wouldn't tell Zeus and if they did I'll be long gone. I finished the last of the markings and tapped the one at the very top. The portal flared up and showed a marshy landscape. I glanced back, picked up my bag and my book and stepped through.

Almost instantly the smoke of the Oracle of Delphi started curling out of my mouth. But this time instead of a prophecy it said:

"BaD CoNnEcTiOn. AtTeMpT tO mOvE cLoSeR tO wIrElEsS rOuTeR"

I think I broke the oracle.
