There will be no sequel to On Off. I wrote something sad, I'm not just gonna make up a happy ending.

Instead you can have this happy one shot.

Don't complain. Or else the next one shall be very sad.

A Summer Snow Day (aka Swinter if anyone remembers that)

"I know you and your cabin had something to do with this."

"What? No. Why would you think that?"

"I don't know... How about that fact that there is a freaking blizzard in the middle of July!"

Piper glared at Leo her arms crossed and foot tapping impatiently. She looked menacing expect for the fact that she was shivering in her T-shirt.

"Okay look," Leo started. "I talking to Calypso and she mentioned that she hadn't seen snow, so I promised that she'd see snow. And you know Khione hates me now and so there was no snow this winter. So now that it's over yesterday I told her that next winter I'd try to charm Khione into giving us some snow. I meant it as a joke... But Khione must have been pissed for a blizzard to appear overnight. Don't kill me?"

"I won't kill you until this blizzard is over," Piper said teeth chattering. "Fire?"

"You got it Beauty Queen," Leo smiled setting his hands ablaze.

Piper grabbed him in a hug and began to defrost as Leo's fire melted the ice on her. Piper smiled slightly, "All his forgiven Human Heater."

Leo rolled his eyes. "So... Now what?"

"Well we seem to have a snow day. So once the wind dies down I guess it is time snowmen, snow angels, sledding etc."

"Sounds good to me. But um, Pipes?"

"Yeah?"

"Can you let go?"

"No."

"SNOWBALL FIGHT!"

Campers had to duck and cover as the Hermes cabin burst out of nowhere firing snowballs left and right.

"Bring it!" Leo shouted drawing their attention.

Travis held up a hand for his cabin to ceasefire.

"You think you can beat us Valdez?" Connor called.

Leo smiled. "Nyssa!"

"On it!" Nyssa shouted. "Bring it in!" She yelled as her cabin rolled in machine about the size of a car.

"Think you can beat us Stoll?" Harley giggled from where he stood a top the machine.

"Oh Styx," Cecil muttered.

"Fire!" Harley commanded. Buttons were pressed and snowball after snowball fired toward the Hermes cabin.

"Scatter!" Travis yelled. "Plan B! Plan B!" Hermes campers scrambled and began to pick off the Hephaestus campers managing the machine. Other campers made a line in front of them to hold them off.

"Shouldn't we stop them?" Piper asked. "You know before they destroy something?"

"They haven't yet. And right now I need to help Malcolm figure out the specific dimensions of that igloo we are building in front of the cabin," Annabeth told the other girl. "Want to help?"

"As fun as that sounds I think I'm gonna go build snowmen in the arena. I think Jason said he was  heading there."

"Alright but come see the finished igloo later!"

"Will do," Piper said heading toward the arena. When she got there she spotted Jason. He was busy hacking at a snowman with his sword.

When it fell apart he knelt in the snow to build it back up. Piper smiled and joined him. "Hey," he greeted. "Come to build and destroy snowmen with me?"

"I've come to show you how it's done," Piper corrected.

Jason laughed. "Prove it."

"Oh I will," she promised.

"Ready to get your butt kicked?"

"Please. You're gonna eat my snow Pinecone Face."

"Please. Both of you know I'm gonna win."

"Shut up Kelp Head," the other two said at once.

"Get ready!" Grover shouted and the three children of the Big Three got ready in their sleds.

"Get set!" Juniper yelled.

"Go!" Both screamed at once and the three demigods sped off on their sleds down the hill.

Unfortunately Percy may or may not have hit something launching him off and into Nico while his sled went the other way hitting Thalia's.

"Are you guys alright?" Grover asked when he reached the bottom where the three demigods groaned in response.

"Maybe this was a bad idea after all..." Juniper said.

"Whoa, how many snow angels did you make?"

"I don't know! They're fun! Join me!" Calypso said flopping down in the snow once again and moving her arms and legs.

Leo shook his head. "Sorry I'm in the middle of a snowball war. I just ran back to my cabin to get some supplies. I'll join you later!" He promised running back toward the battle.

"Leo!" She shouted after him sitting up. "You stepped in it! Now I have to re do it!"

"They are going to kill one another!"

"Let the brats be. And could the death of one of them really be the worst that can happen?"

"Yes Dionysus. Yes it is."

The Camp Director only shrugged and took a sip of his Diet Pepsi. "Oh well."

Chiron groaned as he stepped out of his wheelchair before galloping off to stop the snowball war.

When he reached the spot things had gotten worse.

"This war isn't over yet!" Connor shouted.

Nyssa opened her mouth to counter when someone else cut in.

"Did someone say war?" Clarisse asked a large smile on her face. Behind her stood her cabin with shields out and snowballs in hand. "Charge!"

Chiron tried to yell over the campers but the three feuding groups but was quickly drowned out. The centaur sighed. He had one theory one how to get everyone to stop.

Not much later the sound of the conch sounded signaling lunch.

Some campers seemed confused, wasn't a bit early for lunch?

Nevertheless everyone headed for dining pavilion.

"You are all correct if you believe it is too early for lunch," Chiron said as everyone sat down. Groans met his ears. "I am sorry but this was the only way to stop three certain cabins from destroying one another. Now you may all go back to playing in the snow but- there will be no more snowball fights or wars."

Percy smiled as he finished strapping the piece of metal to the bottom of his sneaker and hopped out on frozen lake. He hurriedly skated his way over to Annabeth who was talking to Leo.

"Good job of the ice makeshift skates Valdez," Percy told Leo.

"I try," Leo smiled. "But you should thank your girlfriend there for perfecting my blueprints."

Percy smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you too Wise Girl."

Leo satisfied with his work skated off to survey how the makeshift ice skates were doing.

"Valdez!" Leo turned just in time as Connor Stoll skidded to a stop and snow sprayed in his eyes. Leo suprised lost his balance and while cursing in Spanish fell back on the ice.

Unfortunately in Leo's surprise he released some very fire which... Caused the ice to crack and to melt. Campers only got a second to realize what had happened before they were plunged into the freezing water.

Leo freezing kicked his way to the surface of the bone chilling water. "Sorry! Blame Connor not me!" He shouted at those glaring at him.

Thankfully the real lunch conch sounded. Campers made their way to their cabins to change into warm and dry clothes before heading to the dining pavilion where hot chocolate was being served.

"Nope I'm not gonna."

"I'll give you 20 bucks."

"Nope."

"Thirty final offer."

"No- ugh. Fine. But I want twenty upfront."

Nico smiled and pulled out a twenty dollar bill out his pocket and gave it to Percy who pocketed it. He took a deep breath before sticking out his tongue and closing his eyes. He took a step forward and leaned forward touching his tongue to the freezing metal. He pulled back slightly but his tongue stayed still.

"Okaaay Niico. Geht me tuh haut wateah."

"In a minute," Nico responded talking a step back.

"Neh! Niico! Niico! Comm bah! Niico!"

"Do I really have to do this?"

"Yes Mr. Valdez," Chiron told the boy. "You insulted Khione and now you must apologize."

Leo sighed. "Fine. Can I do it tomorrow?" Chiron gave him a pointed look. "Or I could do it now..."

"Percy? What are you doing out here? Its almost time for dinner and it's freezing!

"Ih knowah!" Percy shouted a few tears coming down his face. He turned to face Annabeth best he could with his tongue still stuck to the floor. "I'veh beeneh owut hereah por hourahs! Stupid Niico! Theh wasnet worah thirtah bucchs!"

"I'm gonna get some warm water!" Annabeth said hurrying off.

"Neh! Dont leavah meh! Annabeh!"

Annabeth led Percy who had his tongue dipped in a cup of water to the dining pavilion. Percy promptly walked over go Nico who gave him a smirk as he took a bite from his food. "Problem?"

Percy only dumped the water on his head in response before walking away.

Nico shook his head water spraying. He chuckled a bit before calling after Percy. "It was worth it!"

After dinner campers made their way over to Cabin Six. The igloo had been completed.

The igloo was almost as big as the cabin itself. Inside music blamed courtesy of the Apollo cabin and a fire burned in the center. One by one campers came into marvel at it.

"You out did yourself," Piper told Annabeth.

Annabeth shook her head. "The blocks of ice were supposed to shine separate colors but we had a problem with wiring. I'll make it better tomorrow though."

Piper shrugged. "I think it works either way."

The next morning campers rushed to put on heavy clothes and run outside into the snow- which was gone....

"I know you and your cabin had something to do with this."

"What? No. Why would you think that?"

"I don't know... How about that fact that the snow disappeared in one night and you have fire powers."

Piper glared at Leo her arms crossed as she walked beside him to the dining pavilion. She looked menacing expect for the fact that she was sweating and looking uncomfortable in her heavy coat.

"Chiron made me apologize," Leo started. "I guess Khione accepted it. I didn't expect it to melt so fast though."

"Apollo's helping out," Piper said looking up to the hot sun. "Looks like it's gonna be hot today. It's kinda sad, I wanted to build more snowmen."

"I can always insult her again?" Leo suggested.

"How about you make sandmen instead insulting goddesses?" Chiron suggested appearing beside them as they entered the dining pavilion.

Leo shrugged. "Well sure if we wanted to go the boring route."

"Boring sounds good," Annabeth put in. "Oh and the igloo hasn't quite melted yet but since it's gonna be hot we can hang out in there today."

Piper nodded. "Sounds-"

"Hey! You still owe me another ten bucks!" Percy shouted running over to Nico.

"No I don't," Nico said shaking his head.

"You only gave me twenty of the thirty. And you should be happy I don't tack on extra for you leaving me stranded out there."

"I'm pretty sure it was twenty."

"No it wasn't. Come on we made a deal!"

"Was it put in writing?"

"What- no."

"Then legally we didn't. So legally I owe you nothing."

"Wait, what? Annabeth!"

Annabeth sighed and walked over to the two boys. "Percy he is technically right. But Nico don't make him do stupid stuff like that and Percy don't agree to do stupid stuff like that." With her piece said she went to sit down with her siblings and Nico went to his table.

"But-but- but I still want my full thirty bucks!"

"Yup definitely doing this again," Leo said to himself with a smile.
