"Neeks, is everything okay?" Percy asked. Nico oddly shifted and nodded. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah," Nico hide his face.

"Alright, if you say so. But if you want to tell me something I promise I won't be upset," Percy patted Nico's shoulder. "I'll even try to help you though it. Even if it was something 'bad'."

". . . Kay," Nico nodded.

Percy waited for a response, but he never got one. Nico just continued to hug his stuffie and watch his show. Something was bugging him, but he couldn't tell what.

Percy stood up, "I'm going to go help Will with lunch."

Nico nodded and Percy went to the kitchen. He had been staying a few nights over for studying. But today was a relaxing day! Nico slipped, Percy and Will got to watch him. But he wasn't clinging to them. Or coloring a picture. Which was what he usually did. Instead he was very quiet, watching Mickey Mouse on the corner of the couch.

"How are the sandwiches?" Percy asked as he entered the kitchen.

"They're good, I'm cutting Nico's right now. Do you want me to cut yours?" Will asked.

"Sure," Percy leaned against the counter.

"How's Nico?" Will asked as he cut Percy's sandwiches sideways.

"Still upset," Percy crossed his arms.

"Is he still distant?" Will asked.

"Yeah, I just wished he tell us if somethings up," Percy sighed.

"I think he's afraid we'll yell at him," Will shrugged. "Especially if its something we usually praise him for."

"You've yelled at him before?" Percy asked.

"Gods no, but I've lectured him a few times for making messes and leaving them. No yelling, and it's more reminding him. But he always gets upset that he forgot," Will began to cut their sandwiches.

"Maybe he forgot something important?" Percy asked.

"Maybe," Will grabbed his and Nico's plate. "I'm going to eat in the living room. Could you grab your plate?"

"Sure," Percy grabbed his food.

The two walked back into the living room. Nico had paused his show, sitting in silence.

"Hey baby, everything alright? Did you wanna change your show?" Will asked as he set the food on the table. "Do you want your paci?"

"Um, would you be upset if I forgot something?" Nico asked as he squeezed his teddy bear.

"Baby no, we all forget things," Will sat next to him.

"Yeah, it'd be silly to get mad at forgetting something," Percy sat on the ground in front of him.

"Even if it was my medicine?" Nico asked.

"Did you forget to take your medicine?" Will asked. Nico quickly wiped his eyes. "Don't cry, Darling! It's alright if you forgot, I'm so happy that you told me. Now I can know what made my Darling so upset."

"But I had a strike!" Nico cried. Will moved him onto his lap. "I went so long!"

"Hey, buddy, it's alright. Strikes can be broken sometimes. You can start over again. It's okay," Percy grabbed Nico's hand.

"I'm sorry that you lost your strike, I know you worked so hard to get it," Will rubbed Nico's back.

"What if we take the medicine right now?" Percy asked. "They your strike won't break."

"But it's a pill," Nico frowned. He had a terrible time taking adult medicine while small. It never ended pretty.

"What if I crushed it up and put it in a drink? You want water? Milk?" Percy asked as he stood up.

"Apple juice?" Nico asked.

"Apple juice sounds like an amazing choice," Will agreed. Percy ran to the kitchen. "I'm sorry I forgot to remind you. I didn't put the sticker on the sticker chart, did I? Silly me, forgetting like that."

"Its okay," Nico patted Will's hand. "I'm sorry I kept it to myself."

"Oh baby it's alright. I get that you need time to be able to tell us sometimes," Will kissed his forehead. "That's alright, I'm just so happy you told us!"

"I'm sorry," Nico said again.

"Why baby?" Will asked, squeezing Nico's hand.

"Cause I know it's silly to worry about this stuff," Nico shrugged.

"Baby I don't mind you being worried about these things. I'm just so excited that you remembered your medicine! Even if it wasn't at the right time. And your willing to take it now. How about we eat our food instead of working about this, alright? We have it all solved."

"Okay," Nico grabbed his sandwich.

"I'm back! And I have some yummy apple juice!" Percy ran back into the room. "I didn't know how hard it'd be crushing a pill."

"Thanks," Nico grabbed his juice. His stuffie was on his lap.

"Are you feeling better?" Percy asked.

"Mhm-hm," Nico nodded as he ate his sandwich.

"And we're going to put 2 stickers on the chart," Will ruffled Nico's hair.

"And on yours?" Nico asked.

"Yeah! We're going to put stickers on both our charts," Will agreed.

"Percy get a sticker?" Nico asked.

"Does Percy want a sticker?" Will asked

"Percy would love a sticker," Percy grabbed his sandwich. "But lunch first."

"Lunch first," Nico agreed, sipping from his sippy cup. He grimminced slightly. "Taste funny."

"Medicine will do that, Darling," Will reminded him. "How about this, if you drink all of it, I'll get you a cup of normal apple juice. And you can have one at dinner still."

"Two apple juices?" Nico asked. Will didn't like him having more than two apple juices whenever he was small. Always talked about too much sugar.

"Yep, two apple juices," Will promised.

"Want two apple juices," Nico said. "Finish this one first."

"Yep! And then we can all get stickers!" Percy added.

"Stickers!" Nico agreed.
