Accidental Find pt 2!!

~Someone said that Leo seemed like a regressor and I wanted to do something for the holidays really quick. I'll be back on track soon!!~

It had been a few months since Piper and Leo learned about Nico's regression. The two hadn't blackmailed him like he thought, instead they offered to watch him and would even have playdates with him. Or Piper would watch him. Leo always seemed to have too much fun playing with Nico. He liked running around playing tag and hide and seek. He was also very interested in his stuffed bunny.

Nico didn't mind, it was like playing with another kid! But Leo wasn't small, he was a big kid. But, maybe he wasn't a big kid. Maybe Leo was a secret regressor? Or maybe he was just really good at playing.

The question didn't just bother him, but Piper and Will too.

They saw how happy and childish Leo looked when he was playing with Nico. But they didn't know how to bring it up.

Still, the question bothered them.

And unlike Piper and Will, Nico sometimes didn't think before speaking. At least while small.

"Hey Leo," Nico poked his arm.

"What's up bud?" Leo asked, playing with Nico's stuffed bunny. He was in charge of holding it while Nico took a quick shower.

"Do you like Bunny because you're small too?" Nico asked. Both Piper and Will eyed each other.

"I dunno. I like your bunny, and I like playing with you. But I don't think I'm a little. I mean, naps just aren't my thing," Leo shook his head.

"You don't need to take naps to be a regressor," Will said.

"Really? What about a pacifier?" Leo asked.

"Nope, every little's different. Nico just likes these things," Piper ruffled Nico's hair.

"And Nico falls into a younger headspace, which could be why he likes these things. But even big kids can like things like that," Will said.

"Oh, cool . . . What's a headspace?" Leo asked.

"Four months and you still know nothing. Man, you really are dumb," Piper flicked his forehead lightly. Leo blew raspberries at him, which Piper blew back. "You know how Nico thinks and acts differently when he's little than when he's big?"

". . . Yes?"

"Good, that's kinda what a headspace is," Piper said.

"But I don't think differently," Leo frowned. "Yeah I like these things, but I don't act like a kid."

"Psh, you always act like a kid. And with your height you could even pass off as seven," Piper joked, receiving a glare from Nico.

"Leo not short," Nico huffed.

"Of course he isn't, Darling," Will kissed Nico's cheek. Nico shook his head and hide his face in Will's neck. "But Leo, you could be an age dreamer. It's like age regression, but you don't fully regress."

"Alright you two doctors, lot of information, and a lot of words that are not in my vocabulary," Leo got up from his spot on the floor. "I say we play tag!"

"Noooo, no tag," Nico pouted. He didn't want to play tag. It cost too much energy. And while Nico loved hanging out with Leo while he was little, he had way too much energy.

"What? Fine, what's a game you wanna play?" Leo asked. "I say Jenga."

"Does anyone even own Jenga?" Will asked.

"Yeah, Jenga!" Nico agreed.

"Yep, it's in the Big House. Piper, come steal if for me," Leo said as he dragged Piper out of the cabin.

"Dada," Nico began, looking at the closed door.

"Yes?" Will asked.

"He took Bunny," Nico frowned.

"Well I'm sure he'll give him back when they return. He won't steal it, trust me," Will kissed Nico's temple. "Probably just forgot he was still holding it."

"Can we get Nico a bunny for Christwas?" Nico asked.

"I'll see what we can do," Will agreed.

"I say a dragon. Or a goat," Nico said.

"You wanna gift him a goat stuffie?" Will laughed. Nico nodded happily.

So the planning began. Piper became a part of the plan as well, finding out Leo's favorite animal. But every time he'd joke and say that he was his favorite animal.

So they settled with a lion stuffie.

They got him a few other things as well. A blanket, a colorful cup, and a dinosaur coloring book with crayons. Things that if he wasn't little, he might still use, maybe. But if he was little, would definitely use it. It was Piper's job to give him the stuff. She was spending a night in the Hephaestus cabin. Maybe it went somewhat against the rules, but rules are always meant to be broken. As long as both cabins agree to it. And the Hephaestus cabin was more than happy to have Piper over.

"Wow, Christmas is the best," Leo flopped on his bed.

"It's still a week away," Piper sat next to him.

"Nuh-uh, it's like four days," Leo threw a pillow at her.

"I'm glad we came back for break," Leo poked her cheek.

Piper was going to give him the stuff, but she couldn't wait.

"Hey Leo, I have some early gifts for you," Piper said. Leo sat up.

"Gifts you say?" Leo asked.

"Yep, they're in my backpack," Piper said as she grabbed her bag.

"I thought it was overstuffed," Leo said as Piper handed him a bag. "Ooh a grocery bag. Is it a thing of lettuce?"

"No, open it," Piper said.

"Right, right. I'll just untie the top and-" Leo's joking matter stopped when he opened the bag. "Oh."

Oh?!

Piper looked at him softly, still smiling. But on the inside, she was panicking. Oh? Oh?! It was such a blank reaction! How was she supposed to take that?!

"I know we haven't spoken of it much. But if you wanted to, you know, regress, then I am in full support of it. And I'll help any way I can," Piper put a hand on his shoulder. "Also, Nico and Will helped buy all of this so . . . Not my fault?"

"Wow, really throwing them under the bus," Leo laughed as he grabbed out the lion stuffie. "It's so soft."

"Yep! And all yours," Piper grabbed the bag, grabbing everything else out. "And there's a coloring book and a blanket, and a cool cup."

"You guys got all this for me?" Leo asked.

"Yep! . . . Do you-"

"I love it!" Leo tackled Piper with a hug. "Thank you! Thank you! I've been trying to get some stuff for a month now! You have no clue how much this means to me!"

"Your welcome, Leo," Piper ruffled his hair.

"Yo, is that a lion plush?" one of the cabin members walked over to them. "It's so cute!"

"Thanks," Leo petted the plush. The cabin member went back to their nightly routine. "He is really cute, isn't he?"

"And I bet he makes you feel little, doesn't he?" Piper smirked at him.

"Here, now?" Leo looked around.

"Leo, no one will mind. Plus, you have a few regressors already in here," Piper said as she looked around. From what she could see, there were at least three littles in the room. Either already spelling with a pacifier, or being babied by their caregiver. How Leo never noticed it was a little surprising, but also he probably didn't care to notice.

"I do?" Leo looked surprised. He looked around. "I do! So, can I be little?"

"Of course, Munchkin. Is it okay if I call you that?" Piper asked.

"Yeah. I like it," Leo smiled, laying back down. He cuddled his new lion plush. What was he going to name him? He was so soft and cute! He'll have to give him a cool name like Hunter . . . or Paws.

"Ah, you can't go to bed yet. You've gotta go brush your teeth," Piper pulled him back up. "We don't want them to fall out, do we?"

"They won't fall out. That's a dumb excuse," Leo pouted, but he slumped over to the restroom. His lion still in hand.
