Chaos Agrees...Somewhat

Zeus couldn't react fast enough to defend himself as Percy had already put Anaklusmos underneath the sky god's chin.

"You would do well not to piss me off right now, uncle," Percy hissed in his ear.

The blade digging deeper into Zeus's throat.

The king of the gods sat on his throne with a sword slowly being pushed into his throat by his nephew.

Just before the blade could brake the skin, Percy pulled away and jumped back to the middle of the throne room where he glared at Zeus and Ares.

"I have loyally served Olympus for years and now I am still being treated as trash. Usually I would ignore you, but then you go and try to hurt the ones I love, I will kill you, that is where you cross the line. I can promise you this. If anyone that I love is hurt by Olympus then I will not hesitate to declare war on you."

Everyone's eyes widened as he stared at them angrily. He made a promise to declare war on them if they didn't change some of their ways. One thing from Percy Jackson is that he always fulfills his promises.

"How dare y-" was as far as Zeus got before he was interrupted by his daughter, Artemis.

"Wait, what if he completes a task for an Olympian? Will that keep you from trying to kill him?"

Zeus face turned red in anger at being interrupted, but kept his temper down so he could ponder over his daughters words.

"Yes, I believe that it could work, but the task must be absolutely dangerous in order for him to prove his loyalty."

Percy's hands balled into fists, but he kept his mouth shut before he really let it go and ended up killing the arrogant asshole.

"What about becoming the guardian of the hunt?"

Percy went to speak, but one look from his aunt Hestia told him to keep it shut, although he wanted to explain that he already had a job serving as Chaos champion.

Apparently his patron had already made preparations for this day.

A swirling vortex appeared behind Percy, which seemed like it was trying to suck the light out of the room.

A man wearing a black cloak walked out before the vortex snapped shut behind him.

The cloak itself was littered with little bright spots and few bigger ones that seemed to be exploding on the cloak. The man quickly threw the cloak off to reveal the smirking face of Chaos.

He had black hair that shined whenever light his it, his eyes were those of galaxy's and super novas exploding in bright lights.

His skin was very tan, like he had been sitting in the Sun for years. He wore medieval styled armour, a massive sword was sheathed at his waste. The blade was made of some sort of black metal that seemed to have the shadows in the room draw closer to it.

Every Olympian and Hunter bowed before the creator of the universe.

Chaos scowled at their graveling. "Stand up, I am not as prideful as you are and do not require every one below me to bow when I enter the room."

Their faces redened in embarrassment, but stood up and stared in awe at the the most powerful being in the universe.

"I see that you are trying to give my champion a very impossible task. Unfortunately for Zeus, this task is not going to be tough in the slightest for Perseus. He has slain monsters, gods, Titans, Giants, and Primordials. What makes you think a small group of immortal, monster, hunting girls will be a hard challenge?"

Zeus went to speak, but when he opened his mouth he realized that it would be best to keep it shut. He had already threatened the champion of the creator. Threatening Chaos himself would probably earn him eternity in the realm of the faded.

Artemis on the other hand forgot who she was talking to. "My Hunters are the universe's best warriors. They have never been defeated in battle before and shall continue to keep that record! Nothing can beat them," Artemis growled out before she realized who she just yelled at.

The color drained from her already pale skin.

"I'm sorry I-I didn't m-mean to be d-disrespectful."

Chaos stared at her, most likely looking through her memories. Artemis wanted to crawl in a hole and die. She knew that he was going to send her to the void for eternal punishment and kill her Hunters.

What she didn't expect was for Perseus Jackson to fall over laughing. "Hahahaha. Look at your face. It's priceless! You were so scared he would send you to the void! Hahahaha."

Zoe walked up to him and kicked him in the ribs. "Do not make fun of milady."

Percy suddenly stopped and looked at his girlfriend. "Fine."

Once he stood up, he noticed a silver blur fly past him and tackle his girlfriend in a hug.

He turned to see Artemis holding Zoe in a tight embrace. Though that soon changed when Artemis spun around to face him, anger evident on her face.

"How dare you become involved with one of my Hunters? I will end you!"

The goddess was having trouble trying to contain her true form. Chaos noticed and scowled at her. These Olympians had been threatening his champion a lot lately and it was beginning to piss him off.

"Enough! You Olympians are too damn prideful to shut the hell up and find out what is going on. If you would have waited and asked, then my champion and his girlfriend would explain to you what is going on!"

Instant silence is what overcame the occupants in the throne room of Olympus.

Percy stared at each one and quietly laughed a little at their scared faces.

When no one dared to speak out against Chaos, Percy took the floor.

"When I first left Olympus, after someone here tried to poison me, I went to hunt down monsters. It was usually an easy task, but after a year, I had found a possible threat to the entire world. There were hundreds of monsters grouped together in one place, bowing down to one man. He was standing at the top of some kind of altar. He seemed to be in his early twenties, but that was as much as I could tell from my spot a few hundred feet away. Well, that and I was busy killing monsters that had started away from the massive group."

Percy gave them a few minutes to think over the news he just gave them.

"Who was it, the man I mean?"

Percy grimaced.

"It was Ouranos, Lady Athena."

Every one gasped in surprise. "What happened next was... Well, better if you were to actually see it."

Everyone looked at him confused, but agreed nonetheless.

Chaos look saddened as it seemed what was about to be shown wasn't going to be pleasant.

The creator summoned a thin veil of black mist into the room.

"This is Chaos mist, used only by myself, my champion, and anyone else that has become worthy to use it."

Zeus and Ares frowned in anger because they apparently weren't worthy enough to be able to use it.

Once the Chaos mist blocked their sight from the other side of it, a bright light began to grow in the center of it. The light grew until it was the size of a 72' inch flat screen tv.

"This should be big enough for everyone to watch how a true warrior fights," Chaos said, winking at Perseus. The son of Poseidon just blushed a bit in embarrassment, but otherwise held a emotionless mask. Except when Zoe came over and sat next to him.

Poseidon himself looked at the screen, ready to see how his son battled in yet another fight for his life.

The scene began with Percy walking alongside a road in South Dakota, open fields covering both sides for as far as the naked eye could see.

His black cloak and armour wound tightly around his muscular body.

Anaklusmos was sheathed at his waist, a bow and a quiver full of arrows were slung across his back.

He walked for miles until he heard the noise of hundreds of people, or so he thought, in one location.

He slowly made his way over where the noise was coming from.

After a few minutes of creeping his way toward the noise, Percy ducked behind a pile of boulders when he was close enough to see what was going on.

He checked everything he had before slowly looking over a boulder, seeing hundreds of monsters bowing down to a man standing at the top of an altar.

The man seemed to be in his early twenties. He had snow white hair, electrics blue eyes, and teeth so white it would have made Apollo go blind. His skin was pale white, but that just made him look more like a psychopath.

The man smirked evily at his small army until he sensed another presence nearby.

He looked around frantically, but couldn't seem to find out what and where the was coming from.

That is until a huge explosion of fire erupted in the middle of the monster army in front of him.

He saw a figure run up a pile of boulders and jump off, landing in another section of monsters that fell over when he hit the ground.
Awe was clearly written on the faces of those watching the battle between Percy and an army of monsters being led by a primordial.

Percy was a whirlwind of death as he severed the head from a dracnea. He ducked underneath an arrow and stabbed a cyclops in the eye. A hellhound tried to lunge at him from behind, but the beast was knocked out of the air by Percy's foot connecting with its face.

The son of Poseidon launched a wave of fire at a group of lastrygonians that were barreling their way towards him.

The monster's strikes couldn't even touch him. His speed and agility kept him from getting injuries, his strength and wits giving him the knowledge and power to kill these children of hell, his cunning and sarcastic attitude was pissing them off to the point where they were making fatal mistakes as he taunted them.

Golden dust filled the air like a wall of fog on hot, humid, mornings.

The screams of the guilty rang through the air, making their fellow comrades flinch in fear.

Percy fought as if the fate of the world once again rested on his shoulders.

There was no escape from his wrath and they knew it. Even Ouranos felt fear enter his heart for the first time in millennia.

Soon the hundreds of monsters were reduced to nothing, but golden dust that littered the fields of South Dakota.

Percy was breathing a little heavily, but that was soon dismissed when he took a sip out of his bottle of water.

Once he was able to collect himself, Percy looked up at a stunned man.

"So, you want to be next or do you want to explain yourself and then let some higher powers decide your fate?"

The man didn't seem to like what he said because what happened next made Percy piss himself a little.

"I am Ouranos, Primordial of the sky's. There are none higher than me in power!"

Percy being his sarcastic self opened his big mouth, again.

"I disagree, my patron Chaos is much higher than you in authority and power, so if you wouldn't mind making my job easy for once and just surrendering then I would talk to him about going a bit easier on your punishment. Because I don't want to have to fight you."

While Ouranos was actually considering his offer, the tone that this mortal used toward him was disrespectful and so all rational options were instantly thrown out of the window like trash.

"You will die mortal!"

So began the battle of the greatest demigod to ever live and the king of Primordials.
