Christmas Prompts (14/25)

Ship: Jason x Luke
Prompt: Not again Percy. (This really needs to stop.)

Warning: One swear word.

Now, upon arrival, most new campers thought that the Aphrodite, Anteros, and Pothos cabins were the main... 'shippers' at camp, followed closely by the children of the other Erotes and certain others.

It came as a shock to most to find out that that wasn't the case.

No, Percy Jackson was actually the most involved when it came to the campers love lives. All of the other love-related demigods listened to him and they had weekly meetings in the Aphrodite cabin - as it was the biggest space they had to work with.

There, they shared their knowledge and advice, to each other and to whoever had wished to show up to that weeks meeting.

For example, just last week Frank Zhang had joined the meeting, seeking advice on what to do about his I-hate-Leo-but-I-actually-love-him situation.

And for the past three days, him and Hazel had spent time talking over a polyamarous relationship with Leo, having approached him just yesterday in hopes that their love was requited.

Reece, a son of Anteros, had to try not to boast at that information. He was right, and Frank had originally doubted him.

This week was a purely no-guest meeting, as they had very important matters to discuss within the love community.

"Why is Percy standing?!"

Piper stood in the doorway of her cabin, anger written all over her face.

Percy smiled softly, waving her off with an 'it's fine' before trying to take a seat on the floor.

"No, Percy, don't sit down."

"Piper."

"No, I'm not having my pregnant friend stand for an hour whilst everybody else sits down."

Percy looked a little pink in the face, his hands placed gently, yet protectively, over his enlarged stomach.

"It's okay Piper."

Piper's eyes narrowed.

"Should I call Will?"

Percy's thumb rubbed soothing circles into his stomach, staring at Piper with disbelief.

"You wouldn't."

"Oh, I would. You know what, maybe I should go the extra mile and get Nico instead."

At this point, Percy looked absolutely horrified.

After seeing Lacy stand up in favour of sitting on the floor, Percy waddled his way over to her chair, one hand raised in surrender.

"I'm sitting, I'm sitting!"

Piper nodded, happy. She closed the door behind her, waiting for the last late person to sneak in first.

"Good. I don't need Nico following us around everywhere we go again."

Percy bit his lip slightly, looking away guiltily.

He always tried to put the baby first, especially since it wasn't his. Sometimes however, it was easy to forget that he had another life growing inside of him and that he was responsible.

Before his pregnancy, it had been so easy to just stand for an hour and a half during a meeting.

Now, nobody let him stand for barely ten minutes before demanding he sit down.

It was... different, to say the least.

Piper took a seat on the floor next to Percy, tilting her head to rest on Percy's thigh.

"So, firstly, I would like to bring up Jason and Luke."

There was several nods around the room, the topic having been many people's chosen subject for today.

"Just get one of them to knock up Percy. Worked for Solangelo, didn't it?"

Percy's face flamed, squeezing Piper's had once after having their hands gravitate towards each other.

"Firstly, that did not work for Solangelo. They were already a couple when they asked me to be their surrogate, and you know that. Secondly, I'm not just going to let someone knock me up," upon receiving a few looks, Percy added, "first crush or not. And lastly, I'm not having another pregnancy right after this. No way."

"No one's asking you to." Piper said, sending a warning look to the girl who had first spoken.

"Can we all just agree that no matter what ideas we come up with, it's obvious that Percy is going to get them together?"

Everyone except Percy nodded, several shouting exasperated yeses or a way-too-loud 'of course'.

Percy shrugged apologetically, staring down at his stomach briefly before looking up to face the room.

"Oops?"

Piper patted Percy's knee gently with her free hand before moving the conversation along.

The next morning, Jason awoke to a loud pregnant man shouting in his ear.

"Ow! Percy, alright, I'm up. I'm up."

"Good, now come on, you said you'd take a walk with me."

"I did?"

"You did."

He didn't. But he got up to get ready anyway.

Once Jason was out of bed, Percy left the cabin before making his way over towards the Hermes cabin.

It was Cecil who opened the door, not even bothering to ask Percy what he was there for before letting him in.

With the Hermes cabin being the first proper place to feel like home - away from his mom - Percy happened to visit the Hermes cabin a lot.

Once Percy was over the threshold, Cecil closed the door, allowing Percy to rest his head on his shoulder, hugging his arm to his chest.

A chorus of 'hi Percy', 'hey Percy', 'woo Perseus', and 'Percyyy' could be heard around the room.

Percy smiled, feeling happy surrounded by so many of his old cabin mates.

"Oi, Luke, it's time for walkies."

Percy couldn't help but laugh, moving away from Cecil in order to hug the approaching Stoll brothers.

Luke, stood, slightly annoyed.

"I'm not a dog." He mumbled.

Connor and Travis shared a look.

"You sure convinced us."

Percy flicked Travis' shoulder, giving him a warning look.

Travis rolled his eyes, trying to hide the forming smile.

Percy held his hand out for Luke, dragging him along and out the door as soon as their hands entwined.

Luke stopped short, his eyes wide as he turned to stare at Percy.

"Percy, this needs to stop."

His voice held that certain level of warning everyone seemed to reserve for Percy only.

Percy pouted.

"But Luke," he whined, "you wove him."

Seeing Luke's face drop, Percy turned, knowing he'd clearly won.

"Hi Jason."

Jason stared at Percy, his lips pursed.

"Not again Percy."

"Oops?"

Jason closed his eyes, inhaling deeply before opening them again.

"You're lucky, you know."

Percy scoffed.

"Sure, let's go with that."

Luke and Jason made eye contact briefly, rolling their eyes and turning away in sync with each other.

"Now, I'd just like to wish you Merry Christmas - it is tomorrow after all. Just, please don't," Percy went noticeably quieter at the next word. "Fuck too loudly. The Hermes cabin don't deserve that and unless you have a thing for hippie Zeus..."

Percy smiled at them one last time before waddling away, completely abandoning their scheduled walk.

"You're such a weirdo Perce."

"Aww, thank you Nico. That really means a lot."

Nico rolled his eyes, unimpressed.

"I know, now come here. I wanna check if my baby is safe."

"Erm, first, i would like to express how much I am feeling the nonexistent love here, and two, no I did not kill your baby. Please stop treating me like I either have, am, or will do so. Because I won't, and you know that."

Nico's eyes turned just that little bit softer as he held his arms open for Percy.

"I just, worry. Also, you know I love you. Will, too. We both love you, you and the baby."

Will cleared his throat as he walked past Jason and Luke, his eyes judgy.

"Please stop staring at my boyfriend and the father of my child. It's creepy."

"I'm not sure if he's talking about just Nico, or Nico and Percy."

Luke just shrugged before turning and walking off in the direction of their planned route.

They walked in silence for a few minutes before Jason spoke.

"So, you wove me."

"Yup."

"And I wove you."

"Yup."

"Percy is a brat who needs to learn to butt out of people's lovelives?"

"Yup."

Jason nodded, his lips pursed in acceptance.

"I'm glad we can come to an agreement on that."

Luke smiled gently before stopping, reaching out and grabbing Jason's wrist, halting his steps.

Luke stared into Jason's eyes for a second, his hands on both his cheeks. After a few seconds, they both found themselves leaning in, their lips soon touching.

When they pulled away, they were both breathing a bit heavier, feeling a smidge flustered.

"This can't keep happening. Someone needs to stop him."

"Yeah, someone does. But people, gods, monsters, you name it, have tried. You think he can still be stopped?"

Jason sighed, letting his head drop and shake slightly.

"No." He sighed. "It's just... weird how many people he helps. That he even helps so many people in the first place, I-"

Luke nodded, opening his arms before wrapping Jason in a hug, his face tucked into his neck.

They themselves had been helped by Percy many times, some even with the same hope of a certain outcome in mind.

Percy had tried to get them together several times before, as was evident in his actions towards the two.

"If this is his way out of getting me a present-"

"What, am I not good enough to be a Christmas present?"

Luke stared, looking thoughtful.

"Of course you are."

Jason huffed a laugh, leaning in for another kiss.

When they pulled away, the were both smiling happily at the other.

"Merry Christmas Luke."

"Merry Christmas Jason."
