'No Avona would not want war and hoping for such is not what a Europan Does.' I thought to myself chasing those thoughts away as I decided to it was time for this ride of silence to end.

Turning to face my two companions I saw Ryan looking out the window calmly but I knew he was Panicked due to him clutching his fist.

And Valerie looked at me scared most likely nervous about my rank and the mission we had.

smiling at both of them I decided to do what Avona would do and I decided to try and encourage them. "Ok I know this is a lot to take in the General is placing a lot of faith in us but I know we can do it. Valerie You are a daughter of Hecate and one of the greatest strategists in the 8th Intelligence Corps. Your proficiency in Magic will surely guide us well upon this quest

"Your right mam I will use my Power and I'll see if possibly I can pick up a trail of the Helm of Darkness." Valerie says smiling while closing her eyes as a purple light surrounds her.

Smiling at her I turned to Ryan who had visibly relaxed. "Any ideas on How this was possible." I asked him.

"No Mam the only way someone could've taken it was if they did so on teh winter solstice which is the only time hades can be on Olympus.

However only Mortals can steal the Symbols of power so a demigod and Most Likely an enemy of Olympus working together." He said while scratching his chin.

I nodded my head In agreement The gods were notorious at Ignoring their many children so Disgruntled Demigods turning against them isn't hard to believe.

However before I could voice my thoughts a loud screeching is heard from teh nearby woods.

"Griffins." One of the soldiers cries form the front as they swerve the van onto a side road.

"Get out now you must run we will hold them off." the soldier orders me as he rushes out with his partner guns firing into the woods.

"Lets go now." I said hurriedly gesturing to Valerie who Ryan Picked up as we ran out of the van.

deciding the tree line would be our best bet I led my companion there hoping the trees would cover our retreat .

However as we ran I saw Mounds of black fur leap onto the van tipping it over as large figures raced forward.

I was horrified a group of Hell hounds and cyclopes were chasing us.

"This way." Valerie yelled jumping from Ryan's arms.

Turning to follow her I heard a screechy voice yell out. "Stop them you fools before they get to master." a Harpy screeched.

However we just kept running till we came to a small cabin where a robed woman waved to us.

"Come in hurry I'll deal with them." She says urgently while waving her hands towards the monsters.

As they charge the cabin dozens of Machines guns suddenly rise from the ground as they Spray the monsters charging.

(An: timeskip because I want to get this out sooner rather than later and I'm dealing with a. Writers block).

(3rd Person POV).

As Piper, Ryan and Valerie exit the portal after spending a few days with the individual known only has ShinJa who had given them a chilling warning.

(Flashback).

"Beware followers of the General A great battle approaches one where you may lose all you swear to protect.

Go further west and you will find he who stole that which you seek but beware of the path that will begin because of the confrontation between you and he."

(Present time).

With that warning she had summoned them a portal that would take them to Santa Monica beach where she told them the helm
Would be located.

As they continued their walk Valerie suddenly grabs her head in pain.

"Valerie what's wrong." Piper asks worriedly.

"The helm I can feel it's near by but also an Olympian." She says shakily as Ryan helps her up.

"Brace yourselves then we will go slow." Piper says drawing her Knife and Pistol as Ryan pulls his rifle off his back.

Ducking behind a police car they see a young boy and two other children battling with an Olympian and one Piper hated.

"Ares." Piper growled as Ryan clicks the safety off and takes aim. However Valerie grabs the Gun pushing it down.

"No if you do that he'll know we're here and our cover will be blown." She hisses.

Nodding Ryan lowers the gun to his side as the three continue to watch the fight.

However the kid dueling ares is thrown to the ground and ares raises his sword but stops mid swing.

"Hehhehehe. So we have an audience punk." Area says mocking the boy as he shots fire towards The Other demigods Cover.

"SCATTER." Piper yells.

Barely avoiding the blast Piper and the other two raise their weapons at ares.

"Surrender the helm war god." Piper demands pulling the hammer on her pistol down.

"Why do you care I can tell you are not from camp half blood so I will give you one chance surrender now and I'll spare you three." Ares demands glaring at them fiercely.

However  ares doesn't notice the boy standing up behind him as he throws a wave of water at the war god knocking him down.

"YOU LITTLE BRAT." Ares yells rounding on the kid.

"VALERIE , RYAN COVER HIM." Piper tells as they begin to circle the god of war peppering him with bullets while Percy attacks him close range.

Ares was livid this punk was already a pain but now he had to deal with three mysterious Demi's gods who possessed weapons that really made him feel it.

"ENOUGH OF THIS." He yells while backhanding Valerie to the ground as he charges Piper ignoring the bullets Ryan was firing on him.

Fear filled pipers eyes as ares got closer when suddenly a blast of purple energy hit him in the side sending him flying as the ocean wraps around him throwing him to the ground.

Turning to her left Piper sees a cloaked figure with their hand raised and she smirked.

'Perfect timing General.' She says to herself.

Glaring at the fallen Olympian the figure turns to Valerie. "Grab the helm." The figure orders.

Nodding her head She hogs to the bike and grabs the helm before tossing it to Alecto who Hades sent to retrieve it.

"We're done here." The figure says as Piper and her team join her.

"Wait who are you." Annabeth demands only for the three figures to disappear followed by Ares.

(Olympus. time skip after Percy was on Olympus).

From the hearth Hestia watches while her brother demands to know how ares was corrupted by Kronos.

And who that figure was. No one said a word as Athena spoke up.

"Whoever they were it was no issue for them to take down areas and their control Of the seas was unbelievable." She says in slight awe.

Glaring at Poseidon the sea god raises his hands in surrender.

"Not my child I assure you." He says.

While Zeus wants to accuse him of being responsible Apollo vouches saying Poseidon is being honest.

From her hearth Hestia forms a plan one that'll ensure that peace wins and that Zeus's arrogance is brought to heel.
