(Avona POV).

After exiting the cave where the stone was originally I noticed my men had rebuilt the communications building as they began to review security reports.

Noticing Piper going over a folder I walked to join her.

"How many did we lose." I ask noticing it was the personal file.

Piper just looked up at me teary eyed.

"The entire contingent is gone all 100 of them and the support staff as well." She replied.

I sighed saddened but I wasn't going to let it get to me.

As I was silently mourning a soldier ran up to me.

"General urgent transmission from the Arctic." He says frantically handing me an encoded transmission.

"Crap." I say as I race out of the building to activate a portal. "Colonel McLean gather the men were moving out." I order.

Nodding Piper grabs her gun and activated the intercom.

"All troops prepare to move out repeat all troops prepare to remove out." She orders.

After 5 minutes I had the portal ready and I cast a protection spell so my men wouldn't die from the extreme cold.

We were prepared and many of men were even grinning at the prospect of combat all ready to take out whoever was trying to take another stone.

(3rd person POV the Artic).

Snow golems and various other monsters charge across the plain racing towards the large cave.

"KEEP MOVING TEAR THEM TO SHREDS." A large dragon hybrid commands as he shoots a stream of ice at the soldiers guarding the cave.

"RELOAD THE CANNONS AND FIRE." A Europan Captain orders as troops race to load and fire.

Initially Depsite the large hoard of monsters the troops were holding on using their artillery and machine guns to hold them back but seeing the progress slow the dragon leader surged forward and his sudden attack destroyed 2 entire companies.

"YES I CAN FEEL ITS POWER LET NO HUMAN STAND IN YIUR WAY LORD KRONOS DEMANDS THAT STONES POWER." The dragon growls throwing 4 soldiers to the side as he pounces on the cannons and takes them out with his ice breath.

"TAKE HIM DOWN." A europan yells firing on the dragon with several of his companions.

However the bullets did nothing and the dragon simply threw the soldiers to the ground killing them.

But as he moved closer to the cave a portal opened up in front of him as more soldiers raced out firing on him.

Roaring he charged them only for a purple beam to strike him in the chest.

"How amusing." A female voice says walking up to him her body covered in a hood her sword drawn.

"Who are you." The dragon Growled.

The woman simply laughs as she lowers her hood. "It's a shame my own pet doesn't recognize me isn't that right Alcran." Avona says glaring at the large dragon.

"Avona impossible Kronos said you were dead." Alcran says stunned by his former master and friend being alive.

"Not yet. But I will give you a choice stand down or fight." Avona says coldly as chaos continues to erupt around them as Piper and the soldiers tear into the monster army.

"I will not bow you may have been my master once but now it's a lord Kronos and I will finish what others have failed to do." He says growling as he lunges forward.

Avona simply side steps as she lands a kick on his head knocking him back a bit.

"So be it." Avona snarls while drawing a second blade as she Channels her powers and charges.

Despite his size and formidable power avona noticed he depended more on his strength than skill and she knew she could use it against him.

Leaping above a slash she backfliped his other strike as she charged and slashed at his arm wounding him.

Growling Alcran swipes at her with increased ferocity and Avona parries and dodges while backing up further.

However unbeknownst to her a monster was charging her and After seeing the monster Alcran leaped back and shot a stream ice at Avona as the monster leaps forward weapon raised to kill her.

However the monster suddenly is grabbed by the shadows as he is dragged to the underworld.

Smirking avona notices undead soldiers emerge from the ground as they charge the monsters.

Alcran eyes widen as he is suddenly blasted from behind by Hestia and sent flying.

Walking forward to the downed dragon Avona with sorrow in her eyes finishes the job.

As the last of the monsters is defeated avona turns to Hestia. "Thanks for the assist I needed it."

"You're welcome Avona however I have urgent news." She replies.

"What's that." Avona questions sheathing her blades.

"I've seen a build up of monsters and other titan forces and they are marching towards Olympus I worry that we may not have the strength to stop them even with the demigods help.

Could you possibly spare some extra men as reinforcements." She begs eye pleading.

Avona shakes her head in slight annoyance at the prospect of defending that coward Zeus but she agreed and said she would return to camp half blood shortly.
