Chapter 2: The Doctor
Percy's P.O.V
I was aboard a Sontaran ship as they were in the wrong district they should be. My hand was kept on my sword as I was very tense. I know they fight their enemies head on and what not. even though I know they won't stab their enemies in the back but let's say I don't like having my enemies behind me.
We were heading down a dark blue corridor, like it was almost pitch black but not really, when I noticed another hallway that read, in alien, Jail.
"What's down there." I asked my voice a bit heavier than normal because of the hood I was wearing, it has this voice modulator that will make my voice a bit deeper so people don't recognize me without the assassin outfit on.
"That is where we keep prisoners. It had to be there even if the Sontaran always destroy their enemies." The commander told me as he made emphasis on destroy by hitting his own hand, I never got why they liked wars or battles.
I knew something was wrong, I don't know how but I just knew, and narrowed my eyes even if they couldn't see it, "Can we head down there then. I would like to see these jails." I said making it sound like it wasn't a request.
The Sontaran looked a tad nervous, which was weird because they never look nervous, in confident he said, "You do not need to head down there. Nothing of importance is down there."
"Great let's just head down shall we, if there's nothing of importance there shouldn't be a problem." I said already moving down there. They better not have any prisoners that don't need to be here. I always hated aliens that did that, especially innocent prisoners.
"I do not think it is wise." The Sontaran said but followed me anyway knowing better than to really disagree to me.
"Keep talking about the ship and why it was in this sector again." I said drawing the alien away from where we were suppose to be heading and instead detoured toward the jails.
As we neared I heard some shifting and something hitting metal and knew that someone was down here. By the way there was shuffling I had to guess 4 people total at least.
As we rounded the corner a man wearing a ridiculous outfit that contained a bow tie and looked like a child acted as if he was caught with his hand and the cookie jar as he looked like he just opened the metal door that kept him caged.
I smacked my hand to my head that was still covered by a hood as I instantly recognized him as the famous Doctor that went around space and seemed to hang around guarding earth.
The Sontaran reacted and quickly and out his Sontaran, three finger gun but before firing a round, my sword was against his neck and in my other a knife that was at the button just below his neck area.
"You will not shoot." I said my voice dangerous.
The Sontaran frowned, "They are escaping sir." The Sontaran said and I rolled my eyes.
"No I would have never guessed that by the way the jail door is open and know that known if your species opened the door. What was I thinking." I said sarcasm dripping from my mouth as I shifted slightly.
"Shall I fire then sir." The Sontaran said as if it wasn't a question and looked overly gleeful to do it.
"Put down your toy gun and go get me the items you took off them, including their spaceship." I said thoroughly annoyed with this species. No wonder they weren't in the correct area in space. They were probably going after The Doctor and his companions.
The Doctor looked like he wanted to say something but a woman with curly golden brown hair elbowed him in his rib lightly and I noticed that this was the Doctor's wife, River Song or as Chaos told me, Melody Pond who killed said Chaos, but not really.
"Sir!" The Sontaran said looking annoyed with me, "they are prisoners!"
"Doesn't seem like it to me." I said lightly, "Now go do as I requested and you guys, carry on your way." I made it seem like a threat but I don't like killing unless need be. I just needed this guy to get moving so I could leave.
The Sontaran seem unhappy but did as I wished leaving me with The Doctor, River Song, and I'm guessing their companions.
"Sicarius." I said with an a knowledge head indicate.
River looked between shocked and by the evil glint in her eye, excited, "River Song." She said her voice smooth with a tint of flirt in it.
"I'm the Doctor. Hello, this is Amy and Rory Pond. What brings you here. Wait, don't answer that. On second thought answer that." The Doctor said his hands flying a bit over the place like an overexcited puppy that didn't know when to rest.
"He can never sit still I'm guessing." I said directing the question to River and ignoring the question.
"You have no idea." The other woman said instead with a fond smile but also sounded annoyed.
"You never answered the question." The Doctor said with a small pout but then smiled, he clearly had a bit of energy.
I cocked my has a bit debating if I should tell them. What the Hades, "I was here because the Sontaran are in the wrong sector of space. Almost ran into another ship if I read my equipment correctly."
"Yup, my ship. Do you know where my TARDIS is? That's my ship, T-A-R-D-I-S, stands for-" the Doctor was cut off by me.
"Time And Relative Dimension In Space, yes I know what a TARDIS is. I know of your planet Doctor, visited it once or twice when I first started." I said ignoring the surprise look from the four people, well two people and two aliens.
I turned toward the Sontaran that entered, "Everything is ready. The Doctors TARDIS is down the hall." He sounded displeased but I knew he wouldn't do anything.
"I shall show the Doctor to his TARDIS, I believe my job is done and I must say this, next time you cross into a place in space be sure that if I find any more prisoners I will not be as considerate as I am currently." I said my voice going a bit lower.
I could tell the Doctor was unhappy with my threat but I waved him off and walked down the corridor the Doctor and his companions following me.
"Are you sure we're okay? To just leave I mean." The other human male asked, Rory was his name.
"They don't attack opponents with their back turned to them unless very much pissed. Plus, they would not dare make an enemy of me." I said but I kept my hand on my sword at all times even if I could make it appear in my hand with a flick of the wrist, I liked having my hand resting on the hilt as it was on my hip.
"Why wouldn't they want to attack you?" Amy asked
"I am the Assassin of Chaos and have lived for centuries upon centuries doing my job and finding those who are very evil and very bad criminals and getting justice. I protect all the planets and galaxies here similar to you Doctor. Only difference is I wear an outfit that protects me and that I'm not afraid to kill if my or other lives are in danger."
"So....the Evil Doctor then." Rory asked a bit
I smiled but it was a bit downturn, "I guess you can call me that." I didn't like the nickname. I may have made my job seem bloody but it really wasn't. Most of the time as long as the criminals don't fight me and plead guilty they live in top-notch jail for the rest of their lives.
"It also seems very lonely." The Doctor said frowning and I knew he didn't agree with what I did but I knew he understood a little bit. I was heard all across the galaxy except Earth.
But when the Doctor said that I thought of Annabeth and winced a bit, "I think it's better if I'm alone. I do have a team though, they are just not with me at the moment."
"Did you lose someone?" River asked a bit gently but more curious than anything figuring it was safe to ask, now that I have a team and stuff.
"Something like that." I muttered as we headed toward the TARDIS
"Do you need a ride?" The Doctor asked grinning even if the Sontaran are around us giving the doctor dirty looks, or at least the ones that had their helmets off.
"I will take my own ride." I tried denying but was pulled in by Amy saying, "Oh come on, you know you want to."
So here I was inside the TARDIS sighing a bit and cocked my head to the side hearing some whispering and I instantly knew it was the TARDIS herself.
