Hey guys! Before you start this book, I need to say something:
So someone I know online recently created this website and sort of platform for teenagers to discuss their mental well being tips, tricks and issues that they might be facing as a teenager.
They have this really great discussion forum where you can (anonymously) post any problems or issues you may be facing as a teenager
They even feature student articles on their blog- they're posting the sign up sheet soon, so you can write for them
They also have a youtube channel (featured on their website) where they give you tips and tricks about mental well being- they have such good stuff on mindfulness and self compassion
Honestly this website is so so good for anyone that may be feeling low or need advice- especially with everything going on right now

It's really simple, you can just submit an article or a story or whatever you want on a topic relating to mental well being, like maybe being happy or dealing with exam stress. You'd be featured on their website for almost a week and you'd get a shoutout on their insta page as well!
