Chap 3

When Percy woke up he felt different, like properly different. He supposed it was about the new powers that he had got from Hades and Hestia but something felt off. It was then he realised that he seemed to have absolute control over his powers, which shouldn't be possible. Also he felt like different blood was running through his veins. Wolf Blood. Agonising pain shot through his body as he shrunk into a wolf. He looked amazing if he did say so himself.

Jet black fur with a Sea green trident, an orange flame and a White skull stamped along his shoulder-blades. It was weird being a wolf and he didn't know why he was a wolf because he hadn't been bitten at all. Then the reality of his situation kicked in and he changed back to human. Thoughts swirled through my head the most prominent being My Fault. All my fault. He didn't know what to do. Everyone in the world is hunting me, demigods and monsters alike. No-one will help. What do I do?

I was helping a little girl to camp when I was nearly caught. As I nudged her forward, past the border. I was seen by the patrol. Turning around, I bounded away not seeing who her parent was. I couldn't risk it. Getting back to camp was easy but I was tired. I curled up by the fire, planned what I was going to do next and then went to sleep.

The camps were depressed, although there was a load of demigods coming in, being saved by a Jet black wolf with the symbols of Poseidon, Hestia and Hades or a man with jet black hair and shattered irises. A war was approaching. They had risen again, Gaia and Kronos and they had no-one that would be able to fight them. No Percy Jackson, although he was an arrogant brat he was their best hope and they could always kick him out again after he has won the war for them.

I was camping out in the woods when I heard a faint rustle, I saw a flash of silver and knew that the hunters had finally caught me. I decided to surrender, they could take me if they want. I was going to die soon anyway, I was running out of ambrosia, food and water. Riptide was getting dirty, I had no way to clean it and my shield was broken. I stepped forward my hands up, palms facing out. I called out and they came forward with arrows pointed at me in case I tried anything.

They took to me to Artemis who demanded to see me and me alone, she didn't want the hunters to see me. She asked what I was doing out in the woods and why I wasn't with camp. I explained everything and she looked at me with pity. I decided to change my name and become a wolf around the hunters. I became ΠΡΩΤΗ ΥΛΗ (which means Primal in Greek).

She decided to introduce me to the hunters at the bonfire that night and I became her un-official guardian with her blessing. Unfortunately we were going to Camp Half-Blood tomorrow to help out.

As I watched Primal leave the tent I Iris Messaged Zeus, Poseidon and Hades to tell them that Percy has been found. They all had expressions of relief on their faces after they had been told the news. They also had worry on their though as who knew what Percy would do when he got to camp, everyone hated him still.

As we got near camp that one thought started running through my head again,

I killed the seven.

All my fault.

I killed the seven.

All my fault.

I killed the seven.

All my fault.

I snapped out of my daze as I heard my name being called. It was Artemis telling me that we were going to be arriving at camp soon. As I passed the barrier I felt a weight heave its way onto my shoulders, similar to when I held the sky. I managed to stand though and got ready to face the campers, who had betrayed me.

Everyone was prepared for the war and you could see the guard in several people's eyes, the pre-war hysteria was settling in so no-one knew if they could trust each other.

They let us go to our cabin as we were tired and needed to rest. My night was filled with Demigod dreams of Tartarus, Gaia and Kronos marching at camp. They thought that I was dead so the camp wasn't needed. Unlucky for them I wasn't dead, and I was planning to kill them all.

The Conch Horn blew at 3 in the morning, I was one of the first people on the battle field and even I was scared at the size of this army. The hunters lined up behind me and we attacked.

The battle was a blur, killing monsters in my own hurricane of destruction – Fire, Water and Shadow combining to make a deadly combination of power cocooning my wolf form.

I defeated Kronos first, managing to get to his Achilles Heel and biting him there. I shook myself free of his dust and raced onwards to Gaia. I turned then and managed to defeat her once again, stabbing her in the same place. Tartarus felt a sudden pain in his head as Gaia's voice screamed out in pain. He looked over to see a man, standing over his wife's dead body. His vision got tinted with Anger and he rushed forward, intent on killing the man who was the cause of his wife's death.

The battle was awe inspiring with both people coming extremely close to dying several times. Then Tartarus flipped the man's hood up. Everyone's battle stopped, even the battle between Tartarus and the man, no-one could believe what they were seeing. One demigod managed to choke out some fateful words "Percy?" it came in a choked whisper but everyone heard what they had said.

The man roughly pulled his hood up and turned but you could see the unmistakeable sea green irises that were shattered into millions of pieces. "What?" was growled out in a low and threatening voice. He turned around again and struck out at Tartarus, the battles across the plains resumed and everyone was once more fighting for their lives.

The clash of bronze against steel resumed as Percy once again fought for his life. Percy just managed to get the upper hand and with a final blow he sent Tartarus to the void, expending all of his energy in the process.

Everyone was silent, the monsters had simultaneously disintegrated as Percy destroyed Tartarus, and they began to cheer. Chiron came to the fore-front of the Greek's army, and welcomed Percy back to Camp. Percy though saw a glint of rage in the centaur's eyes and declined the request, deciding to stay with the Hunters and become the official guardian.

Suddenly I fell to one knee, the weight suddenly crashing back onto my shoulders and the last thing I saw was white. Which was kind of scary, I mean at least I wasn't dead though, so that was good. The last thought rushing through my head was that it was all my fault...
