Hey guys ! Tysm for 200 READS ! I am so grateful, love y'all soooo so much . I also wanted to tell you that I will be finishing this book after percabeth gets married ( will include the actual marriage ceremony,) , I will only be writing an epilogue , no sequel, sorry
I am doing this because i have a super duper amazing idea for a new book that you will absolutely love !
I would've started writing the other book (not published yet) side by side , but the preassure to update 2 books at the same time will be overwhelming and I will probably end up discontinued both books , so yeah !

Annabeth looked at herself in the mirror admiring the dress Percy had given her for what seemed like the millionth time .
It was truly amazing .
It fit her like the person making it had annabeth in mind while making it . Knowing Percy , that probably was the case .
It was a beautiful cream white that went down till mid thigh . With a sweetheart neckline and thin straps . The part of the dress that rested on her stomach was see through with an X .
She wore her pastel pink pierce and sandals that matched her purse
The whole outfit came together beautifully . She thought about Percy's reaction on when he would see her . She smirked at the thought

While she was looking at herself , Percy entered the room He was wearing his tux

"Annbeth can you please -"
he stopped his sentence midway when he saw annabeth , she looked absolutely gorgeous .
His mouth was agape
He slowly swallowed and said

" wise girl , you look like stunning " and it was true .
Sure , he would have loved her equally if she were in her sweats, but seeing her like this , he was absolutely speechless

She blushed a shade redder than her purse .

" thanks seaweed brain , you don't look so bad yourself '' in reality , annabeth thought he looked amazing . Drop dead gorgeous, but she would never say that out loud( because of sassabeth )

" hey ! no fair " he pouted

" you were saying ? " annabeth said , ignoring his comment

" help me with my tie " he whined .

For obvious reasons , Percy couldn't tie his own tie

" gods I fell in love with a hot 18 year old man who is actually 5 on the inside,huh? "

Percy rollled his eyes " tie please ? And I am 19 now . gods that sounds old "

Annabeth easily tied Percy's tie , within seconds , leaving Percy stunned

" how d'you do that ? "

" do what ?"

He sheepishly pointed to his tie and annabeth shrugged

" if you're forgetting, I have 2 younger brothers that had me do their ties for years "
After an afterthought, she added

" considering your brain is full of seaweed, you probably had "

"Haha, you wish " said Percy sarcastically which caused annabeth to roll her eyes

" so where are we going ? "Asked annabeth , full of curiosity

" surprise "

" tell me "

" nope "

" tell me "

" nuh, un "

" tell meeeeee" annabeth whined

" well , I'm the birthday boy so I command you to listen to me "

Annabeth cursed

Percy smirked

"You ready "

" yup" said annabeth popping the 'p'

They made their way out of their apartment and into the car . Annabeth still didn't know where they were going

" so we have a reservation at 7" said Percy

" and it's already 6 45 , so we better hurry up " said annabeth

Percy nodded

As they were about to reach , annabeth cursed

She FORGOT something ! And that something was percys anniversary gift

" what ? " asked Percy

" nothing " annabeth said a little too quickly which caused her to curse some more

" I m not completely dumb , i know when somethings up , you know especially with only wise girl . You never curse unless you forget something important " he sounded a bit hurt

He really knew her too well , annabeth thought . just for a moment ,She considered telling him about her forgetting the gift but decided against it .
She decided to lie .
She never did that , especially to percy , but she had considered all the options and this was the only one left that would seem believable

" nothing seaweed brain you worry too much , I just remembered i have a test in architecture class and I haven't prepared one bit " Annabeth said trying to sound as believable as possible.

" chillax, I'm sure you already know everything there is to know in the stupid damn test"

" I know seaweed brain"

" so let's not ruin our anniversary for a stupid test , okay ?

Annabeth grinned and nodded, not trusting her voice to speak

They arrived at the restaurant just in time .

" Percy ! You remembered !!! " annabeth remembered telling Percy about the famous Italian hotel 'delizioso' and how nessa said how great spot was after her date with Chris

" of course I did! "

They entered and being The gentleman Percy was , he let annabeth go in first

" ladies first "

" ooh la la ! " said annabeth

" you know your mom wanted me to tell her about this whole date , and rate how good of a gentleman you were being " she said laughing .

" well, moms will be moms "

The waitress came to take our order . She took Percy's order gift and kept batting her eyelashes And was acting all sweet Percy ,oblivious to the situation have his order like any other .

" hello , sir welcome to delizioso , what can I get for you ? " she asked with her sugar coated voice.

" what would you recommend for me and my lovely lady here" he said gesturing to annabeth .

She fake smiled

She started explaining the menu and got far too close to percy ,much to Annabeth's annoyance.

" sir , I would recommend this here and this one is my personal favourite , I have a feeling we both like the same things ...... " she kept going on and on .

Percy , now becoming more obvious to the situation, quickly ordered a simple margherita pizza .

While the waitress , whose name was kate , kept going on and on , annabeth was sure she saw a kind on hungry look in her eyes.

Annabeth observed her

She had bright red hair and deep brown colored eyes. It was hard to see how tall as was , because she was stuck to Percy . Her nails , annabeth saw as she was pointing towards the menu , were abnormally long . Everything about her seemed strange and somewhat familiar . As soon as she was gone , annabeth told Percy what she thought

"Percy , I think she's a monster "

" no way , this is new Rome "

" but that doesn't mean a monster or 2 can enter , Reyana once told me a bunch of empousa and greyhounds sneaked in "

Percy digested the thought and slowly spoke

" so what d'you think what she is "

" so you're agreeing with me ? " Annabeth asked surprised

" you're the wise girl for a reason , it wouldn't hurt to be safe and besides you're mostly correct and now that I think about it , she might be an empousa "

Annabeth blushed to a colour not unlike Kate's hair "

" so you wanna go or stay here and wait till she comes back "

" let's go , we can never be too careful "

Just as they were about to leave , Kate came from behind with their pizzas and said

" where're you going honey ? "

Then she dropped their pizzas , and changed . She looked UGLY to say the least .

Seeing she changed , the other waitresses and the girl at the door also changed .She

There were total 12 of them against Percy and annabeth .

The other people were horrified .

" GO ! RUN ! GOOOO! " annabeth screamed and not one of them dared to disobey her . The fact that there were 12 monsters there also helped.

Kate , who they assumed was their leader , commanded them to charge .

Annabeth just like she had done hundreds of times before , took out her dagger, percy took out riptide and they stood back to back , so that they could protect each other .

The empousa lunged and launched themselves onto both of them

Percy slashed and lunged , while annabeth did the same behind him . She

Soon the restaurant was full of dust and most of the empousa had been destroyed, turned into dust and sent to tartutus .

annabeth was taking on a particularly annoying empousa when another one sneaked by her side and slashed annabeths leg open with her nails .

Annabeth was shocked . She wasn't expecting that . She was bleeding , bleeding and she was loosing a lot of blood . Everything was spinning .
She could faintly hear Percy screaming besides her , holding her

" wise girl , wake up , the empousa are gone , I killed them . I'm sorry I couldn't protect you , I should have seen that coming " he said , his faint full of worry and helplessness .

Annabeth sensed she was in Percy's lap with her head in his hands

" ambrosia , nectar " she said in what was hardly a whisper .

Percy fiddled with her purse and, took out the godly food ,broke of a big piece , seeing Annabeth's sound was deep and fed it to her

Instantly annabeth felt better .

She sensed that the blood had stopped flowing .
Her senses came back to her a bit . Just a bit , she could faintly hear Percy ripping off a piece of his shirt and wrapping it around her sound .

Then everything went BLACK
