Ugh Monday mornings are is one of the thing which is on the top if my list of 'THE THINGS I HATE!'

I got up as the sunrays fell on my face. Why does Monday exist?! Or better. Why does school exist?!

I jumped out of my bed without wasting anymore time and walked inside the bathroom as the cold floor greeted my bare feet.

I hopped into the shower area and started the shower.

"Fuck!" I said as jumping out of the shower, as the cold water landed on my body.

I quickly turned the knob of the shower and warm water poured back again. I checked it twice before getting back in the shower.

After a relaxing shower, I slipped in some white shorts with a baby pink tank top with black converse. I grabbed my bag, which was seated on the chair and headed downstairs, tying my blonde locks in a high ponytail.

"Good day," mom said as I exited the house.

"Morning!" Percy said enthusiastically.

"Morning," I said yawning.

"Didn't get enough sleep?" Percy asked chuckling.

"I'll never get enough sleep. I'm not a morning person," I said sitting beside him.

*School*

"Hey," Thalia greeted as me and Percy entered the school.

"Hey," I said as I rested my head on Percy's shoulder and wrapped my hands on one of his arms.

"Tired?" Thalia asked as we made our way to the rest of the people.

I nodded and Percy tucked I strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Thanks Seaweed brain," I said as I looked up at him.

He smiled in response.

"Sleepy head is here!" Hazel announced and rest of the people chuckled.

I lifted my head from Percy's shoulder and crossed my arms.

"Not a sleepy head!" I said.

"Well you are!" Hazel said laughing.

I rolled my eyes. There was no point of arguing. Hazel would always win. In arguments only.

"So guys," Percy said breaking the noise.

"And girls," Piper said chuckling.

"So guys and girls," Percy started,"Tomorrow is my swimming competition and I want you all to be there to support me."

"Seriously?" Leo asked.

"Seriously," Percy said his hands crossed over his chest and his eyes narrowing at Leo.

"Fine," Leo said raising his hands in surrender.

"I think we should go to our classes. Annie come with me. We have art," Calypso said pulling me away from the group.

*Art class*

Me and Calypso entered the art room.

"Ok I have something to show you," Calypso said rummaging through her bag. I waited until she pulled out a sheet of paper.

"How's this?" Calypso said blushing and showing me the picture.

In the picture were Leo and Calypso kissing. And it wasn't a printout. Calypso had fucking painted it!

"This is goals!" I yelled looking at the picture.

"Leo's birthday is coming up. I decide to frame this painting and give it to him along with a PS4," Calypso said putting the painting back in the bag.

"You're giving him a PS4?!" I said freaking out.

"Yeah," Calypso said blushing.

"You are the best girlfriend a guy can have," I said hugging her tightly.

"Well Annie, why don't you give it a try?" Calypso asked enthusiastically.

"You mean painting?" I asked shocked.

"Yeah. A picture of you and Percy," she said grabbing my hand.

"I'm not like you. So good at painting," I said disappointed.

"Please. I have looked at your drawing. And I will help you," she said seating me on one of the stools, in front of a canvas board.

Calypso rushed and bought a palette of oil colours.

"Start the work," Calypso said handing me a pencil.

I took the pencil, smiling nervously. My hands touched the canvas and I set my hands to work. 

"Can you skip your classes?" Calypso asked, looking for a positive answer.

"No. Sorry Caly. I can't miss my classes," I said as the bell rang.

"Oh ok. We'll finish it tomorrow," Calypso said as we exited the art room.

*English*

"Hey," Hazel said, her back lying against the wall.

"Hey," I said.

"Are you fine?" Hazel said standing up straight.

I told her everything about the painting.

"That's awesome! Perce will love it!" Hazel said as we sat on an empty seat.

"I know right. But I'm nervous," I said sighing.

"You know what? You are a great artist. Have some confidence in yourself," Hazel said placing her hand on my shoulder.

"Thanks Haze," I said hugging her.

"Anytime," she said hugging me back.

"Please be seated class," Mr. Blofis said entering.

"Ugh. This man," Hazel said pulling out a register from her bag.

I chuckled.

*History*

"Annie!" Piper said hugging me.

"Hey Pipes. Hope the class has not started?" I asked hugging her back.

"Nope. You know professor right? He's never on time," Piper said chuckling, as we made our way inside the class.

"So Annie?" Piper said getting my attention.

"Yeah?" I asked fiddling with my eraser.

"What are you gonna wear tomorrow in the competition?" she asked.

"Clothes?" I said at her weird question.

"You're a dumbass," she said rolling her eyes.

"Hey!" I said protesting.

"I think you should wear something sexy," Piper said excited.

"Like a bikini huh?" I said laughing at the thought.

"Not a bad idea," she said scratching her chin with her finger, deep in thought.

"You're crazy Pipes," I said going back to fiddle with the eraser.

"I have a perfect idea. Wear a very short crop top with hot pants," she said snatching away the eraser from me.

"Nice idea. Give my eraser back to me," I said trying to snatch my eraser, but Piper dodged.

"Promise me," Piper said taking out her pinky.

"Promise," I said shaking her pinky.

"Here," she said throwing the eraser at me.

"Thanks," I said as the professor came inside.

"Ok class. Take out your books," he said and started the chapter.

*Lunch*

Me and Piper walked to our table, with the trays in our hands. The table was as always noisy. People were talking with each other.

I went and sat beside Hazel.

"Ok guys," Thalia said in the midst of all the noise.

"Sush Leo," Thalia said pointing at Leo.

Leo frowned and sat down on his chair, playing with Calypso's hair.

"So there is this competition going wild on youtube," Thalia said showing the phone screen.

"Kiss and Paint?" Jason asked confused, as he looked at his sister.

"What's this Thals?" Piper said taking a clear look at the video.

"This competition is for couples! You have to paint and kiss each other's face. Try it on guys!" Thalia said nudging us.

"Gross. Kissing a painted face," Nico said sitting back on his chair.

"It's not like you think Nico. It would be fun!" Thalia said showing another video.

"I agree. You should try it," Will said smiling brightly.

"Well we're in!" Leo said swaying his and Calypso's hand in the air.

"We're too," Jason said placing a hand around Piper's shoulder.

"Then we're too," Frank said placing his hand on Hazel's.

I looked at Percy and his eye caught mine.

"If everybody is, then we're too!" Percy said wrapping his arms around me.

"Cool. I'll record the video. So where shall we do this shooting?" Thalia asked.

"We can do at my place," I said.

"Sure?" Thalia asked.

"Yeah. Mom and dad will not be at home. And I can send my brothers to their friend's place," I said.

"Ok, so fixed. Annie's house, after school," Thalia said as the bell rang.
