I can hear the sirens right outside our window

I'm praying for the people right outside our window

Hoping they find peace at night, just like you and me

"Wake up sleeping beauty!" a voice yelled at me.

I woke up startled.

In front of me were the girls- Calypso, Hazel, Piper and Thalia laughing their asses off.

"What the fudge guys?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"You told us to come to get you ready for date," Calypso said as she showed me her makeup bag.

"But I told you to come at 12," I said checking my phone and my mouth was wide open.

"What the fudge? I've been sleeping till 12? Why didn't you wake me up?" I said throwing the blankets off me.

"We just came and woke you up," Thalia said.

"What about my mom?"

"She's not at home. Your brother opened the door," Piper said sitting beside me.

Hazel came and sat beside me on the other side and placed her hands on my shoulder.

"Calm down Annie. We all have a lot of time. Go and take a shower," Hazel said directing me.

The other girls nodded and I managed to smile.

I got into the bathroom and took a shower.

Showers feel so good.

I wrapped my towel and got out. The girls pulled me and sat me on the white leather chair near my dressing table.

Calypso turned on some music and that made my mood a lot better. Music felt so good.

Calypso took the lead and the other girls stood beside her, the materials in their hands.

She unwrapped the towel of my hair and my wet hair fell down. Calypso turned on the hair dryer and dried my hair. Then she took the curler and curled my hair from the bottom. Her hands continued to work as she sprayed the hair spray.

She asked for the items and the girls handed her the item. Calypso must be a bit quiet but she was the queen in fashion. Maybe that's the reason she loves Paris.

"Hair check," Calypso said as she backed away.

My hair looked awesome. It had curls in the bottom and the upper hair well, I can't exactly described what she did but it was amazing!

"Oh my gosh Caly! This is amazing," I said feeling the curls.

"Anything for you babe. Now is makeup," she said winking at me.

Thalia opened the makeup kit and Calypso gave demands.

She first applied some concealer, then powder, then some eyeshadow then mascara and went on and on. She even applied things I didn't know the name of.

"Percy is so gonna fall on her now," Piper said.

"Oh Pipes, Percy has already fallen for her," Hazel said winking at her.

I could just manage a small smile while they all chuckled.

"Hey Thals, any boy in your heart?" Calypso said out of the blue.

Thalia rolled her eyes at this question.

Thalia was a girl who was happy to be single.

"You know what girls? I am happy single. I can do whatever I wish while you all have to stay according to your bitchy boyfriends," Thalia said smirking.

We all turned at her.

"Ok not bitchy, cute?" she asked a little offended.

We all calmed down.

"Huh our boyfriends control us Thals? We are there controllers. Let them try to control us. I 'll break their faces," Hazel said showing her muscles which she didn't have.

"What do you think about Will?" Piper asked.

"Nah he's not my type. And moreover I think he is interested in Nico," Thalia replied.

"Nico? Are you saying he is gay?" I asked.

Will was a good friend and I didn't even care if he was a gay or not. Come on guys I don't think he is.

"No I'm not sure yet but maybe," Thalia said relaxing herself on the bed.

"Makeup check," Calypso said as she stopped her working hands.

"Thanks Caly," I said looking at my makeup.

It was perfect.

"Ok girls. We have the most important thing to do now. Check out the outfit," Calypso said as she made my way to my wardrobe.

The rest of the girls followed.

They picked out my every cloth one by one and threw it on the bed. They matched the clothes and it felt like hours waiting for an outfit.

"I've found one," Piper said jumping with excitement as she came with the clothes in her hand.

"This is perfect," Calypso said looking at it.

Piper had taken out a black jeggings and a blue glittery top. She had picked out a pair of Vans for the bottom.

"Try it on," Calypso said giving me the clothes.

I nodded and hopped in the bathroom, with the clothes in my hand.

I quickly took off my towel and changed.

"Amazing," Hazel said as I entered the room.

"This is purrrfect!" Piper said jumping.

"Way to go Annie," Calypso said with a big smile on her face.

Thalia gave me a thumbs up.

"Nothing would have happened without you guys," I said hugging them all at once.

Just then my phone rang.

It was Percy.

I went to pick up the phone but Hazel was faster.

"No talking to Percy or meeting him till your date," Hazel said as she played with my phone.

"But it's a date. We're not getting married," I said trying to get my phone from her hands but she dodged.

Hazel picked up the phone and kept it on speaker while Calypso placed her hand on my mouth so I couldn't speak.

"Hey Wise girl," I heard Percy's voice.

"Hey Percy. Hazel here. Sorry you can't talk to Annie," Hazel said giggling.

"But why? Please Hazy. I beg you," I heard Percy's pleading voice.

"Nope you will directly meet her on the date," Hazel said and hung up the phone.

Calypso removed her hand from my mouth.

"I hate you," I said to Hazel pouting.

"I love you," Hazel said hugging me.

I hugged her back smiling again.

"Annie do you have anything to eat?" Piper asked placing her hand on her stomach.

"Sure let's raid the fridge," I said as we headed downstairs.
