Last Friday night

We went streaking in the park

Skinny dipping in the dark

Then had a ménage à trois

Last Friday night

I woke up because my alarm wouldn't hit the bloody snooze button.

I got up and found myself in the same petite I had wore the last night.It smelt like Percy.Oceans.After sniffing his smell like a dog I walked into my bathroom.

The broad smile on my face disappeared as soon as I saw my face in the mirror.

I had forgotten to remove my makeup!

At that time I looked like the most ugliest teenager alive.

I quickly scrubbed my face.

Luckily the makeup was gone but my face was all red.

I quickly showered without making my hair wet because it already had perfect curls from last evening.

I slipped on some denim shorts and a full sleeves black crop top at the top.

For my makeup, applying a concealer was must to hide the red bruises.Then I applied some mascara and a strawberry lip balm.

I grabbed my bag and another bag which carried my gym jersey.

"Bye mom,"I said as I exited the house.

Percy was waiting for me like the good old days.

"Hey wise girl,"he said hugging me.

"Good morning seaweed brain,"I hugged him back and sat behind him.

*School*

"My mom asked if your family could come over for dinner tonight?"Percy said as we walked inside the school.

"I'll call her and tell you in lunch?"I said.

"Ok,"he said as we walked towards our group.

"Hey,I hope you remember we have Romeo and Juliet auditions today,"Thalia said as we approached them.

Me and Percy looked at each other with an alarmed look.

We forgot in such a mess about the play!

Soon the bell rang and I had my first class which was maths with Percy.

*Maths class*

"Oh my Zeus Percy how are we going to prepare?"I asked him fiddling with my fingers nervously whereas Percy calmly sat on the chair going through his phone.

He put his phone back in his pocket and faced me.

"Are you confident in your acting?"he asked.

I nodded.

"So what's the big deal? Just read out the script with emotions,"he said as Mrs.Dodds entered.

"But Percy we need some practice.Even big superstars need practice,"I replied back.

He scratched his chin with his fingers and asked,"When is drama?"

"Third,"I replied back

"Fuck,"he said as he sat back,"We could have practiced if it would have been after Lunch."

I hung my head in dismay.

Percy sat straight again and looked at me, his eyes twinkling with excitement.

"What's your next class?"he asked.

"Gym,"I replied confused.

"Bonus,"he said keeping his voice low,"We can practice in gym."

I bit my lower lip.

I couldn't.

I needed to tell Hazel all about yesterday.

"But,"I started,"Fine but only 10 minutes of my free period."

"Done,"he said before winking at me.

*Gym class*

"Wait here till I come back after changing,"I instructed Percy before going into the girl's changing room with Hazel.

"You promised,"Hazel screeched while she tied her brown hair in a high ponytail.

"I know and I will surely tell you after 10 minutes,"I said as I rushed out from the changing room.

"Come on,"I said to Percy but he stood there and scanned me from top to bottom which made me a bit uncomfortable.

"You look hot in gym jersey,"he said grinning.

"No time for this Seaweed Brain.Let's get started.Come,"I said as I rolled my eyes and made my way to the far end of the gym.

I quickly surfed the net for the dialogues and the next few minutes went like this....

"Don't waste your love on somebody, who doesn't value it." 

"O serpent heart hid with a flowering face!Did ever a dragon keep so fair a cave?Beautiful tyrant, feind angelical, dove feather raven, wolvish-ravening lamb! Despised substance of devinest show, just opposite to what thou justly seemest - A dammed saint, an honourable villain!"  

"Ugh Percy,it's wrong,"I said showing him the dialogue.

"Oop sorry.One more time,"he said and started again.

*few minutes later*

"Done,"we both said sighing with relief.

"Best of luck Wise girl,"he said and picked up his books.

"You too Seaweed Brain,"I said going towards Hazel.

"Tell me all about yesterday,"Hazel said, her hands folded across her chest.

I narrated her the full incident of yesterday.

"So you've already got your first kiss from Percy,"Hazel said squealing.

"It was on the cheek!"I said what felt like a millionth time to Hazel.

"But it was a K-I-S-S!"

I rolled my eyes.

Just then the bell rang.

We rushed to the changing room.

"Best of Luck girl,"Hazel said as I walked into the drama room.

"Thanks,"I said and opened the gate.

*Drama class*

"Please be seated,"our drama teacher, Mr.Woods, instructed us.

We all sat on the multiple coloured chairs lying in the room.

I sat beside Percy and my legs started shaking from nervousness as I watched person after person auditioned.

Percy looked at my legs and kept his hand on my hand. My legs stopped shaking and I felt calm.

Percy smiled.

"Percy Jackson,"Mr.Woods called out and Percy walked up on the stage.

I crossed my fingers and sat there looking at Percy, as each word perfectly flowed out of his mouth.I could hear people gasping while Percy acted ignoring it.

After Percy finished sound of clapping filled the room.

"You were great,"I said as Percy came and sat down beside me.

"I want you to be selected,"Percy said showing me the pinky finger which was to hold a promise.

I took out my pinky finger and connected it to his.

"Promise,"I said as the audition for Romeo got over.

"Now we would start with the auditions for Juliet,"Mr.Woods announced.

As every girl in my front finished with their auditions my heartbeat got faster.

"Annabeth Chase,"Mr.Woods announced and I got on the stage.

Without wasting any further time I started speaking the lines as emotionally I could speak.

After I was finished the room was filled with...CLAPS!

I went back and sat beside Percy.

"You were better than me,"Percy said hitting me with his elbow.

"Aww,"I said and hit him back very hard.

Finally it was time for the results.

"First of all,"Mr.Woods started,"I would like to tell you all that you were marvelous! Unfortunately I can choose only one person for Romeo and Juliet each.The play would be held next Saturday in the school auditorium.All the parents would be invited.So for Romeo the boy selected is..Percy Jackson! And for Juliet the girl chosen is...Annabeth Chase!"

Me and Percy got up from our seats and walked over to Mr.Woods.

"Congratulations to you both!For practice I would let you know when to come,"Mr.Woods said to us as the bell rang.

*Lunch*

"Let me guess.You both got selected for the play,"Leo said smiling.

"Yeah but how did you come to know repair boy?"Percy asked.

"You both are smiling insanely guys,"Leo replied grinning.

"Congratulations,"Will yelled.

Rest of the break we chatted on forever.

*English*

*Dispersal*

"Bye guys,"me and Percy walked to his bike.

I went and sat behind Percy.

"Hold tight,"Percy said and drove off at a very high speed.

The ride was very frightening and I clutched on to Percy tighter and tighter.

"Are you a maniac?"I asked handing him the helmet and happy that the ride was over.

"Yeah for you,"he said winking.

I rolled my eyes.

"Let me know about the dinner,"Percy reminded me as he drove off across.

I went home and called up mom.

She told that we would definitely go for the dinner.

I texted Percy and lay on the bed to get peace for sometime.
