{Annabeth}

After a bit in the pool, percy popped the air bubble and dried us all off in the corner. He was the best boyfriend ever, jumping in the pool after me and all that. We headed inside and feasted on a bunch of candy, dancing, when Gary jumped up on the table looking like a deer in headlights.

"My parents are home!! Everybody get out!" He said. He had his shirt off, and when he got down, a bunch of girls swarmed him and started kissing him all over his chest and face.

"Uh-oh..." I say.

"We better get going- where's Nico?" Percy said.

"Umm..." I stood on a table and tried to find him. "Everybody split up and meet back in the yard!"

But of course me standing on a table lead to Joe finding me.

"Wanna go upstairs?" He whispered in my ear. Oh gods what's going on upstairs?

"No, you perv!" I shoved him off of me and elbowed him in the stomach. I lost him in the crowd, and as I was running for the staircase, praying to Zeus that Nico wasn't up there, I collided with Percy and went flying backwards.

"You know what's going on up there?" He asked me, scared look on his face.

"Yeah," I say. "How'd you know?"

"Carey." He sighs.

Anger boiled inside of me.

"Oh, gods Zeus please don't let him be up here..." I took a deep breath and ran upstairs. I couldn't find Nico. People were dancing in the hallways, and all the doors were locked tight. Beer cans and bottles were scattered everywhere, and a few girls in thongs were dancing with guys without shirts on. Bedroom doors were locked... But I couldn't find Nico. Percy and I ran downstairs and then spotted him in the crowd, dancing with some skimpy 12th grader. We grabbed Nico by the shoulders and ran outside, where we saw Argus was parked. We jumped in the van.

"Hit the gas." I say.

{Percy}

We sped off down the road and headed for our... Ok I'm just gonna call it a penthouse. We sped off down the road and headed for our penthouse.

We went to the elevator and after a sickening ride, went into our rooms. I invited Leo, Nico, and Jason to a hot tub party while we watched the football game. We talked about our days.

"Alright, Perce, your turn." Jason laughed. Leo, Nico, and Jason had had some eventful first days, especially Jason. And Leo had found a girl named  Kelsey.

"Oh, well. So in my first class there was this girl..." I explained my whole day. Nico and Leo were shocked.

"Damn, Perce! You make all the girls woozy," Leo said.

I felt that somebody was watching me from behind, and turned. Annabeth stood in the doorway, scowling, and had probably just been standing there long enough for her to hear Leo's statement.

"But I only want to make one girl woozy," I say.

But it was too late. Annabeth drug me out of the hot tub and ordered me to tell her what exactly had happened. So I re-explained my whole day, and then Leo apologized. But she just smacked him in the face, leaving a wicked red spot. I got out of the hot tub and follows her out into the hall.

I sigh. "Look, Annie-"

"Don't call me Annie. It's Annabeth." She growled. But then softened, as if remembering the party. "Look Percy, I know Leo was just being Leo. But Carey... Carey is way prettier than me-"

"Oh my gods, wise girl!" I yelled. "You think that demon is prettier than you?"

"Percy-"

"No! I'm not Percy! I'm seaweed brain!" I snap. A small smile played on her face, but that just as quickly turned into a frown. "Annabeth, if you think Carey's prettier than you, you need to wake up."

"Percy..." I could see her worry.

"I swear on the River Stykes," I say. "You are way more beautiful in my eyes than any girl on this entire planet."

Thunder.

"Aphrodite's not gonna be happy about that," she smirked.

"Oh, she'll get over it," I say. "And even so, you're worth it."

We kissed, and I headed back to the hot tub party, leaving Annabeth in her room on her laptop.

"What happened?" Leo asked. "Did she kill you? Is this your ghostly form? Percy-" Leo pinched me. "Woo... That's a close one... She didn't kill him!" He said with a sigh of relief.

"Oh, Leo. Get a life." I sigh.

"I have one! Check it!" Leo showed me his iPhone 5 screen. A girl's name and contact information was listed, along with a pretty picture of her. She had black hair and blue eyes.

"Wow, Leo!" I said.
