{Percy}

We got to the Penthouse and I went with Annabeth into her room to work on our project. We finished the project and went into my room and turned on the TV and got in the hot tub.

"You're the best boyfriend ever," Annabeth decided.

"Well I've gotta be the best boyfriend for the best girlfriend," I reminded her. I kissed her, and she smiled at me.

"So, what about that dream?" She asked.

"It's a secret, but know Perey will never happen." I sigh. "I blocked her number."

For the next few weeks we didn't hear anything from Carey after those nice texts I sent her. She jut scowled at us. Finally it was Christmas. Christmas Eve about 1:30 AM I heard my door open and woke up. Annabeth stood there, and I motioned for her to come over.

"More nightmares?" I asked.

She nodded, and ran and jumped on the bed with me. She pulled the covers up and I wrapped my arms around her.

"You shouldn't be afraid on Christmas, Wise Girl," I say.

"I love you, Seaweed Brain." She said.

"I love you too," I reply, before drifting back to sleep with her in my arms.

In my dreams I saw Hades. Yes, I had succeeded with breaking up Nico and the girl. Now Nico was single as a Pringle I think. I don't know, he isn't the social type.

"Good job, nephew." Was all Hades said. And then I was in goode. I walked down the hall with Leo.

Then Leo turned around. "Annabeth and you are gonna get into hot water soon. But it'll all be ok."

Then I woke up to Leo recording and blowing an air horn. I'm putting this on FaceBook.

"LEO!" Annabeth and I yelled at the same time.

Leo shrugged. "C'mon, Chiron and the gods sent us presents!"

"Whoop whoop!" I yelled, and Annabeth went to her room. I got dressed in some nice clothes for once. A blue polo shirt with khakis. We had agreed to get our families together in Virginia. We would meet up with my mom and Paul, Thalia, Hazel and Frank, Clarisse's mom, Pipers dad, and Annabeth's step mom and dad.

When I came out Leo whistled and said something sarcastic like, "Tough Guy." But when Annabeth came out, my jaw dropped. She had on a red dress that went down to her lower shins and had on high heels. She actually had on makeup, but not a lot. She had on enough to make her look gorgeous. She smiled, and I walked to her. I guess she thought I was going to hug her, but instead I picked her up and spun her around like a princess.

She laughed, and I kissed her.

"Let's go open presents," I say and we head to the Living Area, where everybody already is.

A huge Christmas tree we'd put up sat in the middle of the room. A there were at least 20 gifts for each of us. I got a helmet (haha, so funny) and another skateboard form my dad.

From Aphrodite I got cologne. -_-

From Ares I got a new set of armor.

From Zeus I got 20 drachma and a lightning rod.

From Hades I got a skull. (Which freaked me out, thanks!)

From Demeter I got Lucky Charms -_-

Hephaestus got me another robotic dog like the one Leo had made me, except this one was bigger and... More scary looking.

Dionysus got me wine, which I'm pretty sure is illegal, with a card that said, "Get drunk like me Perry Johnson."

Athena gave me a book. -_-

Hermes gave me some pairs of socks and a shirt that said, "I'M A SKATER, TRY AND MUG ME!" and I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna wear that shirt.

Hera got me wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads for my skateboard. Which I'm gonna use. A lot. If I'm gonna wear Hermes shirt.

Apollo gave me a magic quill that never ran out of arrows.

Artemis gave me some drachmas.

But the best gift was from my father. He gave me a letter, with drachmas in the bottom, a sea green jacket, and a  trident.

And even Tyson gave me something. He sent me a shield that had a secret hide away in the handle about 3 feet long. I guess i could hide magic items in there for capture the flag.

I opened the letter, not expecting much based on the last letter: Brace yourself.

But instead I saw a long letter with 3 or 4 paragraphs. Jason stared a little jealously. He had only gotten a shirt from his dad.

Dear Perseus,

I do apologize for not getting you something greater... Like a matching shirt that went with your jacket! But oh, this letter will have to do.

I hope you're enjoying your high school, although I have been watching you and know... I know that there has been some drama with Annabeth and this Carey girl.
Don't lose Annabeth, she's better than Carey. You won't find a lot of girls like her, I'll tell you that. Believe me, I have a lot of experience.

I don't think Zeus wanted me to write this, but oh to Hades with what he thinks, just don't tell him I said that. *wink wink*

I'm sorry about the shortness of the last letter, but I didn't have time to say anything more than Brace Yourself, and Zeus doesn't like communication. I'm sorry I wasn't thorough, and hope you'll forgive me for that disappointment. You are my favorite son, Percy. Always remember that. *wink wink* don't tell Triton.

It was in his own elegant hand writing, which was kind of torture on my dyslexic eyes, but it was Aqua blue ink on sea green paper, so that was good.

I smiled and put it back in its envelope. Then I noticed everybody was staring at me silently. Uneasily I chuckled nervously. Everybody silently went back to opening presents from each other.

Nico went to great efforts and got me flowers with a 'I'm Sorry for Your Loss' card that I assume he'd gotten at a funeral.

Jason got me a shirt that said BAM! Skateboards.

Clarisse gave me a dead bird, which I tossed out of the Living Area window right there, box and all.

Piper got me some Blue Sour Patch Kids. A whole bag of them. Yum.

Leo got me a robot toy, which in his excitement he accidentally set on fire.

Annabeth got me a stuffed Nemo. I honestly think that was the best gift I'd gotten from any of them.

I had given Annabeth a coral ring. And Jason a Superman cape (he immediately changed and got into it). And Leo a screw driver set and some bolts. And Clarisse an extra durable helmet. And Nico another black Skull Shirt. And Piper an infinity scarf.

I'd gotten my mom a pedicure set and a curling iron, and got Paul a book about Mythology and a gumball machine. Trust me, that was right off their wish list, believe it or not. :|

I left and went into my room, thoughtfully. Honestly I wanted to be alone right now, but leave it to Jason.

"Hey," Jason walked into my room. "What's up buddy?"

I sighed. "I felt weird ever since that skating accident."

"Hey," Jason sat down on the bed next to me. "You're ok, bud."

"You get clonked my a Bam Margera board and tell me I'm ok." I sigh. ROMANS.

"Hey," Jason sighed. "We get to see your mom and everything. Chin up. So what's bothering you?"

"It's like... Annabeth. Something deep down tells me we're drifting apart." I shrug.

Jason sat up straighter and took a deep breath. "I feel like that with Pipes, thank the gods its not just me."

"But this Joe guy, he really bothers me," I say.

"Ok..." He thought for a second.

Chiron appeared in an Iris Message beside us. "The best thing you two can do is show affection."

"Chiron!" I said happily.

"Oh, hello Percy. And... Son of Jupiter." Chiron said.

"Chiron, have you talked to Annabeth?" I asked hopefully.

"Yes, she's very stressed over you," Chiron sighed.

"I'm stressed over her," I say defensively.

"I know what's going on," Chiron said, waiving his hands in front of his face.

"So do I!" Jason said. And with that he stomped out. He went to Piper's room.

I fell onto my bed.

"Percy," Chiron said.

"Yes?"

"Get Annabeth. If there's anyway to make her feel better it's to assure her you really love her." Chiron sighed.

"But I do love her and I tell her all the time! Does she not believe me?" I asked.

"Percy, I think you need to decide what to do here. It's a simple choice." And with that Chiron left me to wonder what the choice was and left.

I went to Annabeth's room and knocked. When she opened it I tackled her with hugs and kisses.

"My gods Percy get off," She said playfully through laughs.

Finally she managed to kick me off, and I grinned.

"What's wrong with you?" She asked playfully.

"I have to show you're the best girlfriend ever," I reply.

And with that, we went into my room, laid down on my bed, and started playing the PS4 game Infamous Second Son.

It was pretty fun, except for the fact that when Annabeth asked me how to do something and I died trying to show her, she tackled me and put her finger in my face scolding me.
