{Percy}

Ok, so Leo and I stayed up till 11:45 playing video games multiplayer. We would switch between my area and his area, and we snacked on sodas and Kit Kats.

But I wasn't prepared for an alarm to blare through the whole apartment at 5:00 am.

"Ugh!" I moaned. I rolled over to put my pillow over my head and rolled out of the bed. My head hit the floor. I walked out sleepily. To find the rest of them (but Leo) all crowded.

"HOW DO WE TURN THIS THING OFF?!" Piper yelled. Everybody thought for a minute.

"SOMEBODY GET LEO UP!!" Yelled Annabeth.

Jason and I went into Leo's room and dragged him out of bed. The alarm stopped as soon as he hit the floor.

"C'mon, argus is waiting," Annabeth said. We got dressed. I wore jeans and a polo shirt. Annabeth was wearing Jean shorts and a pink shirt with an infinity scarf that had gray owls on it.

"Wow Annabeth..." I say, speechless. "You look... Wow."

"So do you," she took my hand in hers and we walked out. My hair was like a models. When I saw Annabeth staring I laughed and smirked.

"You checking me out?" I asked.

"You drool when you sleep," she said.

"That was Annabeth," Nico went with the first lines that Annabeth had said to me in a terrible impression of Chiron. "She's been here longer than most."

Annabeth laughed and kissed me. I grabbed the key off the key ring and slid it into the elevator. The same screen popped out.

After a gut wrenching drop, the screen went back inside the flap and it covered itself up, and then the elevator doors dinged open. I took the key out and tossed it in my bag. A few girls coming inside giggled at me.

Annabeth and Piper made eye contact.

"What?" I asked. Piper stared.

"Oh my gods you're so stupid," Clarisse sighed. We got into the van and Argus drove us to Goode. We walked in and girls stared and giggled at me.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" I asked.

"Gods help him," Piper sighed. Annabeth dropped my hand.

"What's wrong?" I ask. She pretended to not hear the question.

We went to the office. Jason walked beside of me.

We arrived at the office and got our schedules and lockers. Jason's locker was beside mine, thank the gods.

As we came out, 1st period was about to start.

"First class?" Annabeth asked me.

"Math." I sigh.

"Economics," she said.

"I have math," Jason said.

Annabeth had economics with Leo, Clarisse, and Piper. Nico was stuck in Goode Middle School. And Jason and I had math.

We headed for our class. Jason and I got stares and giggles from girls... And a couple boys.

when we walked in, our teacher saw us standing awkwardly.

"There's no seating plan," the teacher said. Jason and I sat next to each other at the back of the room. Then beside me I hear a seat being jerked out. I yank my head to see a blonde headed girl with blue eyes sitting down next to me. On the other side of Jason a brown headed girl with green eyes sits down.

"Mind if I sit here?" She asked. "Oh, I'm Carey, by the way."

"Percy." I didn't reply to the sitting question, but I was very aware when Mrs. Heffler, a 30 year old woman from Michigan began talking, that Carey was staring at me intently. I was pretty sure she knew I knew, too.

"Pair up! Groups of 2!" Mrs. Heffler said. I turned to Jason but then Carey grabbed my hand, and scooted her chair next to mine.

"Wanna be partners?" She asked me.

I turned to Jason hopefully. He shrugged, looking innocent and as if he had no idea on how to solve this.

"Sure...." I say, not very sure.

I noticed as we worked it out, her hand got closer to mine, until our hands were only an inch apart.

"Can you explain this one?" she asked me.

"Um, ah, ok." I sigh and try to explain it my best as a dyslexic demigod.

When I was explaining, I realized our heads were getting closer. I wanted to see what she was trying, but then forgot about it. I snapped up when she put her head on my shoulder though. There's only one person who's head can be on my shoulder and it's ok: Annabeth.

"Oh, sorry." She shrugged. "But I have a case of the Cupids."

She was staring at me. Finally class was over. I had P.E. And then lunch.

Uh oh. Annabeth might get a little mad at this 0_o
