What is the story about?

The story takes place after the end of Gravity Falls, were Bill pleaded to the Axolotl to avoid death and be brought back in another time and dimension.

One day in your quiet town a rather strange phanomanon happened. A bright yellow light fell from the sky on one warm summer night.
Going to investigate after rumors and conspiracy circulated leads you to finding a now humanized Bill Cipher, lost and alone you feel for the once all powerful being. Was that wise of you?

You look up from the cold marble floor and up at Bill's throne, where he sat with the smuggest of smirks. He swirled the glass of wine between his gloved fingers, chuckling to himself as he saw the fear in your eyes.
Being bound to the wall by chains left you rather helpless, only able to look into Bill's glowing yellow eye with utter shock for what he had done.
You fell for such a monster, a sick feeling rising in your stomach and vile getting stuck in your throat. You wanted to be sick but you felt something stop you. Knowing that Bill loved to see people suffer, those he cared for or not, and you knew deep down that vomiting would please his sadistic nature. It was probably the nerves and fear...but still....
Tears prick your eyes, the chains around your ankles jangling as you move around on the icy floor. You feel Bill's hot gaze wander over to you, hearing him set the glass down and head down the stairs leading up to his mantle.
" Hey, what are those tears for kid? " His smile was as wide as ever, his eye kind yet sinister. He would stare at you until you gave a response.
" How could you Bill? I trusted you, helped you and for what...for you to.." Bill presses a finger to your lips, leaning down to meet your seated height.
" Now now let's not give the plot away! People have yet to read this story! " You tilt your head in misunderstanding.

What plot?
What this all being recorded somehow?
Bill smiles, you turn away from him but with a soft chuckle he forces you to face him.
" Better chained up in here then out there though! I'm doing you a favour (L/N) "
You spit at him in disgust, causing Bill to recoil some.
" Or perhaps I should feed you to the vultures after all "
