There were a bunch of stories in the past that I've tried writing or wanted or write, but I ended up scrapping them. One story in particular was called The Lego Descendants, and it was kind of Ever After High and Descendants inspired. Basically, it follows the children of characters from the Lego Movie franchise and other Lego original shows, and they get to cross worlds to meet each other and attend school in Bricksburg. I wrote this BEFORE the second Lego movie came out, so don't correct me. I used my Unikitty next-gen kids for this story, and when I wrote it, they were in their earlier phases of development.

Anyway, Elizabeth Business, who I'm gonna call Liz for short, is the fankid we're first introduced to. She's the daughter of President Business, and she wants to meet the other kids out there in this great big universe so she can have them attend school with her and see what they're like. She pitches this idea to her parents, and they agree to it. It's kind of like the opening to the first Descendants movie, where Ben tells his parents about his idea to let the VKs have a shot at redeeming themselves.

After that, we meet Lucinda, whose birthday is coming up. I forgot what else she did in her introduction chapter, but she still wanted to be a bodyguard like her dad, and I think that was when she found out about Liz's idea. Before I redesigned her to be a fox-hawk hybrid that looks like Hawk did when he was a kid, she looked like her little bros Marbleslab and Beau, except she didn't have glasses but did have wings and a croc tail. That was what she looked like here. Then, we see that Boulder's helping his mom in the lab, and Marbleslab's working on his sewing machine. When he's done with that, he tells Marbleslab that he wants to do something special for Lucinda since her birthday's coming up. Marble agrees, and he starts to make clothes for her. I don't remember, but I think they found out about Liz, too.

Then, we meet Bartholomew (you know, Bart), who's working with his mom in the market when his dad comes home. I remember that Bart asked his dad if people would take him seriously since he's so cheerful and emotional, making him different from his boring parents. Rick responds to that question positively, giving Bart some happiness. He then tells Bart and Irene (who at this time I called Edith before learning Really Old Edith's name) about Liz and her offer, which Bart decides to accept. This was before Christina and Daniel, just so you know.

After that comes the chapter with Sunny and Gelato, who are my next-gen kids who were changed over time most of all. When I wrote this story, Gelato's name was Milkshake, and they were Germafrost and Unikitty's kids rather than his and Glacieralda's. This is because I shipped Unikitty with Germafrost back then, BUT DON'T SHIP THEM NOW. Anyways, Sunny and "Milkshake" are playing tag when they get a delivery of packages. After finding out about Liz, Sunny exits the scene while Gelato wonders what's going on. Apparently, Unikitty and Germafrost are having a third kid, but Gelato and Sunny don't know yet. Gelato is noticing clues, though, and he sees that the boxes are packed with stuff meant for a brightly painted room. I stopped writing the story halfway through this scene.

More fankids that I was going to introduce were Della, Midori Garmadon, Vanessa Brickowski, Comet Mayhem and Dusk Batman-Wa'nabi. Della was Brock's adoptive daughter before I remade her into his and Master Frown's biological kid. Midori was the daughter of Lloyd the Green Ninja (I haven't watched the Ninjago series, but I've heard of it and have seen the movie based on it, so I know). I don't remember exactly what I named my fankid for Emmet and Lucy, but I do remember that she nicknamed herself Butterscotch because she dyed her hair blonde, and Vanessa's what I'm gonna call her now. Comet is Benny's adoptive son who I think liked space and spaceships as much as he does. Dusk is Batman and Batgirl's son (you know, from the Lego Batman movie), and I think he was a dark kid who had Robin as his adoptive older brother.
