If someone wants to learn another language, it's wrong to say that they shouldn't learn it because they're not the race/ethnicity that majorly speaks it. You don't have to be Hispanic to learn Spanish, and you don't have to be Asian to learn Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc., okay? 

This actually is a good thing because it introduces cultures to other ones. I mean, if people really want this world to be a place for everyone of different backgrounds to belong, then this is sort of something that has to be done.

Plus, people who love to travel sometimes go to other countries, and they have to brush up on said countries' official languages if they want to survive there. I mean, how annoying would it be to see a tourist from another place running around, trying to ask people if they speak their own language?

If you say that people going outside their native countries and people learning other languages that isn't their own because they're not the culture who speaks it aren't okay, then you're internally racist.
