This character was originally going to be a Doom Lord. That idea was Master Daze, who was in charge of spreading confusion. But, after I analyzed Master Frown and Brock's roommate relationship, a bunch of ideas just came out of nowhere, so here's Imogen. 

Imogen is a short robed figure in her teenage years, with baby blue skin and black eyes with pink scleras. She wears a royal purple robe with cloud-like designs on the bottom and on her hands that are a light peach color. There is a bright red gem at the center of the neck of the robe (not that Imogen is seen to have a neck, but you know what I mean). She also wears black round glasses. Her eyelashes sort of resemble Dr. Fox's, only they point downwards. She's holding her wand in this picture, which is long and golden yellow with another red gem at the end of it. She has purple braces on her teeth (which would have been revealed if she was in the episode Tooth Trouble).

Imogen's a young witch/sorceress in training (whatever you wanna call it). She's a quick, clever thinker, and she's perceptive as well. She's good at noticing little details. She likes keeping things orderly and in control, which shows in how tidy she keeps her room and other personal spaces. She's spirited, determined and typically in an upbeat mood. She's affectionate and just wants everyone to get along. She's very open to the world around her and isn't afraid of going outside. She enjoys flying kites, bird watching, stargazing, and she'd like to fly in a hot air balloon. Most of the time, her attempted spells can cause accidents, but she always cleans up after herself.

Imogen is good friends with Master Frown and Brock, and she sometimes stays over with them in their apartment. She adores Brock because not only is his cooking fantastic, but he also helped her talk to Master Frown when they first met her. On his side, he's very supportive of her, especially if Frown tries to get to her. If there is any conflict going on around the apartment, Brock won't hesitate to step in. She doesn't like their messy habits, and her space will be the neatest in the whole apartment when she's there. She calls her roommates "wild boys" because of the gross way they live, but she loves them all the same.

Imogen and Master Frown can brew up a fight sometimes, much to both her and Brock's annoyance. Although she doesn't like how he "entertains" himself by making others unhappy, they still get along. Frown's attitude leads to him and Imogen to clash, but they work well with each other, and they have fun when they're both in a good mood. Imogen wanted to befriend Master Frown because she hoped he would show her how to be confident and do things without worrying.

Imogen has a close bond with her twin sister Estelle. They have little hangouts whenever they feel like it. Besides magic, Estelle likes nautical things such as sailing, and while Imogen has her wand, Estelle has her magic compass. These sisters have a law when it comes to friends: if one of them makes a new friend, it's only fair for her sister to know about that person. Any friend of Imogen's is a friend of Estelle's, and vice versa. Imogen is part of an organization for young magicians in Frowntown and the Unikingdom called Wizard Scouts. She and Estelle are members of Troop Air.

Imogen and her family live in Frowntown, but her heritage comes from Charm Valley, one of the other lands besides Frowntown and the Unikingdom. The two sisters' parents are magical artists like them, and seeing how their daughters thought it was pretty cool, the parents signed them up for Wizard Scouts to start learning about it. When their 15th birthday was approaching, the family decided it was time for her and Estelle's Wand Ceremony, a Charm Valley tradition on which they would receive their professional magic tools. As they were planning it, Imogen met Brock and Master Frown and started to befriend them. Brock and Frown later came to the girls' ceremony to celebrate with them. Soon, Imogen began to sleep over with them whenever she wanted to, and they're like the uncles she never had. Her family's home is not far from their apartment; she lives in a largely Charm Valleyan neighborhood.

Imogen's room in her family's rustic cabin has blue violet wallpaper decorated with stars, and the carpet is a darker shade of that color. Each wall is covered by shelves except for the wall where the door is, and a small space on another wall for Imogen's closet. There is a purple curtain blocking the door that you go through once you enter; the door opens outward from her room. On the shelves, there are lots of books, a xylophone, a small, round brewing pot, a crystal ball designed for novices and a case for Imogen's wand. There is also another space for her bed, which has a purple pillowcase and blanket.

Imogen is quite hotheaded and can blow up if you annoy her enough. She'll only try firing a spell if she's really angry. She seems to be very self-conscious; she's always trying to improve her skills in magic, her knowledge of subjects like it, or herself as a person in general. She's also pretty clumsy, this being because she's usually nervous that she'll mess up. She's trying her best to get better.

Imogen's headcanon voice is Cylindria from Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. It has a light, sweet and friendly-sounding tone that also shows her spirit and her hotheadedness. A trivia fact is that the name of the street she lives on is Malison Road, named after an archaic word for a curse.
