I've also got some OCs for the 2003 Teen Titans show. This one's alias is Scorpion, and no, there doesn't seem to be already a Scorpion.

Scorpion (Julia Fontaine) is a heroine who looks like other females in the show, with a thinner yet rather curvy build. She has pale skin with a slight trace of pink in it, and long black hair that she dyed a navy blue. Her eyes were brown before she became super. Now, they are reddish-orange with very light purple scleras. She styles cat eye designs on her eyelids. Her apparel consists of a gray (black in the original) sleeveless dance dress with a red hollow circle that has a pale red scorpion in it with matching forearm-high fingerless gloves. She also wears black tights and black ballet shoes. Her origins gave her a black scorpion tail. 

There's something you need to know about this particular hero- she doesn't like labels, and she doesn't like when people assume things about her. She wants to be able to know the full story of things, and to make sure others know it. She's on the good side because her instincts told her to use that scorpion tail of hers to do good. She also really LOVES ballet and practices it in her free time (it's even a part of her costume). She is a polite and ladylike girl, and she doesn't grab for the glory of being recognized as a hero. Despite her good manners, she can get venomous and aggressive if she's bothered enough. 

Now for the origins. Julia was a pretty young lady trying to survive school, ballet class and her shallow classmates. She lived in Arizona, and one day when she was walking around on a trip to the desert, a deadly scorpion viciously stung her. She was rushed to the hospital, and they saved her when she was almost dead by fusing her genes with a scorpion's or something like that (don't ask me how). This gave her the scorpion tail and eye color she has now. She left home to go do something for the greater good of the world since that's what her instincts were telling her to do. She later joined Titans East.

Now for her relationships with other characters. The Teen Titans have met up with Titans East members once or twice, and Scorpion is one of them. If she were in Teen Titans Go, Robin would be the Titan she despises because of his conceit and his ambition to be the best at everything. She also would hate how he acts like the world revolves around him. Scorpion has no particular interaction with the other Titans. 

When it comes to her other Titans East teammates, Scorpion gets along with Bumblebee quite well because at the H.I.V.E. Academy, they were good friends. She also respects Aqualad, Speedy, Mas and Menos equally. She works well with her teammates, both in battle and at home with them.

Her abilities include how she can use her tail like a whip and stun her enemies with a sting. Don't worry; although her powers are based on poison, her sting is NOT fatal. Her hands also can produce a black toxin that can harm any living thing it touches. Thanks to her ballet experience, she's flexible and light on her feet. Her weaknesses include mind manipulation and hypnosis, plus the downsides of being as light as a feather.

My headcanon voice actress for her is Grey Griffin. Her voice would sound along the lines of Daphne from Scooby-Doo and Ellegaard from Minecraft Story Mode.

Some trivia:
- Her signature quote is "Hush up and listen," because she says it very often when she wants to grab a person's attention.
- She has always wanted to have a daughter named Nicole.
