This is a minor character I sorta... popped out in 2017, I guess? I do like the concept of him being a minor character that briefly appears to help you for a few minutes like the Lakitus in Paper Jam, though.

Cooper is a Koopa Troopa who is not working for Bowser, instead working wherever he is needed. He has yellow skin and a red shell like Koopa Troopas normally have. He wears square glasses over his eyes and a navy blue tie around his neck. He also wears black dress shoes. He is usually seen carrying around a black brief case.

Cooper makes a point to make sure everything gets done and to always be punctual. He is a very organized person, making a to-do list for every day. He is quite understanding of how people think and their daily wants and needs, so he is a pretty helpful Koopa. He is always on his feet since he leads a busy life. The reason Cooper is such a neat, dutiful and busy person is because he is a business addict. He can go on and on about statistics, executives, marketing and graphs for days. He started out as a denizen of the Koopa kingdom, but he moved out because he was much more thrilled by the fast-paced world of business. He loved brainstorming product ideas and writing them all down on paper. He was never interested in joining the Koopa Troop's ranks, so he decided to pack up his things and move out to learn how to start his own business. He learned that to do that, he needed to get educated on business, and what better way to do that than by going to school? It took him quite a long time to enroll into a school since they thought he was a spy for the Koopa troop. It took Cooper around two decades to get where he is now; he is in his mid-late sixties. (I headcanon that Koopas can live up to 200-300 years, so he's still got plenty of time left.) Today, Cooper is mostly occupied with deciding on a product to make and sell. He carries his ideas, to-do lists and plans in his brief case. He doesn't really side with anybody, but he will help out anybody who needs him. Cooper's name is actually taken from cooperation, something necessary in businesses.
