except something is missing

that never returns

sanity is gone

one thinks .. was it ever there

before .. existent

snap intelligence

not all possess this basic

need .. needed to thrive

extend a handup

it won't hurt .. it's not a shame

to care for others

most situations

merely need sincere kindness

sane few .. can't you see
