Roses are beautiful to look at but that's about it. Some people will go and hold the rose but will get pricked by it's thorns and let go. Others will keep holding on regardless of the pain because they don't mind it, long as they have that beauty of a rose. 

Think of people's insecurities; flaws, fears, worth. They are a rose with thorns and deep down want someone to hold them and never let go no matter how much that person bleeds, that person will keep holding on regardless of the pain. They don't mind it, long as they have that beauty of a rose.

People are roses because they are all lovely to look at but they hurt you once you hold on to them. They don't want you to hold them and let go. They want you to hold them and stay with them. So go find your rose and keep holding onto them. it could be a friend, family, significant other, etc. Find your rose and hold onto them no matter what.
