Todrick jumps into the car excitedly.
He is going on a road trip with his friends Kirstin, Avi, and Kevin! Why wouldn't he be excited?
"Thank you so much for bringing me guys!" Todrick exclaims as he gets in the back of the car with his bags.
"No problem! Just put your bags in the back!" Kirstin yells from the front seat.
"What's up?" Kevin says to Todrick and gives him a high-five.
"It's nice seeing you again!" Avi tells Todrick.
They are driving from L.A. to San Diego, and they have a whole week to stop wherever they wanted and do whatever.
They left a Sunday morning, and they want to be home by Saturday afternoon, and they plan to.
On day 2 of driving, on Monday evening, they see a middle-aged man standing on the side of the road, holding up a sign that says "Help".
And being the nice woman she is, Kirstin pulled over and asked what's wrong.
"Have you seen my Scottie?" The man asked.
He had brown hair that swept into bangs, and torn and dirty clothes.
"Um, no," Kirstin replies. "But what does he look like?"
"Handsome." The man replies. "My name's Mitch. Can I hitch a ride with you? Just until we find my Scottie. He shouldn't be far."
Kirstin looks at the others, and Todrick looks terrified.
"Uh, sure." Kirstin says. "You can get in the back."
"Thank you so much kind woman." Mitch says as he climbs over Kevin to get to the very back of the car.
"My name's Kirstin. And these are my friends Avi, Kevin, and Todrick."
"Nice meeting you." Avi mutters.
They drive for about 12 miles silent, until all of a sudden Mitch screams.
"MY SCOTTIE! THERE HE IS! STOP THE FREAKING CAR!"
Mitch almost breaks down the door of the car to get out.
"Mitch!" A tall, blonde man says. He has a Texan accent.
"Scottie! I missed you! Why did you leave?" Mitch says, hugging the man.
"I don't know, sweetie. I was stupid for doing that." The man replied.
The blonde finally realized that someone drove Mitch to find him, and he walked to the car with the four friends in it.
"Well hello there. My name's Scott. Thank you so much for helping Mitch!" Scott greeted.
"No problem at all!" Kirstin says, admiring the love of the two.
"Hey, uh," Scott says, looking around suspiciously. "Could you maybe hitch us a ride to the nearest hotel? I think it's called the Motel, um, Mode, uh-"
"The Modern Motel? Sure, that's where we're staying. It's only a few miles away." Kirstin replies.
Kevin, Avi, and Todrick sigh as Scott and Mitch climb to the back of the car.
The car was silent the whole half an hour it took to get there.
Once they got to the hotel, the four got their bags and Scott and Mitch walk in before them.
The six get their two rooms and walk to them.
One room for Mitch and Scott and one room for Avi, Kirstin, Kevin, and Todrick.
As the 4 friends get ready to go to bed, they have a knock on their door.
Avi answers it and almost has a heart attack.
Mitch is there, and he screams 'hello' when the door is opened.
"We have cookies! We got them for you guys! Try them! They really good! They're for thank you for driving us!" Mitch says, very hyper.
Scott appears out of nowhere with a plate of cookies, and everyone is hesitant to take one.
Avi finally gives in his temptation and takes one, and so does Kevin and Todrick.
Kirstin declines.
"Enjoy!" Scott says, smirking.
Mitch closes the door and he goes back to his room with Scott.
About 10 minutes after eating the cookies, Kirstin hears a thud in the bathroom.
"Kevin?" She shouts. "Are you okay?"
She opens the bathroom door to find a passed out Kevin on the floor, toothbrush still in hand.
She panicked, and did what her gut told her to.
She screamed.
Avi and Todrick ran into the room, and next thing you know, Scott and Mitch were there too.
Kirstin explained what had happened and everyone gasped.
Except for Scott.
"Oh, that's horrible." Scott says, smirking yet again.
Avi got on his knees and felt Kevin's neck.
"There's still a pulse-" Avi says, before passing out on top of Kevin.
Kirstin almost fainted herself.
"Oh my god!" Todrick yelled.
Scott and Mitch quickly left the scene.
Todrick was pacing in front of the beds, until he passed out also.
Kirstin knew it was the cookies.
Oh, did she have a plan for Scott.
She cried a little while doing so, but she thought of a plan.
She ran down to Scott and Mitch's room and pounded on the door.
Mitch opened it.
"What's the matter sweets?" Mitch says, concerned.
"You know what the hell is up. Don't deny it, you jerk." Kirstin scolded Mitch.
Mitch was offended.
"Scottie!" Mitch called. "Krusty, or whatever her name is, is here, and she's being mean!"
Scott rushed to the door.
"What is going on here?" Scott says, crossing his arms.
"And you know what's up also! Don't give me that!" Kirstin says, now staring in Scott's direction.
"Now what did we do?" Scott asked, smirking again.
"Poisoned my friends. Or something." Kirstin says. "They're passed out on the floor at my place."
Mitch gasped.
"Shut up." Kirstin muttered.
They walked to Kirstin's room and she showed them the 3 boys who were all laying on the floor, still alive but unconscious.
"You know what. You caught me." Scott says, throwing his arms in the air.
"The cookies?" Kirstin asked, tears forming in her eyes.
"Yes. I'm sorry." Scott says, hanging his head.
"Scottie! How could you!" Mitch says, also starting to cry.
"I know, I'm horrible." Scott scolds himself.
"You're a sick person." Kirstin says, keeping her distance. "Why would you do that?"
"I'll explain. But first, make some coffee for us three. It'll take a while, there's a little backstory." Scott explains.
Kirstin makes coffee, and sobs silently while doing so.
She delivers the two cups of fresh coffee to Scott and Mitch, and she takes a sip of her own.
"Come sit." Scott says, patting a seat next to him.
She sits down, and almost immediately she passes out.
"The coffee?" Mitch asks, smirking.
"Yes. And may I say, Mitchie, you're great at acting." Scott compliments.
"Well thank you very much." Mitch replies, brushing his bangs out of his face.
Scott kisses Mitch on the forehead lightly.
They are interrupted by the sound of a slamming car door.
They look outside to see Esther, Darien, Jeremy, and Alex walking torwards the building.
"Kirstin, Kevin, Avi, and Todrick, meet your new friends." Scott says, grabbing Mitch's hand and pulling him out of the room.
Welcome to the hotel, our new costumers have arrived. 〜
