Irrelevant

The readers choice is irrelevant. God kills I.T.

"Did you really think I would even allow you to make such a choice?" God laughs, "no. If God, created the Devil..." God breaks I.T.'s soul, erasing them, "he can kill the Devil!"

I.T. is no more. Your choice was futile. There is no God stopping now.

"Anyways," Edgar continues, "there's something I must address. Apparently some of you view me as the 'real' Edgar. I can assure you, I am not. Let's make this VERY VERY VERY clear. This is not the "main" story. This is not the "original" story. This is not the "real" story. This is an AU in a way. The real story, the one I've been advertising, is on Wattpad. Think of this, like you would Swaptale. The real story, "The Story on the Board", is the Undertale in this metaphor, and Pentale is the Swaptale. Make sense? Like, you get it now, right?"

At this point, they choose weather they get the message/metaphor/explanation or not.

"Well," God sighs, "chapter's done. I wonder if I should end this AU. I mean, Gen's dead. What purpose do I really serve?"

It's at this point I realize God, actually, no, Edgar, doesn't know I'm still narrating.

He grips the same gun that took his brother's life.

"Maybe it's time for my tale to end," he sighs, "I mean, now seems like a good a time as any. There's no point anyways."

Edgar puts the gun to his head. Huh, he seems to have modified it. Was it always a revolver? I'm to lazy to check. If it was, then great! If not, he modified it.

Edgar loads three bullets in, one in every other spot, gives it a spin, and pulls the trigger. The only sound is a quiet click.

"Next time," Edgar sighs, putting the gun in his pocket, "I'll try again next chapter..."

Yeah, that's the chapter. So, you get the explanation or nah?
