FAQ
1. What is PPC?
PPC is the abbreviation for the club, Pensive Poet's club.
2. How do I sign up?
● Go to my profile, and click on the Pensive Poet's club book.
● Read through the chapter one and two.
● Find the form of your liking; Poets' on chapter three and readers' on chapter four.
● Fill the form as it is. Please type it all else your form will be declined.
3. What is a "club week?"
PPC doesn't work like the other clubs in terms of the time frame. Here, we choose the topic of the week, write a poem, submit during week one and critique POTW in the first week. Then, during week two we cast out votes for POTW and critique COTW. This two week cycle is called a club cycle.
- POTW (Poet of the week)
- COTW (Critique of the week)
4. How do I send my assignments to you every club week?
E-mail the poem to the official email.
5. What's your e-mail Id?
6. Why do I have a strike?
Please refer to the chapter five: member's board or chapter seven: strike record.
7. Where do I find the final tally of votes?
The discussion page. @DannyCepul posts an update every club week.
8. I can't find the discussion page, where is it?
Please find the link to the discussion page on my bio or the external link in the for st chapter.
9. I have a prompt for the next week. How do I suggest this?
Every club week I post a chapter asking for the suggestions. Comment your suggestions in on the chapter of the running week.
10. I submitted a form and you haven't accepted it yet, why is that?
The upper limit for the club members is 40. I stop accepting members after this number until an existing member goes on a hiatus, leaves or is out because they have three strikes.
11. How do I undo my strike?
● If your strike came from not completing a critique, complete your critique and comment on the week concerned. I'll undo the strike.
● If your strike came from not sending an assignment, choose five members from the PPC member's board and read one poem each from their collection, leave a honest comment by tagging #PPC STRIKE. That totals up to reading five poems from five different members.
I haven't included your question here? Please comment it in, I'll get back to you ASAP.
