You stand outside of Atlas Academy with Hazel, Pina, Parry, and all of your friends from Beacon.

(Name): *takes a deep breath and lets it out* Here we go guys and gals. Our first full year here at Atlas Academy.

Luke: Yeah. Lets just hope this year doesn't go to Hell like last year did.

Ruby: Yeah. Last year was soooo crazy.

Yang: Well, I'm sure that this will be a Yangtastic year.

Everybody groaned because of the bad pun then walked into the school.

(At your dorm)

When you, Pina, Hazel, and team CFVY got to the dorm, Penny and Ciel were already in the dorm. Penny messing around of the computer and Ciel laying on her bed reading a book.

Ciel: About time you all showed up.

PIna: Well we stopped at a few places on our way here, so that's probably why.

Ciel: Like where exactly?

While Pina was explaining to Ciel why it took you all a while to get to the school, you go over to Penny and pull up a chair and sit next to her.

(Name): So whatcha doing?

Penny: Working on a game idea that Emerald had.

(Name): *shocked voice* You know how to make video games?

Penny: *looks at you with a smile on her face but has a "seriously" tone of voice* I use to be a robot. I practically had just about every knowledge of technology downloaded on me, and that stayed when I was turn into a human.

(Name): huh. Cool. So what is the name of it?

Penny: Project Dimension Runners.

(Name): So what is it about?

Penny: Kind of what the title says. It's also going to be an MMORPG, kind of like Destiny, and in more ways as well. And by that, I mean as in the game play.In the safe ares, like "The Last City" in Destiny, it is in thrid person point of veiw. But out in the battle field, it's in first person point of view. It also takes the elements from Team Fortress Two, Overwatch, and Paladines Champions of the Realm. As in the Team pvp. It starts out in our world of Remnant. But then the space time continuum goes out of whack, causing portals from other dimensions to open up throughout the Remnant. One scientist, you, a few months later along with your A.I/robot assistant/girlfriend, me, found a way to stop these things appearing out of nowhere and keeping them open. But we would need a team to do this task. Then comes in Emerald, Wes, Ciel, and the gamer. They have been given high tech suits to help stand a chance against any monster that is thrown at them in the game, and the device that will help control the portals. And each dimension is like it's own game, so it will be very long. Also the gamer can choose their own gender, and if wanted to, can start a relationship with any character from any of the dimension, regardless of gender.

(Name): That is a lot.

Penny: *smiles* Yup, but I am very happy to be part of this project.

(Name): Well that's good. But you should save your progress. The assembly is going to start soon.

Penny: Right! I compleee..zzzzz

(Name): PENNY!

Penny: *wakes up* Oh right. *saves her progress and logs off*

(Name): How long have you been working for?

Penny: Ummmm

Ciel: She's been working for approximately 28 hours, excluding restroom and food breaks. And she didn't took anytime to get some sleep.

(Name): *disappointed voice* Penny, you don't need to work yourself like that.

Penny: But it's so much fun making this game.

(Name): I don't care. I'm going to record the assembly on my scroll. You are going to stay here and get some rest. I'll show you the assembly once you wake up.

Penny: But-

You give her a small kiss on the lips.

(Name): *soft voice* Please. It sounds like you have been working very hard lately. You need some rest.

Penny: *blushes a little and has a defeated tone of voice* Fine, you win (Name). *gets up and goes to her's and your's bunk* I'll get some rest.

(Name): *smiles* Good.

Pina: Maybe later, I can give Emerald an idea for another dimension.

(Name) yeah, maybe later.

All of you, but not Penny, went to the auditorium for the assembly.

James Ironwood: *gets on stage* Welcome back everyone, and for the newcomers, I also welcome you to Atlas Academy. I'm your headmaster, James Ironwood, but most of you already know that. You may also recall the events that took place last year in Vale at the Vytal Festival. Because of those events, students at Beacon got transferred all over Remnant right away, until it is fully rebuilt. So this will be their first FULL year here. But I would like to give a shout out for those who deserve it the most. Ruby Rose, (Name) Nightshade, and Wes Nightshade. *the three of you came out from behind the curtains* These three brave heroes piloted the GD Mrk 5 and defeated the Grimm Dragon. And one of them took full control over the mech when a nuke was heading to destroy the kingdom of Vale. That individual was (Name) Nightshade. *you step up from the middle of the three* He grabbed ahold of the nuke using the mech's hands and flew it into outer space. And (Name) did die. The mech's booster ran out of juice and the impact from the explosion sent the mech falling down at a fast rate and it completely burned up and fell apart in the atmosphere. He landed on the ground pretty hard, killing him on impact. Due to his super speed semblance, which affects his whole body, the bones slowly fixed themselves. But couldn't start his heart. It was actually Snowy Apple *she steps on stage* that jump started his heart. But these were not the only heroes that fought on that day. Hundreds of students, hunters, and huntress fought off the grimm. And it was thanks to Keshi Yancey's speech. *he too, gets on stage* So I would like to thank everyone who helped on that day. All of you are heroes, and for newcomers, all of you can be as great as he fought on that day.

He then continued with explaining more about the school, why it was made, first day of class will start tomorrow, and all that kind of stuff.

(when it's over)

All of you step off stage and Wes looks at his watch

Wes: Got to go. See all of you later.

(Name): Later bro.

You two high fived then he speed off.

Ruby: So what do we do now?

(Name): Just relax till tomorrow.

You then go and walk off to the dorm room.

Ironwood *on intercom* May Yang Xiao Long, Parry Willingham, and Neon Katt report to my office.

(In Ironwood's office)

Yang: *curious voice* So why did you called us here Mr. Ironwood?

Neon: I'm wondering the same thing.

Ironwood: I'm going to send you four on a mission.

Neon: What kind of mission?

Ironwood: Search and rescue. More details will be given while out on the field. I also don't know how long this will last.

Neon: *smiles* Sounds fun, I'm in.

Yang: *cracks knuckles* If I get to hurt some bad guys, then I'm in.

Parry: Wait, you said four, so who is the fourth?

Ironwood: You may show your self now.

The three of them then heard footsteps behind them. Kind of sounded like a type of boots. They turned around and saw a short girl, twirling an umbrella behind her shoulder. She also had a small smirk on her face.

Yang: Her!?

At this point, I don't Really know how long or short future chapters will be.
And again, rated mature just because the other parts of the series are.

Announcement: When ever book two ends, it doesn't really mean that the series will end because I'm planing to make something that will be in Emerald's point of view (a cookie to whoever can get it right. Also going to say that it does not involve the game that she's making. So don't guess that), Ciel's insert actually takes place in the same universe as this but just with a different reader, and I'm also thinking just a little more shorts throughout the waves of inserts. And also both Parry and Pina will be staring in another insert series. But that won't be in the next wave because "Underwatch" is the series for wave 2.
