"Ah, who doesn't love, a wedding!" A big smile is on my face as I look at Steven, who's dancing with the newlyweds Ruby and Sapphire, who have fused back into Garnet. I've never been to a wedding before, so this is a first for me. Everyone in Beach City came, even Jamie and Dewey. I stare at them as they awkwardly start dancing together with sad faces, making me cringe a bit "Hey, this was amazing Steven! You did great. Your an amazing friend, you know that right?" I tell him with my big goofy grin.

"Aw, thank you! I know we needed this, right Garnet?" Steven asks as he looks at Garnet.

"Yes! A wedding, what a wonderful idea! Thank you for your help too, it means a lot," she replies to Steven and me.

"Aww, well your welcome Garnet! It's nice to see everyone so happy again. You know, after..." My mind drifts off to what happened before, how everything just fell apart. After...

"Hey, today is not the time for that, today is all about Garnet, right?" Steven reassures.

"Right, your right Steven. Thanks" I say as we hug each other, as Steven takes my hand as we dance with Garnet.

We danced and we danced and we danced. What a wonderful day it's been. Just us, our family, our friends, our loved ones to celebrate this special day. As we became, reunited. I look over my shoulder just in time to see Bismuth catch Garnets bouquet as it finally returned down from being thrown so high into the sky. Amethyst laughs at this, and I let out a giggle. If you ask me, I'd say the future looks bright! I straighten my collar and bowtie of my dress suit from all the dancing as Garnet grins at me and Steven.

"I know I don't need future vision to remember this forever," Garnet smiles at Steven and me, my heart welling up at their warm embrace.

"I'm so glad!" Steven says and he starts crying as Garnet holds him in her arms.

"Aww Steven! You getting all chocked up?" I ask as I place my hand on his shoulder, when suddenly my face feels wet, and I realize that I'm crying too.

"Yeah, I guess I am!" He replies with a smile as he wipes his tears as we all laugh. "Looks like your all choked up too!" We both laugh a little in response.

"Yeah, I guess I am!" I chuckle and wipe away my tears, only for more to flow down my face. "Huh, that's weird," I udder under my breath, wiping away even more tears, glancing over to Steven.

When I suddenly realize that Steven's still crying too, even more so like me.

"Hey, everything ok?" I ask with concern. Steven wipes the tear on his left cheek and I do the same as more tears flow down my face. But I'm not even that emotional, not enough to cry at least.

Wait...

"Wait a second, you don't think?!" Steven looks at Garnet with a worried look, she takes off her glasses and opens her third eye. My heart sinks into my stomach.

"Blue Diamond!" Her eyes open wide. Mine open just as wide, my stomach suddenly in knots.

"She's here?!" Steven exclaims in surprise,

"And she's not alone!"

"Wait, WHAT?!" I nearly shout, but I'm cut off as the sky goes dark. The chatter fades, and everyone starts looking up at the sky, gasping. I turn to look up as well, and I saw it. Or rather, them.

"Oh no..." Steven udders. The clouds clear, revealing non other then Blue and Yellow Diamond's Arm Ships. Looming menacingly over us.

"It's the Diamonds!"

"Crap"

I know this chapters short, but I wanted to save the rest for it's own chapter! And if I'm right and I'm not too lazy they'll be out back to back! Hopefully 😅 I'm sorry it took so long to get these out, I just haven't had much motivation to write lately, but I will not abandon this story!
