Kira P.O.V.

I'm in English, its one of the most boring subjects in this school. But I don't think that's a good reason to why I'm failing. This is a core class so if I fail, I will fail this whole grade and get held back. But its at the end of the year. What am I going to do. I'm only 17 years old. I can't fail my Junior year.

My thoughts get interrupted by Mrs. Williams saying, "Kira will you stay after class I need to talk to you."

I look up quickly, nod nervously, and tap my foot glancing at the clock waiting for this hour to be over......"Riiiinnngggggggg"

And let the lecture began.

Quiet!

"You wanted to see me Mrs.Williams?" I asked her as I went up to her desk.

I already know what this was about since I just got my report card but I guess I'll just let her talk on and on about it.

It doesn't mean you have to be rude about it! Or rude to your teacher.

Yes mother.

Humph you need to respect people more.

I just ignore the Voice for not the first time today,  and put my attention onto the teacher and I just I did at the right time to hear her because, Mrs. Williams looks up from her computer and says, "Yes I do. Did you know your failing my class with a 45%."

I look down at the ground and mumble, "Yes Mrs. Williams."

"Well I have a way for you to get this grade up ,but if you agree to it you will first have to get permission from your parents." she tells me.

"What is it?" I glance up at the clock and see that I'll be late for Art.

Ugh she's making me miss my favorite class.

Oh calm down at least its not at the end of the day where you miss the bus.

Be quiet!

"You will have a Pen Pal. You will do this over the summer. I'll give your grade for it in this grades year so you don't fail. But you have to promise you will do it." she tells me sternly.

"WHAT?! My parents will never agree to that! They won't even let me go out on Friday night!" I practically yell at her.

"That is my deal. I'll talk to your parents about it and if they agree you will be doing it no matter what." Mrs. Williams tells me as I stare at her angrily.

She knows they won't agree!

They might you never know.

Shut up stupid voice I don't have time to talk right now!

Fine gezz and after this we need to get you a bed because you need a serious nap.

I roll my eyes to the voice in my head.

"Ok, but what if they say no. Then what am I going to do?" I tell her smugly.

"Then the assignment will be for you to write a 20 page essay." she tells me with narrowed eyes knowing what I was doing.

I think she either wants me to die or wants me to fail!

Oh stop whining!

Didn't I tell you to be quiet.

Your the one who started talking to me in the first place...so not my fault.

Now I wish I hadn't. Now bye!

"Ok fine I'll ask them. So now can I go or what?" I ask her impatiently wanting to get to art.

"Yes you can." She says, then she give me a paper. "Give this to your parents. It's a letter telling them about your grade and about our deal."

"Ok, bye", I yell hurrying out of her room and down the hall to art.

Finally I thought I was never going to leave.

Finally maybe you might stop whining!

Ha-ha your soo funny.

And your voice isn't appreciated. Now leave me alone I need peace!

Fine, fine woman. Gosh I'm going.
